Terrible Customer Service. Have not got the clubs yet and don't want them. Have been trying to cancel my order for the past 3 days. Apparently their site is down due to Internet SPAM and abuse. They can send me emails but mine do not go through. No contact phone number either. All electronic correspondence which sucks. I will be talking this up with my credit card company. Not sure they emailed me and said it was shipped. Took Over 5 days to ship. Think I am gonna try to refuse the delivery and let my credit card go after them. I bought a set of ping G10 blue dots and probably will be fake like everyone else is saying. I may report it to ping if I decide to open the box and check for serial numbers. This type of business is unacceptable.
Got me too, R9 supertri broke after only hitting a couple of times and the will not accept the club back for return. They say shipping is to expensive but if I buy something else from their store they will send me another shaft. That would leave me with 2 pieces of junk. Stay far far away and tell everyone you know.
This website is absolutely selling fake products, just recieved my r9 driver and after using it once the shaft broke. You can dispute the charges with your CC company. I have capital one and they already have a number of disputes about this website. Stay far far away.
I ordered a set of taylor made burners 2.0 and then tried to cancel after reading several post about the shadiness of this company. They then told me they would have to charge a %20 cancellation fee, when I complained they offered a %10 cancellation fee. Stay away from this website. I work for a huge law firm that handles trademark infringement and they will be going after them shortly
I bought an R11 and really like the club. Many people bag on this web site and say they sell fake stuff. If my club is fake, I don't care then, because I hit the ball long and straight with this club. I have compared the pictures real to fake and mine club seems to be real. Maybe I got lucky.
Do not buy anything from this website. I ordered an iron set and they arrived within 4 days. The irons are not authentic! Fake! I have contacted the customer service department about the "no hassle return policy" and I am getting the run around. This is not a reliable site and the people that are running it are dishonest and coniving.
Looks like I have a lot of company. I purchased what I thought was a Ping K-15 driver and ended up wtih a piece of junk knock-off from China. At first, usgolfsale claimed it was a Ping made for Asian and European markets. Then they tried to pay me ($20, then $35, then $50) to keep it. They finally said I could send it back to China ($88) and they would credit my Visa. Then, I went to Visa, documented my dispute with irrefutable evidence of the counterfeit club and they, too, forced me to send the club back at my expense in order to be credited for the rip-off. You are nuts to consider these people for anything but jail.
I don't know why some people alaways say nonsense here, they never bought products there and said those unfair words. I bought one set of ping g15 irons here, I think the quality is not the best but they are worth buying with the cheap price, why some one wants to buy the best clubs with low price?
Bought a Ping G10, after I bought club it was brought to light that this company was located in china but the web site made it seem that it was located in the US. The product is a reproduction of a G10 and not a good one at that, the grip was cheap and stunk. I went to Golfsmith and bought the real thing, learned an expensive lesson, don't buy from this website, totally fake products.
I bought a set of Callaway Diablo Edge irons about a week ago. The entire buying experience seemed shady. When I received the clubs in the mail all the clubs were individually wrapped in plastic that indicated the clubs were Callaway Warbirds. I took the clubs to Golf Gallaxy to get sized. The rep immediately asked where I bought these clubs. He showed me a Callaway Diablo Edge iron and it was immediately apparent that the clubs i had purchased were not genuine Callaway clubs. The grips were not Callaway grips, the iron heads were not offset, and the shaft was not the same shaft that comes with Diablo Edge iron and also looked like a knock off. Do not buy anything from this site.
This website is a complete rip off. Do not order from here. The clubs are not authentic. I ordered a Callaway FT-iZ Tour driver. Once received my husband looked at the club and knew it was fake immediately. The shaft was for a Nike driver. The grip had the wrong embellum on it. The color of the outline of the grip was wrong. The club head had a plastic embellum that is suppossed to be metal on it. The club head did not contain any carbon fiber. I emailed them and they said that the clubs are Original Equipment Manufacturer.
I ordered a set of Callaway x-22 irons, and it turns out they are fakes. I'd love any information anyone can offer that may help me get my money refunded.
I purchased a set of Ping G10 Irons and the serial numbers are fake. I even asked the online help If the clubs were manufactured by Ping and they said YES... STAY AWAY.
