Not sure what the hype is all about. I had chicken strips & fries, both of which were cold & disgusting in flavor.

I am disgusted with chick fil a customer service. I guess they are less concerned with making sure the customer is satisfied. Because I placed an order through Uber eats and chick fil a did not provide a quality check to ensure the delivery person was given the correct order they are not responsible for their error. Despite speaking to chick fil a customer service regarding my experience and verbalizing what was clearly a mistake on their part, they refused to take any responsibility or even apologize for the inconvenience. POOR customer service.

Drive thru or not, we've been here a long time, every time it's fast and furious like the movie, fast and furious. Nice meals made by even nicer people, I don't know why sometimes people think that they could be rude? But, No, I love it here.

My wife and I went to store no. ******* on feb 18. We were first greeted well my the staff as we came in and the pleasantries were great. The cashier was James who was extremely accommodating. I had the best vanilla milkshake I ever had at a store of yours and there always very good anytime you buy one. The store was very clean. Even when we left one of your employees said have a blessed day. What a way to finish your day. Proof of purchase is order no. *******

They treat their animals and I read people are getting sick. Whole Foods chipotle papa John's and Taco Bell got A's. McDonalds got an F minus

Chick-fil-A never disappoints when it comes to fast food. Their chicken sandwiches are consistently delicious, and the waffle fries are the perfect side. The customer service is exceptional, with friendly staff and speedy service. Plus, I appreciate Chick-fil-A's commitment to community involvement and philanthropy. We ordered from Chick Fil A online and my daughter ordered extra pickles on her sandwich. It had NO pickles. They also did not send any barbecue sauce! She can't eat her food without the sauce. Waste of money and this is not the first time they have ruined our meal. Will not be ordering from them again. Not worth it. They are just awful!

If this is the work(using this word loosely) force of our future we are in a lot of trouble. Maybe someone could let the managers know that wiping the same spot over and over instead of jumping in an helping would make things move faster.
I am currently sitting in line… with my food but can't get out because the 2 cars ahead of me don't have their food. This is horrible.

Went to the Kirby Whitten location on 05/13/23 placed a Mobil app order at 8:04 pm at 8:30 had to go inside because i never received my order that was very disappointing it took until about 9:00pm to recieve my order

Love the values, but the actual Sabbath is Saturday if we are really respecting our Christian values.

I'm sorry but I have to be honest for a company that considers them a Christian based company they are poisoning they are consumers you only have to look at the ingredients that are in Chick-fil-A sandwiches and chicken fingers if you put it up on their website they will take it down for they do not want the consumer to know what's in their product if you were to ask them for the ingredients and everything that's in their chicken sandwiches and in their chicken tenders you would be shocked and your mouth would drop. I used to love Chick-fil-A until I found out how they are poisoning they're consumers about the only thing that's healthy possibly is the salad but even that is in a chemical if you want a safer and better experience skip Chick-fil-A besides being over expensive it's unhealthy and today's society we have to watch what we eat and be informed with the trash that restaurants put in their food

The sizzle was not as shown, it was torn off ans tasted very bad. Would not recommend it. Very unhappy

I have been buying this sandwich since it recently first came out, and it has been OFF THE CHAIN! I have never been a Chic-Fil-A fan but NOW I AM! I love this sandwich. But today, when our whole office decided to get one because I had bragged about it so much, when we got them, there was like 1/2 a teaspoon of pimento cheese on the sandwich. Usually it covers the filet, but they were VERY SKIMPY on it today. I hope this isn't going to be the tradition because the sandwich is great but if you can't even taste the cheese, it's just like any other chicken filet that they sell, and it just doesn't do it. They need to make it the way they have been since it's been out because I have gotten so many people going there that don't normally go there just because of this sandwich, but we were all disappointed today. I called and spoke to them and they said that's the amount they always use, and I told them I have probably had 30 of these sandwiches, and this is the first time it's ever been like that.

They don't treat their employees good, they are over worked and underpaid the store on Garden of the Gods is famous for this …. Please pay your employees what they deserve they work very hard and you make the public think you are treating them well.

Chick-fil-A is the worst restaurant ever their food sucks their customer service sucks their employees suck luckily there's a canes that opened up the street will never eat there again I'm talking about the one on 35th and Quebec and Denver Colorado which ruins it for all of them I never go to another ungrateful restaurant again especially Chick-fil-A last time I checked my money is good everywhere

Their food is good but in the app they always give me reward food that Im allergic to without the ability to swap it for something that Im not. I have an autoimmune disease and cannot have wheat. I wish theyd change that feature but otherwise everything is fine.

So the nuggets are good but to small the spicy chicken sandwich is delicious but it's not that spicy and it's to small but that SAUCE what's your recipe it's so good

Went to Chick-fil-A in Downingtown, Pa. Yesterday for the 4th time in 2 weeks. The RACIST P.O.S. Had to RUN HER RACIST MOUTH because I told another Customer that an employee named Regina said she only makes $8 an HOUR. Does the TRUTH HURT MS. RACIST? First, the place is difficult to find. I ordered the filet meal, all I got is a small amount of waffle fries, a sandwich and a Coke. A Cobb salad and a laughable fruit cup. All the food was cold and I had to reheat it. And then the sticker shock...$22 for unacceptable food. Will not be returning.

I asked for plenty of chick-fla-a an got zero the chicken nuggets are no flavor and don't taste like they do normally these is not normally how chickfla is but today it was I really bad I don't wanna go back now I can't even it it's so bad the only thing that's good is the drink

My family like chick fil_a, we consider clean and yummy for a fast food restaurant, but the last 10 times we ordered, there was a missing item, this is so frustrating and we don't like it, either we order from the mobile app or in the restaurant, and that happened in more than one location, it's weird how they do this mistake like continuously, my daughter is crying now since 4 o'clock because they didn't put her sandwich in the order, and we can't go back to pick it up, we are so busy. It's so annoying

Chicken wrap sandwich the worst sandwich ever, you can't get the sandwich in any gas station for $6 they sell at $10 a miserable sandwich, the exact gas station chicken wrap you should take it out of the menu
