She did not attend the scheduled lesson as we kept waiting, Tutor was not available as per the last minute message.
Also she has had 2 lessons so far, both poor quality.
First lesson call was dropping off every 5 minutes
Second lesson she was told that she cannot have audio lesson and need to talk to customer service so we discontinued after 15 minutes into the class as it was not making sense.
I have left a message for Customer Service team so far no response.
