C'mon...a weight system that you just shake and it is supposed to make you get ripped? Have dumbell curls become so boring that we need to invent a shaking dumbell to keep up entertained? I'm not too sure what the target audience is for this product, perhaps those who don't go to the gym already and want a magical pill to get in shape. Here is my advice, if you want to get in shape simply join a gym and hire a personal trainer...do it right!
