Great help

I purchased a watch on watchesonnet. Cheap pricing! I initially had problems with shipment, however turned out to be UPS fault.
Watchesonnet customer service really helped in tracking the watch, and made it easier.

Hello. I received my Tag Heuer watch in a super time manner. Just a few days. Packaging was perfect, paperwork enclosed & beautiful original box of the watch.
I tried it on & thought the watch was too large. I emailed that I wanted to return & watchesonNet within a few hours sent me directions for return! Really amazing.
I am thinking that I will keep the watch because I love it and just saw it at Costco for $400 more! Thank you. I will decide to keep or send back tomorrow!

Is that a real site?

I must have tried to purchase a watch on this site since November 2020 through Feb 2021.
I found the watch I was looking for but I was never able to complete the purchase on their site.
The order could not get past where it says in the attached document: "Place your order now"
I have called their, so called, customer support more than 10 times, left multiple voice messages and emails and never got a single response. Their site appears to be a ghost!
So I went on different sites and was able to complete my business for the watch I was looking for.

I placed an order for a Tissot time piece, and within 5 days it was here! How's that for service! And it was packaged well for the long journey it faced.

I collect Tissot time pieces, and they are hard to find in Australia.

Like some others on here, I was definitely skeptical about ordering from a site that I did not have any familiarity about. I did some research and decided that the reviews were favorable. I did 1 day shipping and received the watch the next day. Everything came perfectly. I am very satisfied and would do business again. The operators via chat and phone are also very helpful.

Scam!

We bought a Swiss Army watch from watchesonnet that didn't work properly. We sent it in for repair over 5 months ago and it has not been returned. Phone calls and emails are not returned. DO NOT purchase anything from these scam artists.

Loved the watch, loved the service

Couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. Called customer service. Rep was so nice and courteous. Couldn't believe it! Once I finally chose the exact TAG I wanted, I received the watch within 3 days! Quite wild if you all me. Very impressed by the whole experience

I tried calling to verify why the luxury watched AP Patek's are way way lower than the average market price.
They all state they are brand new which makes it even more suspect?
No one will get back to me.

Good Buy
October 28, 2015

Purchased a new Movado watch $150 less then any department store. Watch came in new box and the watch was in perfect condition. Watch does not come with the Movado warranty, but it did come with a Swiss Warranty. Great place to purchase your next watch!

Today is Tuesday 16th of May 2017 and i placed an order since 8th of May 2017 with 2 days delivery and sent a bunch of emails to them and they have never returned any of them. Their phone number provided on the website goes to voicemail at all time. They are not bothered to reply and listen their answering machine as the mailbox is never full and the answering machine is switched to office after hours meaning someone is turning on the answering machine for calls received after the office hours.
This Experience is the worse experience i have ever had in my life for online stores. At least email customers or call them if you are encountering issues. Very Very Very Disappointing and Disrespectful.

Very strange company..

Very strange company. First- when every retail is open around holiday this company was closed for 4 days... Really guys?. Second- they charged me right away, but no confirmation emails, or ability to check status online. Again. Really? Third- on 12/25 phone message said call back on 26. On 26 message suggested to call on 27. On 27 I finally talk to person and was told that my order wasn't processed yet. Not to mentioned that i made an order with second day air... they promised me to get with shipping info back to me in couple of hours. I waited, call them several times no result. And now they closed for weekends. Still no email or access to my account.
I'm waiting till Monday. If no real proof of product being shipped, I will cancel the order and dispute charges through my credit card. Reading reviews I feel like all positive reviews are fake, as I highly doubt that normally operating company can act like that. Will contact amazon after that.

Ordered watch on 8/19 and not only I didn't receive it after they charged my credit card but not even an e-mail or a phone call to let me know whtat the status was and finally after cancelling the order I still haven't gotten my credit back (it's been 7 days already!). Called my credit card company to dispute this.
What a nightmare experience!

With out more information I'm not 100% sure what had occurred on your order. It seems as if this was possibly a special order item, those typically will take some time for us to receive a reply if we are able to get an watch into our office or not. Terrible service

Terrible service. Phone system go automatically to voice service. I think they are also associated with swiss repair. I sent my watch in for repair. I fear it is gone.
No reply to voice mail or e-mail. They may be out of business. If they are not out of business they should be. Do not buy from them or have service by swiss repair, it isn't worth the potential upfront savings.

This is a bait and switch site, but that's not the worst of it. I ordered a Gucci watch for $486.00. A salesman called me and said that watch was not available but they had another similar one for $556.00. I wanted it for a Christmas present, so I paid for it. I received another call stating that watch was on back order. I requested my money be refunded. They told me they would give me a refund in 3-5 business days. It never came. To make a long story short, after several weeks of calling everday and speaking to their "Sales Manager" who kept assuring me their billing department had issued my refund and the problem was with MY bank, I called the Better Business Bureau in Los Angeles and registered a complaint through them. They interceded and I had my refund within two days. Buyer beware of this place!

I chatted with a customer representative before placing an order with Watchesonnet. He reassured me that the watch was in stock and ready to be shipped. I placed my order. A few days later I tried to check the status of my order and the website wouldn't let me check. I contacted their customer representative but this time they told me that the watch was not in stock and they would have to order it. 3 days later I received an email stating that my order was cancelled without any explanation. The item I ordered is still listed on its website as available, on sale and in stock. Watchesonnet.com is a shady business. I will never use it or recommend it to anyone.

WORST COMPANY EVER

DONT DO IT... YOULL BE SORRY. I HAD TO FILE AT BBB just to get them to respond to my emails. All good reviews must be fake. They dont even answer phone calls made to their 800 number, always and only machines stating no one is available at this time. All this after placing an order form a product available page on their web site. All I got was a thank you for placing an order email than nothing for about a month after paying for UPS 2nd day air shipping.

The worst company to deal with! I spoke to there manger Ben and didn't even know how to handle the situation I been in sales for years. Any time any of my employee makes a mistake on a price we honor the price for the customer for customer satisfaction. The worst company to do business with, I was interested in a Movado ******* watch and it showed for $716.00 and when i called they said they couldn't give it to me for that price because who ever hands the internet sales made a mistake and couldnt give it to me at that price so they changed it to $895.00

I wired $5695. 00 to wathesonnet bank in coral gables florida for a cartier watche and they shipped me an empty box. They have no way of proving the box left their building with a watch inside and they are saying that UPS or one of their employees took it in transit. The tamper proff tape was not tampered with so I bleieve their internal shipping security is non -existant either deliberately or because of shamefull neglect to security on their side. Any case i am out of pocket $5695. Beware of this company
