Bad bad service will never sell tickets with them again. Didn't notify if tickets sold wouldn't allow me to log in account after sitting on hold for w hours still no answer
I purchased 2 tickets to Heart and Bruce. I went to check they were still there. I tried to access them but was unsuccessful. I was advised that my password had been changed without my knowledge. Thanks guys. I requested a change and got sent 4. These passwords were in 6 characters not 8 as needed. 4 emails no answer. They were supposed to take 48 hours. Get off your duffs people.
Bruce is coming to Ottawa next month!
Ticketmaster software has glitches and no accountability. WARNING: Never use "accept an offer" in ticketmaster. Its a scam and doesn't work on app. No record of sale, no warning of non-processing, you loose your tickets/value. $468 for me on a recent CREW v MIAMI MLS game on 10/2. Ticketmaster of no help, but why would they? They're a monopoly, its their world and we just buy tickets in it.
I bought tickets for the SA vs NZ rugby game. At no point did Ticketmaster disclose that my wife and I would be sitting 200m apart. Had we known this, I would not have paid a small fortune for these tickets. Unacceptable and very poor business process!
I need to sell my tickets for an upcoming event due to an unplanned surgery. The concert is in 5 days and my tickets are not able to transfer. Ticketmaster said they would get back with me in 3 to 5 days. I need to sell them now. Ticketmaster is going to make me eat 670.00. I cannot get anyone to help me now.
Customer service is no help with tickets that are not showing up They refuse to send your call to a manager. Hold time vary from 30 mins to 1hour and 45 mins with no resolution.
I highly recommend this website as my go-to for purchasing tickets. The map feature is exceptional, allowing you to select your desired seat. The venue was conveniently accessible with ample parking, and all facilities were impeccably clean.""'805;;633;;1865''' To grab some best deals. The employees were well-organized, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were fortunate to have VIP tickets, granting us the opportunity to meet Alan Ruck downstairs. The staff went above and beyond in assisting me with navigating the stairs and capturing numerous photos of me with Mr. Ruck. Using Ticketmaster on my phone was a seamless and user-friendly experience. Although our seats were on the stage, there were moments where we faced the audience and performers' backs. Nonetheless, it was an incredible experience to witness the show from the perspective of the performers themselves.
The most awful customer service I have ever seen in my life and They will fee you to death. Will never give this company my money again. They are in a lawsuit now for their $#*!ty ways of business. Use stubhub instead!
First of all their service charge is high, and they do not provide good customer service. We bought tickets recently and the singer did not perform, his backup singers where singing, and they refused to refund. They gave me the run around for me to contact the venue and they refused to refund even though its in the media that the singer failed to perform. Just because he showed up does not mean he performed. Currently dealing with the credit card that I will soon expose if they do not resolve this. By the way the $50. Service charge was shown after purchase Never again will I be taken by Ticketmaster..
Brutal - can't resell tickets or transfer. Worst experience ever.
I was in a city (not my home town) and purchased tickets for the wrong dates (1 week in the future).
I had to repurchase new tickets and could not resell my tickets within the 1-week period.
I work with computers, I'm not a dumb person.
This is a brutal monopoly causing havok to artists and consumers/clients.
Ticketmaster.com happy to sell tickets to people outside US, but when it come to resale, they suddenly require a US or Canadian bank account. Absolutely no valid reason for this discrimination. Just another rip-off. Their "Fan Support" is a complete joke (they don't appear capable of reading or understanding a question). They then claim to escalate - and nothing happens. Please avoid them - and artists, please use other ticketing agencies!
My barcode to Paul McCartney tickets was stolen and the thieves posted my tickets for sale on Ticketmaster. Well Ticketmaster sent me an alert email over 30 hours ago to tell me they had been listed. The email went on to say if this is fraud "we are here to help click here" Then I jump through a myriad of hoops to end up at a leave email page where I explained I had not sold or given away my tickets and so it was definitely fraud. Now over 30 hours later nothing but computer generated worthless replies back. I now have no control over my tickets and I can see them for sale on Ticketmaster site. What a joke:-(!
This is by far the worst checkout experience I've ever seen from a real company. Failed at least 50 times before I was able to successfully purchase tickets to the US Open in NY. I'm a software engineer myself and I've seen my share of crappy web experiences. This one easily takes the cake. Literally does not work in Chrome no matter what you try. My girlfriend and I spent hours trying to buy tickets. It should not be this hard to give you my money.
Wanted to purchase an additional 3 tickets for an upcoming concert and had been advised by the ticket master website/ help that i needed to contact their 0800 111 999 number. After waiting on hold the previous day for over 30 mins then to be cut off, tried again today. I have been on hold for over 48 minutes and still waiting, having to listen to what appears to be a 50 second repetitive loop which makes it even harder to put up with. Whilst writing this whilst being on Hold the line has just cut me off again.
Three of my buddies and I were trying to buy tickets to a Rockies game. The row we were interested had five seats available. Unfortunately because we were leaving one seat vacant the system would not allow us to purchase the tickets. You cannot reach a human being for assistance and they have chat system that is very hard to locate. We left a message on the chat system and the response back was, "Ticketmaster Fan Support is here to help Fans with their previously placed order(s) and is unable to place any new ticket orders. To purchase tickets, please visit us at Ticketmaster.com on your desktop or mobile device, or download our mobile App at Google Play or the App Store." Even though I provided them with my phone number no one called. We ended up having to pay for the fifth seat to purchase our tickets and sit in the row we wanted. The entire process was exhausting and took days. If you need help good luck!
I put some tickets for sale. Then I found someone who wanted them. When I removed them from being on sale they got frozen. I contacted customer service. It was 5 hours before the show. The tech did they were checking into the issue. I never got a response back.
The show just began and I'm stuck with tickets that I could have sold.
I gave the rating of one star because there is no option for zero stars
Very disappointing that you guys changed my ticket for a location and dates that I can't attend and yet took out money from my bank. Well the joke is on you I gat my money back y'all can take those tickets I will listen to green-day and fall out boys on YouTube. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves…. Thieves …thieves. Trust me don't buy tickets from this people your bank will be hit with 8 charges of the same …. Fraud.
Went to purchase tickets for a child's show, I could have bought another ticket and a half if I had paid their "fees!" Why do venues use these thieves!? As you can see in the photos, the FEES are ALL Ticketmaster! Even the "facility fee." I paid 69.50 per ticket X 4, the face value at the Venue! There was no facility fee, processing fee or service fee. NONE. Isn't processing and service the same thing? Ticket master are crooks! I went to the venue and saved almost a 100$ in FEES! Well worth the drive. The only way I can not pay these ridiculous fees is by going in person. Venues should just set up online purchasing through them, do $5 a ticket flat fee and would still make money. Everywhere, except "paid" endorsements does TM have more than a 1 star rating! Wake up venues and stop allowing Ticketmaster to rob your guests! LETS PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS! DO not use them! Go to the venue whenever possible and do not hand over your hard earned money!
As a lover of music, attending concerts is a life-changing experience. So when I stumbled upon this company selling concert tickets, I was overjoyed. While their website was easy to navigate and their selection was impressive, I did experience a slight hiccup in receiving my ticket via email. However, I contacted their customer service team a few times and each time they were extremely helpful and diligent in resolving the issue. It's great to see a company that not only offers amazing products, but also prioritizes their customers and goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.
I have had maybe 6 or 7 experiences buying from, or attempting to buy from, Ticketmaster now. While I'm sure they could be worse, I think for how many artists use them for initial ticket sales, they are disorganized and dishonest. I'm surprised they're even allowed to sell those marked up "platinum" tickets as quickly as they do. A half hour into a sale, tickets that were originally $200 are suddenly $1,200. They used to have a customer service line and an automated phone line you could call to buy tickets, but of course they got rid of those. Buying tickets for highly popular shows is now even more difficult than it already was. Of course, there's always resale, but obviously that markup is going to be insane more often than not. Basically, if you're buying for any show with any sort of demand, you're probably screwed. So good luck!
Answer: I had this exact same problem and after multiple attempts to contact TicketMaster customer service still haven't been able to get this issue resolved. Have been getting the runaround from TM "Fan Support" via Twitter for a week and a half now (PS - Twitter was the only avenue for contacting TM customer service where I actually got a response from someone - had also tried their toll free Cust Svc phone number and got a recording saying that phone number isn't being monitored; also tried emailing their Cust Svc email account and got auto-reply saying that isn't being monitored either and directing me to their Cust Svc FAQs which say that in order to reach Cust Svc, you need to log into your account - but of course I was blocked from being able to do that because they think I'm a bot). Good luck with this - hope you can get a response from them. I still haven't been able to get any resolution of this same issue with my TM account. Once I get this resolved, I'll never do business with them again!
Answer: No, mine was a price jump
