took forever to send me a couple of items. forgot to send one of them. have now sent 3 emails, and 3 months later, they have still not sent the missing item. essentially, they are a bunch of crooks.
will not respond to polite emails and have no telephone number listed, so there is no way of speaking to them.
do not trust this site!

Dianne A. I am very sorry that you have had a problem with this website. Unfortunately this happened when Brambles Pet Shop were running the business. They no longer are, the business is now back with it's original owner (as of Sept 2010) and we can assure every one that nothing like this will ever happen again. Dianne.
