I'm afraid I had a bad customer service experience recently. My fragrance was delivered to the wrong address. Within less than five minutes after placing the order I emailed your customer service informing them not to deliver at the checkout address. My instructions were ignored. Instead, my order was sent to the wrong address. Your customer service is poor. Why do you ask customers to contact you if they need help?
Hello Aaron, we sincerely apologize for initiating a return to sender for your order and the frustration, inconvenience, and disappointment caused. I'm afraid we are unable to redirect packages to a different address than the one from checkout for safety and security reasons, our apologies for this. We issued a full refund on March 14th after the package arrived back to our facility in Ontario. We reached out on help@fragbuy.ca and we kindly await your response.
