Pros: the shipping is fairly quick unless you have an item that is not in stock; they will hold the whole order until it comes in.
Cons: expensive cheap crap; dishonest company; can only get store credit for more cheap crappy albeit expensive stuff. I initially ordered five pairs of shoes based on the conversion chart but they were all still too big except one pair. And the quality did not match the price. Obtained a RMA and returned them to warehouse in CA but got no notification from company that they had received them. I called the company and the cs rep said they did not get them. When I told him I had a return receipt showing they had received the shoes, miraculously he discovered in the computer that they shoes were received. Finally got my unwanted store credit and waited awhile to use it. Finally ordered some hair accessories and one pair of mary jane shoes. The headband had an adornment on it that was coming off due to the cheap glue used to bond it on ($16). Also the "copper" barrettes were thin and bent easily ($10/ea). The shoes were sheap and had a strong toxic smell right out the box. Also, the heel was coming off of the right one and both had some green plastic stuck underneath the sides between the sole and heel that could not be removed. Again, right out of the box. Cheap stuff and not worth the money they are charging. Cheap stuff can be of decent quality. It's not impossible. I was going to return again but decided to cut my losses; not interested in their store credit for defective items.
Nothing but trouble with Yesstyle.com.
Ordered my item on the 29th of January, had to wait 20 days for them to ship my purchase, even when it said on the product page that it would be sent within 7-14 days. They supposedly shipped my item on February 18th, but they didn't offer a Tracking Number until a week later. Today, I went to track my order using the Tracking Number, and apparently it doesn't even exist.
I was told I'd receive my item 7-14 business days starting after February 18th. However, I have no idea if I'm ever going to receive it considering I can't even track where it is; I have no proof that it's even been shipped.
If I don't receive my purchase, and even if I do, it'll be the last time I ever shop at Yesstyle.com.

I ordered in January 14 and after waiting for ONE MONTH
I was informed that they DO NOT HAVE THE ITEM that i bought
SO they said I will get my refund and its been 10 DAYS and
IM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.

I ordered shoes and after taking over a month to ship, they are two sizes too small--far from what they were meant to be! Now they will make me pay for shipping both ways to return! I don't think so--never again!
I'm from Scandinavia. I recently ordered cosmetic products from Yesstyle for about 29.32 dollars (with a discount) and had to wait about three weeks before I was told that my package had been successfully shipped. I then received a letter from Post Denmark (The Danish mail service) telling me that there was a package waiting for me, but that it couldn't go through customs because the sender had put insufficient information on the label. I had to send an email to the mail service with the order details and confirmation. A couple of days after sending the email, I received yet another letter from Post Denmark, this time charging me 42.15 dollars just to get my package! This is more than I bought the products for! It's really absurd and I definitely recommend that you buy your things off another site. The shipping is slow and there's a risk of getting into a similar situation as me. Won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

i have ordered once from this site,
it's been over 24 days since i got a shipping notice,
which had no shipping number.
so i sent a message through their website and
THEN they gave me a shipping number, which I checked out
and it says it was shipped immediately,
it was a total of 27 days till package arrived.
Product: I ordered a top. The top which I got was the right size and colour.
The fabric is actually fair, but unfortunately the stitching is quite poor quality considering the retail price.
The top was US $58 the stitching was like that you would find on a sack of rice.
The two things that the siteshop can improve on is
*supplying shipping codes when shipping commences.
*either better quality stitch to match price or cheaper price to reflect quality of clothes.
If they can do that, then I'm sure this could be an awesome place to shop, but for now.. just ok.
On the plus side, I emailed the CEO Joshua Lau concerning the above comment, and he offered me to send the item back for full refund and reimburse of shipping cost, so I suggest if anyone is having an issue with an automated site bot or customer service rep, try to contact email@example.com about it.
I ordered something from this website a few months ago and was really pleased with the item and the service. I got it a lot faster than I was expecting and was really happy so I took a chance on December 3rd to order two other items... bad choice on my part. I DID get a tracking code but it hasn't been updated since the 6th of December and it is not the 27th of December. Whenever I send an email to customer support (I have done so twice) I just get the same copy/pasted response about how the tracker might not update frequently (In this case not once since I got it). Really really displeased, I will be surprised if I even get my items at this point.
Zara,Topman, asos, h&m etc. you what these companies have in common...GREAT SHIPPING!!!. something Yesstyle can't get right. Yesstyle have Great clothes but abysmal shipping. Expect to wait more than the estimated delivery time. Oh and if the item doesn't fit expect to wait another month. Its not worth it. Just save the hassle and buy somewhere else.
It took them 3 Weeks to ship out my order! Its been more than a month since I placed my order now and I've still yet to receive them.
just thought I would mention that I have received an item that looks smaller than expected. when I rang their customer service number I was told they do not refund only issue credit notes.
I was really pleased to find YesStyle as there are a lot of items that I love from HK and Japan that they sell on this site. I bought the hidden heel insoles on 24th Nov, the only colour that showed stock availability was the purple ones so i chose those and paid extra £8.99 for EXPRESS DELIVERY, which claimed 3-5 days delivery. After 3,4,5, 6, 7 days I have been checking for my parcel - nothing. I logged into my account today and the order was showing "processing, waiting for stock"!!!! Why was i not alerted by email or call that item was out of stock??? THey were happy to take my money but not offer any service!!! Disgraceful. I'm now waiting for them to reply with a valid answer and a solution. I hope they sort this out.
Everything is made from china, not korean, bad quality! Geo lense are fake !!!
I placed two separated orders at the same time over a month ago. One got delivered
three weeks later and had to return few but they NEVER sent RMA number which they required to return!! Emailed four times they ignore instead they keep emailing about the other order that hasnt shipped yet cuz they only care about making money !! YET I HAVENT RECEIVED IT YET its been over a month. NEVER ANSWERS USA PHONE cuz HONG KONG time ?!! The quality of customer service is so bad as well as the merchandises. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE !!!!! HUGE HEADACHE !!!
I just ordered from them for the first time and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I am not sure why people are complaining about the shipping times - if you read the detailed description of the items, you will see the estimated time it would take for each of the items to ship (not delivered). 7-14 days usually means that Yesstyle has to order from the suppliers first, and if you didn't spend enough money for your order, you won't get express shipping unless you pay extra. Because the items have to arrive at the Hong Kong "headquarters" first before being shipped to your country from Hong Kong, it can easily take a month or more for your items to arrive. If you can't wait that long or are not willing to wait that long, simply don't order the items that take longer to ship out!
I just spent over $400 on my order - and it was worth the money becuase my items are really good quality. You get what you pay for. I did have to wait nearly a month to get my items because some of them are out of stock, but I knew I was going to have to wait because I read the detailed item descriptions.
I bought a couple of items on yesstyle.ca end of July 2013. Received them at the end of August. One of the sweaters I ordered was damaged with a very large hole in it. I emailed them & they resent another one. This was great, but when I received the new one at the end of September it also had a hole in it. The hole was smaller, but definitely still there. I would think if it was being resent because the first was damaged they should have some kind of quality assurance or inspection first. When I again sent pictures to them, they told me I had to send the sweaters back & would only be refunded the cost of the sweater. I had to pay for my own shipping, which they did not reimburse. I know it was only about $9, but I should not have to pay to ship goods that they sent to me already damaged. They told me they could only give store credit ( I don't even want to buy again from them in case the same thing happens. Who doesn't inspect their products first?). They didn't even give me the store credit. That doesn't matter because they should really give me a full refund when the fault is theirs. The customer service is horrible. It's fine as long as you don't have a problem.
recently placed an order for some cosmetic items that were in stock, received e-mail saying it was shipped..it has been over 14 business days and there is no sign of delivery and no tracking code provided. I am not happy about the situation at all, I have ordered from overseas companies many times and i never had a problem with shipping. i will not order from this company again and i just hope at this point i will get my items.
I am from UK. I have ordered once from this website, and had to wait for month to get my goodies. Anyway I have ordered quiet few pieces of clothing and I have to tell you this was worth the money! I am still wearing some of them. Quality really belongs to the price you pay. Had no problems with this website! By the way I got free present, 2 pairs of shoelaces :))) There's nothing fabulous about the quality, but again, I don't know how is it with other items like makeup or accessories as I have ordered only clothes. Which was about 1 year ago. They might have an improvement by now. Try it out, no doubt ;]
I always order cloth from this website. The whole time of my experiences are good for the products. Im satisfy with the material (even put in washing machine or dryer are no problem) and they are good quality. Only one complain is I always wait so many weeks to get the order to USA (at least 3 weeks) but that's worth it to wait.
Although I was very hesitant after reading so many negative reviews, I still decided to go for it since the item I was buying (Shiseido cleansing foam) was really cheap compared to all other retailers. The estimated delivery time was 7-14 days, but it arrived in about 10 days or less. They shipped the item either the same day or the next day. The item arrived in perfect quality, and I am very happy with it and the service.
I've ordered four items from YesStyle. It`s been 4 weeks and I have still not received anything, no tracking code, nothing. Now I'm just waiting for a delivery that might not even get here. Appalling service. Do not buy from here you won't get your delivery.
Now five weeks since I ordered from Australia. No sign of anything, no shipping email, etc. I am writing this because I have made several hundred overseas transactions, including ebay, and this is the FIRST problem I have had! I probably got too complacent but I can only say stay away from YESSTYLE ...anyway maybe it will turn up in another week or six...
I've had really good experiences with this website until recently. I ordered something with the free standard shipping to Canada last month. It still has not arrived AND they double charged me. I have emailed them so many times asking to refund the second charge where they told me that the bank is at fault as they refused to refund me. I called my bank and they literally said that yesstyle is wrong because my bank is not the one that takes money out of my account and helped me get my refund. Never ordering from here again after I get my package that is one month late.
HORRIBLE. TOOK 2 MONTHS TO ARRIVE AND THEN THEY SAID IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED WHEN IT HADN'T. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND. THANKS GOD FOR PAYPAL
Not sure why the reviews are so negative, I've had nothing but good experiences.
I even got in contact customer service about an order and the helped me right away with no hassle.
I see people talking about long shipping times, if you look at the item size before adding it to your cart, you'll see the estimated shipping time. It will most likely says 1-2 days, or 7-14. 7-14 usually means they have to re-order before shipping to you, so you should really expect it to take a while. 1-2 days means they have it in the warehouse and ready to go.
A lot of people shop at Yesstyle, so you have to take note that things can sell out FAST. If you pay attention to sizes and shipping estimates, there should be no surprises.

I cannot even pursuade myself to give them a single star, believe me if you think the stuff on this website is cheap then plus free delivery, you'd better wake up. Like others mentioned above, their customer service is so outrageous, I was treated so badly by them.
I have been waiting for my parcel for over one month, when they agreed to reship my parcel they again told me that some items in my order were not in stock BUT they DIDNT tell me what items were not in stock! Meant you had to wait if you wanted your parcel.
If you want to make a complaint for their service, you will never find anyone to talk to!
YesStyle seems like a great place to buy clothing at first but their site is very misleading and I've experienced nothing but disappointment one after another. I really like their clothes but I've experienced too many problems. They've given me the right product in the wrong size or color and they've also given me a product which appears to be the one I ordered but it's actually not.
And they do not offer ANY compensation whatsoever. You can't even return anything because they never answer their phones and don't address the issue properly. I've been occasionally ordering clothes from them for over 3 years now and I've had a problem 3/4 of the times. If you have lots of money to waste away on products you didn't order then YesStyle is a good place to buy certain clothes.
Thanks to anyone who read all of this because YesStyle never seem to read any of my emails. They just copy and paste the same apology over and over again.
Well I have just ordered on it here the other day, no shipping fee and they were shipped within 30 hours. I got th side from a friend who have been buying a lot of stuff from there, and she showed me which brands were good and were worth the price. Now I've ordered and I'm waiting for it with a smile. Many here are talking about shipping time, and I don't know if I was just lucky, but my advise is: Since you can choose a shipment method, that is free, choose that and buy for maybe 40 USD and have a look at the quiality and if it's something you like. I'm lucky to have a friend who regulary orders from there, but I still only bought for 42 USD, just to be sure for myself.
I hope that my clothes will be great. >_<
Okay so the first time I ordered with Yesstyle I had a terrible experience. I literally waited a month for them to ship one item.(I did recieve it in 2 days once it was actually shipped) But lately I ordered from them again, and they apparently now offer non-express so I went with that. But my items were shipped out very quickly, almost a day later. Sure, the quality isn't the best but usually it's worth the price you pay for.
I ordered a bag from Yes Style over a month ago and am still waiting for it to be delivered - I have phoned them twice, each time being told it will be delivered in the next week, needless to say, I am still waiting!!!!
Beware if you order something, they take FOREVER to ship items. Probably 2-3 times longer than they say. I usually receive my order about a month or more after I placed it. 95% chance items in your order will be cancelled later on because they're out of stock. In my opinion, not very cheap either.
Well I have good and bad for this website. They have good quality items that are made in korea, china and some japanese other than that everything looks Like $#*!. They have some good wallets but don't buy any bracelets unless you know exactly how they look like. Dresses.... I bought one it looks like $#*!. Don't buy jackets that are over priced cause one that i got quality was poor. I have to admit they have good t shirts tho. I bought a lot of t shirts. And hoodies. but some hoodies were smaller than I expected so make sure either they are made in korea or china. other countries tags if you are over 110lbs you will not fit in those. Pants..... just buy them bigger than they should fit on your body.. shoes... anything that starts with220, 235 and so on. . They are good quality cause they are korean shoes measurements. I bought one. But from china, they looked like $#*!. I won't buy any makeups cause it was horrible. Contacts lenses were in excellent quality. overall I won't recommend the site unless they want to help their customers with refund and all that. Be awared of what you're purchasing.
I've been looking at this site for years! Always wanted to buy something but didn't know what to expect since it's an Asian website shipping from HK. Anyway, I was feeling really down this one day and made a stupid mistake of ordering close to $500 USD of clothes. Transaction wise, it was pretty simple. However the shipping process is SUPER LONG. It took a month for me to get the items.
So out of the 10 items I got, I can say I like 1. The quality is cheap, not that great but I guess it's not an expensive clothing sites so I can accept that. However, what really anger me is one of the item was shipped wet, damp, and had this bad chemical smell. I called them to return it and they said they wouldn't be giving the shipping refund cause it's not defective. OK, if something is shipped wet, damp, smell like it been dunked in chemical for days - do they seriously think that it is not defective? The return policy is very misleading as only what they CONSIDER as defective will get return.
Anyway, I had high hopes for this site cause they have a lot of cute stuff. I thought I finally found a good website that sells Korean, Japanese, and HK fashion but I was pretty much scammed. If you do decide to purchase anything from this website, just consider that there is probably a small chance that you will get that you will like, the picture is misleading. the customer service is poor. Buy with your own risk and I definitely will not be buying anything from this site again.
I have been looking.at this site for about a year really wanting to buy so many things from it! Finally I saved up money to buy what I thought was THE cutest wallet which cost me quite a bit for a wallet. The wallet came in 2 days later than expected. I was excited to open it up and was shocked to find that the wallet was not the best quality for its price and the picture. A week later the bow on the wallet (which was it's main asset) came off without any reason. I'd barely used it so I called customer service to see if I could do about it and they said since it's been "used" they couldn't do anything about it :( I really wanted to buy more products but after this there's no way.
So far I've ordered two items from yesstyle and I rate it and its totality as an okay website. The first product I ordered was a buckled backpack from PG beauty(Taiwan). Let me tell you that pictures can delude you from the poorness of the quality. The backpack is polyurethane(look it up if needed) on the outside, but it was non-durable. It easily gets scratched and the polyurethane part peeled off. A very delicate backpack that should only be used occasionally. Definitely not worth $30 yet fashionable. Second product I purchased was a pair of ankle boots from 59 Seconds(Hong Kong). They are lightweight and the quality is fair. They're worth the price. The customer service, however, was horrible--based on my experience. The employee I talked to was very rude and bad-tempered. The standard shipping and delivery span may take longer than usual(good thing there's express shipping). The website as a whole is satisfactory especially when it comes to Asian fashion but don't disregard the fact that it is apparently an Asian website and therefore some of its products are poor quality.
Just imagine that all the decent to good reviews you ever see about yesstyle is by the 3 people that work there attempting to accumulate good reviews for themselves. That might or might not be exaggerated, however that is my visually aiding description for this site. It has been a month since I ordered, I haven't heard from them as I have tried to contact them via various methods, and still have not received my clothes.. which are probably still sitting in their rolls of fabric where they were born. EVERYONE DON'T DO IT! I know it's so tempting because they look rather appealing over their skinny rail Asian posers, and behind the cheap camera lens but trial version of Photoshop enhancements! If you buy from Yesstyle.com you will be fooled like ,..... me :(
I used to purchase from yesstyle with my friends. There is a minimum order of $150 if you want the free shipping, and we wanted that free shipping haha. I don't think my items were ever out of stock, but my friends had out of stock items at least once in our orders. In each batch there was always at least one item I was unsatisfied with, but overall the items were okay, a little smaller than I anticipated even though I used the measurements. The shipping, however, is really long. Over a month for our stuff :/ Not sure if it's worth the wait and the price as cheaper clothes can be purchased off other websites too with shorter shipping.
This is the second time i purchase from this site, mainly beauty products. For one, the time they say that the product takes to get to the US is not an actual fact, it actually takes a week longer. Second, i was lured by the offer of purchasing a number amount of dollars for a variety of samples, then i received none! This is the second time it happens to me. I won't be fooled again.
I have never had a worse online shopping experience in my life--no exaggeration. It took them 13 days to ship my item and when I received it, it was HIDEOUS. Upon trying to return it, I found out you have to get authorization from them to do so. Seriously???? Their website is down, no one is answering their US phone number, and their Canada phone number is a dead line. This place is definitely a scam.
it's been 3 weeks and my purchase is still not here yet (my order status is still processing which means it has not been shipped out of the warehouse yet). i was not being notified that the stocks are unavailable until i have actually made my payment. i will not buy from them again. terrible!
bought some boots with bows on the back. Got them three weeks later and they were cheap. The bows are glued to the back and falling off. Guess what? No RETURNS, only store credit. What a shocker. Don't buy anything here.
1st shipment: getting my shipment was easy. It came in the estimated time (around 2.5 weeks). The quality of the items I ordered wasn't that great, but I expected this. The problems came when I needed to return something. First, you should be aware that YOU CAN ONLY RETURN ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT. Yesstyle will let you exchange for a different size, but this must be specified when you request your return auth. number. Second, be SURE you get a tracking number and e-mail it to them. They're supposed to let you know when their shipping agent in Cali. receives your returned items, but it seems they will just act as though they never got it if you don't prove the package was delivered. I find this to be a bit dishonest, or annoying to say the least. Luckily I purchased a tracking number for my package and was able to prove it was delivered. Because of this complicated return process and yesstyle customer service dropping the ball, you're looking at 2-3 WEEKS MINIMUM to receive the credit for your return. This is far too long in my opinion, even given the distance the package must travel. 2nd shipment: I've also been trying to cancel a second order I placed with them before this whole return snafu. It was placed on June 5 and as of June 23, the order has not only not been recv'd, but has not even been shipped, according to the order status on the site. I have tried to contact their customer service hotline during the hours they claim they're open, and was told by automated message that they were closed. I've resorted to opening a paypal dispute. I would normally be more patient, but given this site's tactics, I just want my money back. From now on I'll find another place to spend my money.
The clothing this website distributes are amazing. Everything about the selections are amazing. I am quite irritated with the customer service though. Being a customer that spends thousands of dollars on their products i would feel the company should take my concerns a bit more to heart, because i am a very frequent shopper and understand the processes involved. But i have been waiting on one item for over a month, still no contact with their partners so they cannot give me straight answers. Was supposed to ship out 7-14 days, it is now 24 days, almost a month. I was assured it would be here sooner. Every time i call i am told sorry we still have not heard back, either cancel your item or wait longer. I asked for somthing to be done, I.E give a discount or a small credit or coupon to say sorry for this issue that we cannot resolve. But the company just tells me no. They do not say sorry, they do nothing. They say "cancel item or wait for items" I have called multiple times and spoke with more then 4 customer service reps, i have been given the same tone and same robotic answers. I am very unsatisfied and will start ordering directly from the companies they choose to distribute, the prices are actually cheaper off the individuals websites. If & when the company chooses to change their customer service, i may think to shop again. But not where i am not treated fair.
Personally I really like this website. Sure the clothes are not the best quality, but you get what you pay for. Also, what you see in the pictures is what you get.
I've actually had many good experiences with yesstyle. I've ordered a couple of things like shirts and dresses. I'm not a small petite Asian girl, so I was weary of the clothing never fitting me. It actually fit me just fine. You have to consider the time it takes to get some clothing to you straight from Hong Kong itself. They give you a good time estimate of when your order goes out. I've always come back to order from here and the quality has always been the best. The price is quite high but you get what you pay for seeing that you can't get clothing like this anywhere else. I recommend this site better than most sites that seem like a scam.
I don't know about you guys but I received my order within 2 weeks with free shipping because I ordered $75+. All the items I received are just as what I expected. They look exactly like the pictures and fit me perfectly (I have a slim Asian body). If there is only one Asian clothing store website I trust, it would be this one.

I thought the clothes they had were really cute! However, when I received the products I purchased, the quality wasn't that good... and the sizes run kind of small. They sell a lot of one-size-fits all, so unless you are super skinny and you're not planning on wearing the clothes very much, I wouldn't recommend this site. Even their leather bags weren't very high quality.
Don't waste your time or money. The products take several weeks, sometimes months to ship, and the quality is beyond horrible. The reason why it takes so long to ship is because YEsStyle has to order the products from china wholesalers such as wholesale-dress.com - often you will see the same products that YesStyle is selling on wholesale-dress.com - except YesStyle sells these same products for 10x the price. This is how they make their profit. They don't want you to know that you can buy directly from wholesale-dress (and other sites like it). If, IF you want to buy a lot of "cute" one size fits "most" clothing, you would be better off ordering straight from the same China wholesale suppliers that YesStyle orders from (except makes 10x as much money off you since they are the middle man between you and the China wholesale products). A lot of wholesale places require you to buy a minimum quantity of items but not wholesale-dress.com. So if you're going to let yourself get ripped off in this way, at least do it for $2 per item at wholesale-dress, not $40 per item at YesStyle.
The customer service for Yesstyle is just as bad as the cust srvc from wholesale-dress, so, if you do choose to rip yourself off, go with getting ripped off by the cheaper site, not YesStyle.
Most of all though..... what I hate most about all of these websites is that I am using real American money to buy Fake foreign crap. So, don't do it.
I placed the order on 12/28 and took them about a 2 weeks to ship my order because one of the items that I ordered is no longer available. I got my order on 1/14 and realized there are two out of four clothes was in "not sale-able" condition so I decided to return. This is when the fun started. I mailed it back (with post office receipt, RMA# & address they provided) on 1/15, the return address is to LA so I figured I can get the refund about a week or so. However, it's not the case. They told me once they received the return items, they have to ship back to H.K. in order to get my refund (about few weeks or so.) By the way, did I mention they did NOT receive my return anyway? Good thing, It's only $40, but feel cheated.
This is a company that do "one-time only" business. No customer service, and I DO NOT trust them. In my opinion - you 'MAY' get your product (if they are not out) but good luck on the refund...
The shipping is pretty fast, considering where its coming from. The quality of the clothes is not too good. If you plan to buy stuff from this site i suggest to go for the Korean brands rather than the Taiwanese brands because the quality is better. I'm not certain but I've heard that they overcharge Americans and that the prices are about two times more than they would originally be. Aside from that i still really like yesstyle. Their clothes are really cute but most of them are "one size". Im pretty skinny and im around a "medium" so i was worried that the hoodie i bought wouldn't fit because I'm not as thin as the models but luckily it did. I read a few bad reviews on this site and some good ones too. After reading the bad ones i was skeptical about ordering from yesstyle but I'm glad i did.
Having tried one time , i felt terrible and waste of money. I bought 14 pieces of garment from them, only 5 of them were wearable, the rest were either ripped , having dirty stain or nonaligned. I felt like I'm being cheated and tried to ask for refund, but they refused and even stopped replying my email after few times of negotiate.
