I ordered a pair of sandals, they didn't fit, I never wore them but Ugg claimed I did and rerun the brand new shoes back! Shocking. Avoid Ugg, I will never purchase from them again.
My daughter was so excited that she was able to find uggs in her favorite color she ordered 3 pairs of uggs she only received 1 pair which are fake. She has been emailing twice a week since November to get a refund, was told that it will be refund back to the account have yet to receive the refund or the other pair of boots.
Yes, this is a FAKE website. They took my money out of the account the same day and I've received no UGG boots and no contact:-((
This site should be removed, I orderd boots in october and thy never arrived, contacted the shipping company they gave me only to be told they had been requested back. Have emailed them everyday for 2 months with no reply. Take my advice they are fraudsters and the site should be closed.
I ordered 2 pairs of the boots right before christmas, about 3 weeks later i recieved a facecloth from china, which was under the tracking number for the boots. When i emailed them back they said sorry we will ship them right away and 3 weeks later nothing AND that email address no longer exsists.
TOTAL SCAM and now im dealing with the bank to get my money back!
My daughter ordered off this site and after they took the money out her account ( christmas money) she waited for a confirmation email it didn't arrive, I emailed them 5 times explaining that she had spent her christmas money from her grandparents and she was hoping for delivery ready for Christmas Day I had no reply, after two days I looked into the website and came across all the comments on this page after breaking the news to my daughter whom was heart broken and in tears that her money had been stolen I thought there was no way of refunding it, luckily I read that if I call the bank she might still have a chance, do thank you guys! It's disgusting that these ppl scam money every day, I now have a unhappy teenager who was over the moon at the prospect of having ugg boots for christmas,,,,
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Took my £81.50 and never received any other contact. Sent numerous e mails NO RESPONSE
Called my bank today they checked out and told me it's a blacklisted company and
In CHINA! Thank goodness my bank going to refund me... eventually wish I had read reviews before losing money. Debbie D
I wish I would of read this site before I placed my order. They took my money right away and I was not able to get it back. When the product arrived it was so obvious they were fake. Like someone else mentioned the smell gave them away right away along with the box they came in. I compared them with some legit ones that I have in the same style but a different color. The sole was made out of cheap crap, and did not have the proper markings like it should. Also the fur is fake crap that does not look or feel like the real thing. Please do not order from this site!
We ordered "ugg" boots on 27th Dec with what was supposed to be 7-10 day delivery, paid £83. We received an email with a tracking number which didn't work. We then sent them another email requesting where our order is. Another tracking number came back. Checking this parcel has been a nightmare it now shows "out for delivery" which it has been from the 5th Jan. I have emailed them several times with a response of "we will look into it". I am now live on line with a Lucy from this company who just keeps advising me that I need to talk to my post office!
I'm taking this to Watchdog and urge anyone else to do the same. This website and others like it need shutting down.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - I JUST WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING!
Like all of you on here, i ordered, could not get back on this site and have had no contact at all. They took the money from my account and i am stuck doing all the necessary paperwork to stop them and complain
Hi Everyone - ordered UGG boots on the 8th Dec... received an email saying that I would receive a tracking number which I did. The tracking number was rubbish when I tried it on DHL, emailed them, got an email back saying that DHL had messed up their tracking numbers and a few days later I received another tracking number.
On the 23rd Dec I received my goods... oh my god! FAKE AS...! Strong smell of glue and brick hard soles... On Christmas Day my wife was a little upset... well thats putting it mildly.
I have since bought a pair of UGGS from Xile in Edinburgh and my wife is now well happy!
I ordered Ugg boots from this site on 28th December 2010, I have since had no email confirmation or tracking number. I have emailed them (NO REPLY), tried the online help (which is always off-line) and phoned (answer phone). So now after reading all these reviews know I have been conned! I have cancelled my credit card and have to wait 30 days for a refund if the boots don't turn up, which I think is extremely unlikely! I am SO cross I fell or this con. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE OR ANY THAT LOOK SIMILAR AND CLAIM TO SELL UGG BOOTS FOR AROUND £70.
I AM A POLICE OFFICER AND HAVE BEEN STUPID ENOUGH TO BE DUPED BY THIS COMPANY. THE GOODS THEY SEND ARE FAKE AND WILL MORELIKELY THAN NOT BE SEIZED BY CUSTOMS AS SUCH. YOU WILL THEN BE LEFT STRUGGLING TO GET ANY MONEY BACK.
THE COMPANY WILL RESPOND TO E-MAILS CLAIMING THEY ARE REFUNDING YOU, BUT YOU WILL GET NOTHING.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

When I googled ugg boots. It's was ugg uk that I found. The boots I picked were on sale so I just thought I had a bargain and was lucky!
It was only when I found this site and read the reviews that I begun to worry. After searching the website that was so easy to find had disappeared and I found these reviews
The boots did arrive and were very fake hut will do for walking the dog in. As everyone Kees saying only buy ugg from a shop then you know just what you are getting.
I am very disappointed with the quality of my new "UGG". It looks ugly and very poor quality...
UGG don't do big sales. I have paid £70 and received just cheap crab!
Hi,
Thought i would share my experience dealing with this website.
Here goes! - My daughter requested a genuine pair of High classic black UGG boots for christmas this year. We browsed/googled all the websites and chose this one as it was a UK site and was googled as a UK website. Ordered the boots on 26/11/10 (yes, plenty of time for them to arrive before xmas!) and paid £58.99 throught PAYEASE. After several weeks waiting, no email confirmation of order and me having sent several emails enquiring as to the whereabouts of these boots i had ordered and paid for and getting assuring email replies that they had been sent and even a parcelforce tracking number which of course we tried to track but it said items had been picked up, delivered and signed for by someone somewhere in China. I was horrified, as there had been no mention of China, when i had ordered them. I then started googling and came across this worrying website and phoned my credit card to enquire who had taken my money and lo and behold, it was some chinese name plus it was actually £62.27 that had been debited! I decided that i had been had and sent some rather abusive emails to the company and stated i would be reporting them to International Fraud etc but they still replied with = please do not worry, you will get your boots!
I then bought another pair of exactly the same boots from a UK shop costing £116 3 days ago and hoped that they would be delivered before xmas.
Last night when the post arrived - i could hardly believe my eyes! - The second pair of genuine boots i ordered arrived PLUS the Chinese pair - I could hardly compose myself and having studied them both inside, outside, upside, downside - they are absoloutely identical! - My husband and i have examined both pairs in minute detail and cannot find any difference at all. NOW, of course, I have 2 pairs of UGG boots, both size 7.5 - one cost £62.27, the other cost £116! - maybe they are fakes but i cannot tell either way!
For those of you who have ordered after we did, you might well get your boots yet - like i said, i ordered on 26th november 2010 and they arrived 18th December - tracking number was untraceable but yet they got here somehow!
Personally, i would not buy this way again but i genuinely thought this was a UK website,
Merry christmas to you all.
IHAVE ORDERS UGGS AND THEY KEEP SENDING ME A TRACKING NUMBER THAT HAS NO RECORD AM REALLY WORRIED WILL I RECIEVE THEM? I ORDERD ON 3RD DECEMBER!
On the 28/11/2010 I ordered from uk-ugg-boots.com a pair of ugg boots for my daughter, advertised to be GENUINE GRADE A TWINFACE SHEEPSKIN boots (order number *******).
I must confess that at the time I had no idea that the company was based in China and the advertising was as un-true as the web-site name suggestion that they were based in the UK (uk-ugg-boots.com)... Although not receiving a confirmation email of the order did ring some bells.
10 days later we received the boots which can be described as anything but GENUINE GRADE A SHEEPSKIN. Really cheap, fake stuff that you can buy with £15 or less almost everywhere in the UK nowadays. I contacted them numerous times asking for a full refund, offering to pay for the return of the boots. But it looks like we are literally not speaking the same language, or at least we are not on the same wavelength... If I was to return the boots, they want to charge me 25% of the price as their original shipping fees to UK, etc... They keep stating they are sorry, but there seem to be no remorse at all in their attitude.
Therefore, although I am interested in getting back my money, I am really more interested in making sure that nobody gets scammed again by this company. So, I will try and raise the awareness in the UK cyberspace against these scammers.
If there is anything you can do along the same lines, I will much appreciate it. Many thanks, AG.
I have payed for a pair of boots and they took more than they supposed to from my account no track ing number pissed off
