I made a rookie mistake and looked at the reviews after I'd ordered from The Beauty Place. I was put off by the bad experiences people had had with shoddy products and the terrible customer service so I checked out the return policy and was pretty shocked by how non-customer friendly it is. I sent an email asking to cancel my order due to the return policy. It was a Saturday, so I expected a reply on Monday saying either, "Sorry, we already sent it," or "Sorry it's too late cancel." Instead, they did cancel my order and I got a full refund. Now I might have to change my bad opinion of them!
Stay away!. Any company that does not have their products' back and cannot take refunds is to be ignored. There are too many other options for buying quality beauty products without gambling your money.
I recently started using this facial oil at night as part of my bedtime routine and its been simply amazing! The hydration it provides my skin makes it feel baby soft in the morning while reducing any redness Ive had to enhance a healthy much-desired glow. Totally worth the investment - just a few drops is needed at night this product will go a long way. 5 Stars- Hands down!
They claim that their skin medica tns serum is authentic, but they are not a registered retailer. When I got my bottle, some of the writing was etched off and it did not take even 1 pump for product to come out. The writing was also a bit off center. Customer service was also poor, when I called to complain, they said that they needed to inspect it before issuing a refund rather than refund upon receipt of the product like any other reputable company. Do not waste your money here. If you are going to spend the money for this product, go through a registered dealer so you know the product is legit.
Scam. Nowhere's do they tell you you're subscribing to pay $30 after a free trial or one day trial. Which they don't tell you is a trail and that you will be charged. Anyways with the purchase of your supposed one day trail, I didn't receive not a damn thing. You get nothing! STAY AWAY from these thieves! They are sneaky soulless snakes! Look for style info for free on Pinterest or Insta. Not from these scammers.
It's bulls***! You pay only 0,99$, but you automatically subscribe to a plan and after 3 days you are charged 25$.
I did cancel on time, thank god. Also, when you try to get the refund they will not respond directly to what you asked.
If you paid with PayPal cancel the automatic payments right away, don't just cancel on your profile settings. It might not be enough.
Another thing is if you paid with PayPal, asked them the refund directly. Send them prints about the website, the reviews, explain exactly what happened. You are much more likely of getting the refund with them.
One last thing, the reviews from TrustPilot that they have on their website are all lies. I will upload two photos with the difference.
I have been using image skincare for years. I always order direct from manufacturer but found it cheap on their website, so I decided to give it a try. Their product gave me chemical burn all over my face. After speaking with someone who sells image skincqre in their medical spa, I learned that what I paid is less than her purchase price for resale. It is fake... I reached out to the beauty place and they offered a refund more than what I paid and also tried saying that image skincare has changed their "formula" which i found out is also not true. So bummed. Save your money and buy the real stuff.
I ordered several Vital C products-facial cleanser, repair cream, eye recovery gel, and intense repair cream. All came quickly and the same product as I purchase at the spa, but at a much better price. I will continue to order from here!
Tried The Beauty Place for the first time after seeing they carried Glo Skin Beauty products for half the price that I had seen elsewhere. I was even more pleasantly surprised to get delivery of said product within mere days, even during the coronavirus epidemic! It was well packaged, and a few samples of sunblock had been sent with it as a thank-you.

The products which I have received are not properly sealed and packaged. I have reported the same to the customer service representative Emma. She tried very hard to make sense and the product which they delivered was genuine. And started arguing that I have thrown the product packages into the trash. Never had this kind of experience with a Customer Service representative. I have placed many similar items from other websites that are good and genuine and I was never disappointed. This was the first time I have placed my order from THEBEAUTYPLACE.COM which is absolutely fraud and fake. Please stay away from this website and do not waste your hard-earned money. If there was an option I could have given a zero-star to this Fake Website.
The absolute worst. I placed an order and the next thing I know I get an e-mail canceling my order. I called and they said they attempted to call and e-mail many times an I never responded. I never got a call or e-mail! The lady on the phone was acting like it was my fault! She wouldn't do anything to compensate for the frustration just kept saying how I should have responded or know that something was wrong when I didn't get a shipping e-mail. SO RUDE
Great prices for their hair products and they always have deals (free gifts, with purchase, etc.). Good customer service & pretty quick shipping. On the down side, some of their popular products are often out of stock, but if you keep checking, they'll eventually be in stock. And most importantly, free shipping for purchases $50 or more - even to Hawaii (a rare find)!
I ordered a twin pack of shampoo/conditioner. I received an email saying the order has shipped, but it does not contain a tracking number. Forget trying to email or call these people, it is definitely impossible. Not a happy customer right now, it's been over 3 weeks since I placed my order.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Ordered Obagi Nuderm Toner 2 and the product is completely different from the one I get at my dermatologist's office. Did it because it was half price. It was clear liquid with plastic chemical odor. It is supposed to be bluish and smell like rose water. Will try returning but from the other reviews, looks like I got what I paid for.
This is the first and last time I will ever purchase from the Beauty Place. My item arrived broken and the company insisted I was at fault because they "check all items before they go out". I'm waiting to see if they will send my refund as they did not offer to replace it with a working item.

SkinCeuticals serum, did not come in a box, bottle was not filled to top, smelled like bleach on finger after 12 hrs, 2 soap washes and a salt scrub. Smell on finger (after applying) feels itchy and tight like after a day at the pool. The bleach smell would not go away. Product clearly fake. This site should be shut down.

I actually forgot about my past dealing with The Beauty Place.com, and accidentally ordered again, from them. I've used Dandrene products for years., and there are a lot of very bad online sellers out there. Please AVOID this seller and spend your hard-earned money wisely.

The skin ceuticals product I ordered arrived promptly. It is definitely fake. I compared the packaging and product with the one that I purchased full price at the doctor's office. Shame on me for not reading the reviews prior to ordering. Just trying to save $$$$. Bad decision.
