I ordered a pair of glasses through express shipment to Australia by paying extra but they shipped it through standard delivery. My order went to Hong Kong and was held there for a long time. It took me 1.5 months to receive my order. In the meantime, I contacted the customer service many times to inquire about where my order was but I could only receive one reply to my several attempts to contact them. They promised to locate where my package was and get back to me but this never happened. I called the company and left voice mails, no returns again. I wrote to them again, no replies! Awful customer service, awful shipment experience, stay away. They have no idea what work ethics means!
