Spare yourself the grief and NEVER buy a wedding dress from Tidebuy.com unless you are okay with it being made from extremely cheap material & differing from what you THINK you are getting. I purchased a wedding dress and when it arrived 2 weeks later, it was not even the same dress pictured online! It was awful! So cheap, quality was HORRIBLE, it had strings coming off of the lace, looked like a cheap table cloth. The lace was not even the same as pictured. I tried calling the customer service# multiple times through out the day, only to get a message that they weren't available. I emailed, and explained how disappointed i was with my dress, and that it was not the same dress pictured that i thought i was purchasing. Do not under any circumstances order anything from this company of sharks. I sent an item back that was not to my liking. They have tried every tactic to stop from paying me back. I tracked the item to them with proof of sending and they claim that because I didn't get permission to send it back they will not refund the 40 pounds. I have reminded them that under British law I am entitled to a refund. I will be taking legal advice through the ombudsmen and any cost incurred by me will be costed to there company.
