Avoid at all costs.
Their products are cheap because they are poor quality or dangerous. We had a ceiling led light which blew up and could have burnt the ceiling if I wasn't there. I asked for a refund but they sent me a replacement. Original package was sent from Europe and the company card charge from UK Coventry but replacement was sent from China and they wanted me to pay customs which was as much as the product! I rejected the package and UPS advised me this company do it all the time. Nothing about possible custom charges until after paying for product which is misleading and kind of fraudulent. They are making every excuse and delaying having to pay me my money back!
My credit card company are now investigating and providing me with a full refund. UK trading standards also investigating due to their poor quality dangerous products and not complying with EU regulations.
Any lightinthebox employee reading this please do not reply as you are not complying with EU law and are avoiding every opportunity for you to provide a refund I am legally entitled to.
