I've ordered these same cards several times and each time the color is different. Being that Zazzle is a marketing company, I would wish to think they know how branding and colors work and how important it can be to a business. I also ordered the exact same cards and one of the 2 boxes has paper shreds on the sides that I have to pick off and the same box, the card isn't squared on the card. There's a white frame around the edge of it. This is not professional looking at all.
The invitations came out amazing. The paper was thick and has a really nice texture, the print color was consistent and even throughout all invites and they look beautiful.
I paid extra for expedited delivery, and the product arrived after the promised date. I needed the business cards by a set date, and because they arrived late I was unable to have them for my event.

I ordered the red, black and green 2 inch button. First of all the colors were uneven and the button itself had a white circular scar on it ( very unsightly). This item mailed to me was unsatisfactory. How in the blazers did you look at this button and decide to send it anyway? I will never order another item from your company again. It was hard to find a 5th grade graduation card until I looked on Zazzle and then the perfect card popped up. I loved that I was able to personalize it.

I ordered a specific card because of the cover art. When the cards arrived the cover art was out of focus as if the copier that was used was not set up correctly. Very disappointed with the product. I am trying to get a refund on my purchase but so far no response from the company.

Ordering was easy! The t-shirt I ordered is very nice and I like it a lot. I ordered an XL but it fits like a large. The design is wonderful and I would highly recommend getting the shirt!

Ordered two mugs. One looked very good. The other is nice; however, the print is a bit hard to read on the background I chose for the mug. It looked brighter online; I should have ordered a lighter background on the second mug.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
