April 13th, I purchased 2 dresses via next day mail. I attempted to return both dresses to their Soho store on Saturday, April 15th and was told one dress was missing a second tag and I had to contact customer service for approval to return otherwise they'd lose their jobs. I attempted to return both dresses in the same manner I received them and am being penalized for Miss Circle's error. Turns out there's only an email for customer service. One salesperson said customer svce close at 3:30pm on Saturdays. The other salesperson said they're closed on weekends. Steer clear from this company. They are preying on customers.
