Their process does not work with the eSim only version of iPhone 14. I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max and went entered the information on their website. The sent me the code 10 days later (1-5 days is their claim) and the instructions told me to remove my sim card. Since iPhones sold in the US don't have sim cards, I contacted customer support to see if they had other instructions. They said their service did not work with esims. When I asked for a refund since they have a "100% satisfaction guarantee" they claimed they didn't owe me one for the following reasons all of which I successfully challenged them on. Their final resposne was "our service does not work with your phone, but once we generate an unlock code, refunds are not given." My credit card company is currently handling this.
