Shopping at this online consignment store was not unlike shopping at any other department store's website. All of the item notes were extremely helpful (and accurate upon inspection) with making an informed decision. There was no unpleasant odor when I opened the package which traveled a few days. The prices were very close to similar stores in my area (thrift stores and consignment shops). The return process is promoted in every possible way, to let me know if there is a problem it can be fixed. Tracking on my packages was helpful. Checkout was easy.
