I have been ordering for many years now! The shipping cost on my last order was $55.49 for 10 ornaments within the US! I tried to contact Zazzle and was not able to get ahold of anyone.

It took me FOREVER to create the design in the online software for 2 ornaments. I've used Zazzle several times to create custom ornaments to commemorate special events in our family but it was much more complex and difficult this time. Software was not as intuitive as it used to be. Actual creation and delivery of the ornaments was very prompt.

From design process to delivery, it was a great experience. I love the invitations we made and I know my family and friends will too. Thank you Zazzle for being apart of our special day.

The print on the cocktail napkins I ordered was not vibrant, almost like the ink was getting low. Also, there were 3 napkins totally blank.

Ordering was easy but the inscription for the year of graduation is so pale can barely see! If you'd put it in bold like the name, it would have been fine.

I was suppose to get 2 items. Only one came. Problem was immediately taken care of by company. Thank you. Completely satisfied.

I was under a time crunch but didn't want to settle for a plain vanilla guest book.
Zazzle provided me with a personalized book, both front and spine. The quality is excellent from the cover to the lined paper. As promised, they had it to me in time for the intended service and at a price which I felt was very reasonable.

Delivered on time. Very nice printing job. I do wish we could choose the prayer that is put on it instead of only having the one that it chosen for us.

The overall process was very simple. I chose the poster I wanted. I downloaded the picture I wanted to use and placed my order. I believe the price was reasonable and I received my merchandise within 1 week.

I wanted to purchase the 1000 piece puzzle but the picture of my design would get chopped when I selected the 1000 piece option. I was not sure if it was a glitch in the system or not. I was not sure if my puzzle pictures would also be chopped or if it was only an issue with the website. I had to choose the 600 piece option for this reason.

The overall process was easy to design my card. This allowed me to be creative without being overwhelmed by options. The card was a birthday card for my dad. I blended AI modified images with your services to create a card that my father showed all his friends to.

Cards came exactly as requested and are fabulous. We're very happy with the outcome. Quick turnaround time without any quality issues.
