Unfortunately, the number posted won't give you a live person to speak to. It is a support ticket by email only. I tried to cancel my auto-ship the day it was processing (not shipped yet). I was told I couldn't the day of but could return the product. I understand that, however, I asked to update the shipping address because I just moved. I was told they could not update the address even though it had not been processed and shipped yet. I told them that I couldn't return an item if I didn't receive it, but they still refused to update the address. I kept getting the same response on how to return the product. READ your tickets! Just save your $300, not worth the hassle.
