Ordered on 25th of January hoping my items would arrive by the time I would go on holiday this week. I have Facebook messenge them but they keep saying we thank you for waiting we will pass onto someone else as we have had a fire in factory in China, so suspicious considering the don't have a customer service phone number to call!
