I have been a customer for years, like the 1960's, I use to frequent the store regularly, but as one gets older your visits dwindle, why is that? Well! The company does not accommodate for their now, senior customers, some have trouble walking on concrete floors, yes they do have some rugs, but those rugs are to accommodate the racks of clothing.It also would be nice to see more chairs or benches throughout the store, yes they do have places to sit in the malls, but if I have to go out there to sit I probably wouldn't return. I really think the way they have their departments set up, sure is not for convience, the slippers are on one floor, the shoes on the other, that might be fine for the younger generation, but we were here first. Thankyou, I do hope someone is listening...
