Paket NICHT zugestellt & KEINE Nachricht.

Obwohl ich am 12.Jan.2026 zu Hause war & auf das Paket gewartet habe, behauptet UPS (laut Track of UPS Package): "Der Empfänger wurde nicht angetroffen, das Paket konnte NICHT zugestellt werden." Es wurde KEINE Nachricht im Briefkasten oder an der Türe hinterlassen. - Laut Track of UPS Package: Hole das Paket am UPS-Access-Point ab (ohne Angabe der Adresse des UPS-Access-Points). UPS ist KEIN verlässiger Zusteller. UPS Telefonservice via KI ist nicht hilfreich.
Ab sofort storniere ich jede Bestellung (von Amazon, etc.), für die eine UPS Zustellung vorgesehen ist. Dies spart Ärger mit der Suche nach dem Paket.

UPS sendet Rechnung datiert mit 29.08.2023, die bei mir am 12.09.2023 (also 14 Tage später) ein langt. Die UPS Rechnung wurde aus den Niederlanden (P.O.BOX 7002) abgeschickt. UPS droht in dieser Rechnung bei verspäteter Zahlung ab dem 7.Tag mit Verzugszinsen von 8% und eine Säumnisgebühr in der Höhe von Euro 40.=.

UPS marked my package as "receiver not available" and "final delivery attempt failed," even though I was home and available at the delivery address. There was no actual delivery attempt and no notice was left.

Because of this incorrect status, the package was automatically returned to the sender. This is not the first time I have experienced the exact same problem with UPS — false delivery attempts, no notice, and packages being returned without giving the customer a real chance to receive them.

This kind of repeated failure causes unnecessary stress, delays, and extra work for customers, who then have to deal with sellers and refunds due to UPS errors.

Very disappointing and unacceptable level of service for a company of this size.

I am a small buisiness in Canada. A part was sent to El Paso Texas for warranty work... upon completion of the work the part was sent back to Canada. The package made it as far as Belleville Ontario, about 20 to 30 minutes from me. Then the parcel was returned to sender.
Reason stated was because there was no "unit number" on the shipping address. I receive lots of parcels here from UPS? THe driver knows us? Unless there was a new or substitute driver? At any rate. I find 2 things wrong here. Was there a phone number attached in El Paso Texas? And really when ups sees a biusiness name on a package they dont know how to use the internet?

When parcel is taken in at a ups location there should be a phone number attached. If there is not then they should not take it for delivery? And the other part about the driver knowing us... and Belleville knows this is a LOCAL address and does nothing to reach out. DISGUSTING! I will never give UPS MY BUIS EVER AGAIN

Worst Service
December 30, 2025

I have been waiting for a package since December 20th.
Today, the tracking showed a delivery window between 5:15 PM and 7:15 PM. I stayed home all afternoon waiting, and the package never arrived.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I entered the building access code and electronic signature correctly in the system, yet the driver returned without attempting delivery.

I contacted customer service and was told the delivery is now postponed until Friday or Saturday, as if the customer's time has no value.

This experience shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism. UPS does not respect delivery commitments and wastes customers' time.

After this experience, I will never trust or use UPS services again. Extremely disappointing.

Recently UPS switched to insanity mode and started returning to sender ALL shipments claiming "illegible address labels" and charging sender for "delivery". What an anomaly. Theatre of absurdity.

A total screw up!

Well, my cookies are molded as sent 3weeks ago, and now they are sending them back. Why" Because store 619 lied about not getting proper forms. Told you can't send cookies, but let's try anyway. Okay wait, you can send cookies. Just need the ingredients. I sent that, she didn't sent to customs. Out 40.00 and cost of 25 baked cookies.

I had to make sure I was home for a package to sign for it they give you a 4 hour window and did not deliver I asked for notifications didn't even get notified when it was delayed if you know it wont make it by the delivery time let the customer know so they are not wasting their time waiting around for a package that will never arrive. I called customer support the wait time said 23 minutes I was on hold for 48 min and still not answer I gave up.

I shipped a time-sensitive box to my child on the west coast. The cost was over $100 for 2-day delivery. It didn't arrive and they couldn't find it. I went in daily for a week. They didn't know where it was... or it was on a truck... or it was at a facility... or it was at a store. My daughter went to the store near her where it was supposed to be. It wasn't there. The following week, UPS said it arrived and was signed for by a woman who was not my daughter. They said it was at her home but it wasn't. We finally found it at a local UPS affiliate shop, destroyed. The box had been kicked in. The contents were destroyed. I asked for a refund of my money for the incredibly expensive 2-day delivery that failed. UPS sent it to claims, gave me a run-around, and refused to refund my money, deeming my claim unworthy. There was no way to speak to a person. It was done automatically via internet. A week later, they sent me a request to rate them. They asked me how much I liked them and how much I'd use them again. UPS stole my money and destroyed my package and they couldn't care less. The company is automated and I'm just another chump who got swindled by them. The United States Postal Service and FedEx are far superior. I will never use UPS again.

UPS is retroactively overcharging for packages. When you purchase a label on eBay for a 3 lbs / 16"x12"x8" a week or so later, you get a message that the billable weight was 12 lbs and there is and added charge.

UPS has failed me completely. I ordered a package in December 2024, and as of now, I still haven't received it. Their system falsely claims that it was delivered to a pickup point I have never used or authorized. After contacting their customer service multiple times, all they do is send the same generic response without actually investigating the issue. No refund, no real assistance—just silence and a closed case. This is beyond incompetence; it feels like fraud. UPS has lost my trust entirely, and I will never use their services again. Stay away if you value your money and time!

Can't deliver on time

Next day air turned into a 5 day delivery! Sad but true anyways, 😭 after two days went by I tried calling UPS and all that was offered to me was a pre-recorded question/answer A.I. Program that didn't offer any reason for package being so late. After reading hundreds of reviews on UPS it seems they're no longer qualified to be handling anything that needs to be there on time. At one time the company was really good at delivery but not so anymore.

I have never had more issue with packages then with UPS there is always a delay or error with shipping. The website basically doesnt work I always have to call, which can take 10-30 mins, for things that should have been able to do online. Been writing bad reviews whilst waiting 38 mins for costumer service. Absolute dumpster fire. If I had a choice to not use UPS I would.

UPS DESERVES NO RATING AT ALL! MY PACKAGE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO NEW JERSEY SINCE THE 13TH OF NOVEMBER 2024. TODAY IS THE 6TH OF JANUARY 2025. I AM RUNNING FROM PILLAR TO POST WITHOUT ANY LUCK. I OPENED AN INVESTIGATION ON THE 24TH OF DECEMBER. THE INVESTIGATION WAS CLOSED TODAY THE 6TH OF JANUARY WITH NO DELIVERY OF MY PACAKGE. MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO THE UPS MAILROOM IN LOUISVILLE, KY AND THEY CLOSED THE INVESTIGATION. I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO UPS AND SPOKEN WITH A MULTIPLE CUSTOMER AGENTS WITH EACH PERSON GIVING A DIFFERENT STORY. I JUST NEED MY PACKAGE. THERE WERE 2 PACKAGES. 1 WAS DELIVERED AND THE OTHER ONE IS IN UPS MAILROOM IN KY FOR NO REASON!

HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. WASTE OF MY TIME. EXPEDITE SHIPPED A PACKAGE AND PAID $50 FOR THESE INCOMPETENT WORKERS TO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS. MOST UNORGANIZED COMPANY I DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE ALLOWED TO OPERATE. AFTER 2 WEEKS OF MY PACKAGE BEING ACCIDENTALLY SENT TO WRONG LOCATIONS, THEY ARE RETURNING IT BACK TO THE SHIPPER. I had scheduled a package that required a signature to be delivered on 12/28/24, but I knew I wouldn't be home until 12/30/24. I called UPS to explain my situation, and they informed me that if I changed the delivery date to Monday, I would be charged $11 for that change. They also mentioned that I would have three delivery attempts, with 12/30/24 being the final attempt.

On 12/30/24, the UPS App notified me that my package would be delivered between 10:15 AM and 1:15 PM. However, the delivery time was later changed to 9 PM, and despite waiting all day, the package did not arrive. I checked the app around 6 PM and saw that the final delivery attempt was marked as missed at 6 PM. I called UPS to explain that I had been home all day, but only received a call back from a supervisor an hour later, informing me that the driver would return with my package in 29 minutes.

I waited downstairs as instructed by the driver, who later called to say he had to deliver something else before coming to me. I waited until 8:50 PM but received no further communication. The next day, I found out that my package was being returned to the sender, despite UPS never showing up the day before. I made a second complaint, but received no response from UPS.

This gang of crooks lost my parcel again. Just because I forgot to tell the shipper to NEVER EVER USE ups UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. And that's it, 10 days of no updates, mumbles "oh we so sorry" over the phone, and absolutely zero help.

Just an yearly reminder to NEVER deal with this pathetic bunch of clowns.

Our business has used UPS for years, but over the past 7 months they have become so unreliable as to have cost us one of our clients. As a result we're leaving UPS. They charge us for overnight air delivery but do not get the packages to the delivery spot for days (one case weeks); they don't guarantee their services - despite our purchasing insurance on packages; they like to play the blame game with the UPS store while they close their shipping centers intake desks;... Too much for one review. I recommend you use someone else.

Did you know that was is in your traking number page is not the realaty? It is automatic!
In my page it should be here today, it came from Sweden to Portugal. I waited 46 minutes for UPS to take my call and they said that it was not in Portugal and did not even arrived Spain...
$#*!i company. Ridiculous and we pay for this kind of mediocre services. No more UPS for me!

I have just had the most horrible delivery experience with this company and I would absolutely tell them that IF THEY HAD A LIVE AGENT ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL What kind of company doesn't want to hear from its patrons?

I received a delivery confirmation from UPS for a product I bought on TikTok. The problem is that the proof of delivery photo was of the wrong house. I have no idea where this house is. It is not a neighboring house.

When I TRIED to enter a delivery claim, UPS closed it stating that I needed to reach out to Amazon. Amazon? Why? I didn't buy this product from Amazon.

Then, a CS rep called me from a non-working number to again tell me that my claim has been closed. I could not even call them back because the number was non-working.

Then, when I tried to enter another claim, the website said the claim had been closed and to contact Amazon. AND THEN BLOCKED ME FROM SUBMITTING ANOTHER CLAIM.

Because when UPS says your package has been delivered, they don't mean delivered TO YOU. They consider the job done, regardless of where your package ends up.

UPS, your customer service is as bad as your drivers. Lazy, irresponsible and uncaring.
