I love excel due to it's simplicity. But I had to learn more because of design projects of my company clients and manage administration stuff. I called over a week ago to order a hat. I made follow up calls because said hat never arrived. My call was finally returned by a rude woman (not the guy I ordered from) who told me the guy LOST my order. The problem is my order included my personal information as well as my credit card number.
