Shameful - that's the only word that can be used to describe this company. They take your money and don't send the product. Believe me, *ANY* positive review you see here is from the owners - there is NO WAY these are consumers. They have zero customer service, don't answer emails, don't provide a phone number. The "Customer Service" link on their site does nothing. HUGE SCAM! Stay away!
