Shipment was very quick. However, when actual delivery was delayed due to my own error, the issue was quickly resolved by an understanding customer service representative.
As an overseas client buying through the internet I was very satisfied with the service I received from the Weby staff. I must admit though that I was very wary early on to receive an email requesting full details of my credit card when, in New Zealand, we are specifically warned not to disclose such details over the 'net. However we satisfied both Weby and my concern by using the PayPal account. AAA++ service, thank you.

Ordered part off amazon and it did not fit my rail on my ar. Called webyshops directly and told them what was up. I did have to reorder it from them but they were very helpful and got on my problem rite away. I can't give a 5 star because of the defective part but there service made up for it. I will order directly from them from now on. And even with shipping cost was still cheaper than any company on amazon.
Ordered a scope shown in stock on their site. They contact me 2 days later that it is not available. They then proceed to tell me I will get refunded in 3-5 days. Sounds like a scam to us my money. Reputable company give immediate refunds, steer clear!

I bought a Bersa. 380 from. WebYShops - they had the rock-bottom lowest price, very efficient purchasing procedure, fast delivery, and they even give a military / LEO discount. I'm a VERY satisfied customer, and will definitely be doing more business with them!

After placing the order, I still had to wait a long time until the item would get back in stock.
At the end, everything arrived ok.

Regarding their logistics, it requires more honesty and transparency.

I ordered two Ruger BX trigger assemblies. Weby misshipped me a Fish Cat inflatable. They called right away to demand its return. They promised to re-ship the product that I had ordered but not received.
As soon as they sent me their return label I shipped the Fish Cat back to them. It's been almost a month now and I still don't have my merchandise. I've contacted them three times by email and have received two automated support ticket numbers but no actual human contact.
Weby keeps emailing requests for me to rate them, so here you are. I'll never shop with you again, WebyShops. In my experience, you're crooked as hell.
UPDATE: Now I'm receiving emails asking me to rate the product that they sent in error -- which was returned immediately without being used. I called and an unnamed lady (really, despite two opportunities she didn't say her name) said that the returned item had not been processed yet, nearly a month after they received it back. She also said that the three customer service case numbers that they sent in response to my emails were computer generated and couldn't explain why no human ever responded to the emails.
I purchased a Nikon P-223 scope under Nikon's Range Ready promotion and it took about three weeks to get the free p-series mount. To WebyShops credit, I've seen similar complaints from other online retailers too, seems to be a logistical thing with Nikon. I finally got my stuff and it's great.
Very happy with the selection of in stock items. Great customer service and good prices.
