I placed 4 orders. All over a threshold to receive a random gift (one of six products). Each gift was the same. That's not random. Their customer service is slow and doesn't understand or compromise. Now one item's buttons are falling off after being worn twice and they don't offer to replace but instead charge me $15 shipping so that I can repair it. Terrible company. Not a real luxury brand. Based in China.

Tip for consumers:
Use another site or buy sustainable cotton or some other high-end material not from China.

States that they ship via Fedex when they ship USPS standard, so high shipping charges for very long shipping times. When I inquired about the shipment up front in order to avoid delays, they specifically stated that they use Fedex, then sent through cheaper alternative anyways. When challenged on this, they continued to deceive. Buy your books elsewhere.
