“Bait and switch scammers”

Their site shows several of my orders that I placed months ago as placed, but not shipped. Sample boxes for which I had to buy something from a third party to qualify for. And they're not shipping them. And when I contacted them on Facebook they blocked me, and when I contacted them on Twitter they ignored me.
