I purchased a pair of Ray Ban eye glasses and after finding that they weren't what I wanted or expected, I requested a return over a month and a half ago. After multiple phone calls and emails that went unanswered for a week of trying to contact them, I finally got through to someone who promised to refund my order in 8-10 business days. Needless to say, it's been another month since that conversation and no return has been posted to my account despite Flyrr acknowledging they have received the refund. What a sad excuse for a business. It's better to go blind than order frames from this company.
