Took forever to send me a couple of items. Forgot...

Took forever to send me a couple of items. Forgot to send one of them. Have now sent 3 emails, and 3 months later, they have still not sent the missing item. Essentially, they are a bunch of crooks.
Will not respond to polite emails and have no telephone number listed, so there is no way of speaking to them.
Do not trust this site!
