No I don't work for the company, no I'm not an owner or anything of that sort…. I am a customer who ordered some Sorel boots for my mother for Xmas. Just like any holiday which I'm shocked to see most of these complaints…. ORDER AHEAD OF TIME. ESPECIALLY during a pandemic! Everything is back ordered or backed up, what makes you think shipping will be what it "used to be". Every complaint I've seen on here has been around Xmas time. The new normal is planning ahead of time and expecting delays due to not enough employees at this stores location and drivers to get you your package. I ordered this item in November with the hopes it'd make it by Xmas. And of course I planned correctly. I just received the item and it's everything the website explained it as. That's another thing, if you're not an internet shopper and need to see exactly what you're ordering, internet shopping is not for you. Give this company a break. -sincerely- an appreciative satisfied customer!
I had severe issues with trying get items I ordered. I messaged sundance and received no reply. After speaking with UPS, USPS they were unable to locate my package, the tracking was not updated for 7 days! I finally called sundace customer service, I was told they could not locate it. This was a gift I ordered 2 weeks ahead of time, big inconvenience that I now have to wait 4 days to file a claim, get reimbursed and find a new gift on short notice. Customer service agent was rude and offered no solution other than wait and file claim after 14 days! Be careful ordering and make sure you won't need your items in a timely manner and don't be surprised if they don't come.

My first purchase on this website and it's a disappointment! Item returned and delivered back to them and it's been 11 days from that delivery date, today, I have not yet received my refund. They sure like to hold on to your money as long as they can. Well, the first and last purchase with Sundance Catalog! They are supposed to be high end, but that's not how they represented themselves! That's not how you do business online, Sundance!
Expensive necklaces arrived and were nothing like the photo... which had to be a 300% enlargement. They were fragile, extremely cheap looking, like something I would expect at a Dollar Store. I paid to ship the return as Sundance's charges were high, and when I checked, was told they were behind two weeks PLUS in processing returns. Two weeks plus! I would not recommend shopping this catalog. They have some nice items but go to a store and view them in person before purchasing. Otherwise they will have your money tied up for a month!
If I could give them a negative score, I would. Shipped $300 dress wrinkled in a plastic bag. Three and half weeks, before I get a refund - WTH. They have the dress, so why don't I have my money. Admit to 100s of returns…says a lot about the quality of their products and return process.

I use to shop a lot here, but as of lately, have been quite dissatisfied. The clothes in the catalog or on-line look beautiful…. But when you receive it, it's BLAW!
I have written countless emails on the inconsistencies of size on clothes. An XL is a bit snug and a XXL is too big! The last two blouses appear like I bought them at K-Mart, very wrinkled, bad quality, discolored, too big, too tight! You really need to make some changes, since I will stop shopping with you.
Its 11:01PM in Idaho and I am finally checking out (I accidentally stumbled on the 40% off day and spent a few hours excitedly shopping late into the night) and was ready to buy! It was a long day and as I reviewed my loaded cart (and kept getting the "this is sold out, remove from cart"; I was persistent) it finally went to the confirm screen- and all the costs went up 40%. It was 12:01 MST. I contacted the customer service - and was told too bad, should have read the fine print (I am pacific time)…
I wish I had looked on this site before I returned the earrings i received, which were not as pictured or advertised. They never credited me and claim the return is "in transit" a month later. Customer service didn't even look to see how long it had been, and when I asked they said they would file a claim that the item was lost. I have zero confidence they will ever refund me and should have just kept the crappy plastic earrings.

I ordered the Fair Spirit shirt, size small. The sleeves and the bodice are about eight inches too long, and it is tight in the bust. My bust is about 34", so I was really confused how the shirt made it through any quality control at all. I am sending it back, hoping I will be able to get a refund. I am really unhappy that they charge me for return shipping when the problem is entirely their fault. I won't be shopping there ever again.

I bought several items recently from Sundance. I paid for the items and a shipping fee. I then received an additional charge from a company called Borderfree.for ( I assumed) duty and taxes.I paid this charge. When the items were to be delivered today I received a notice of additional fees owing.Not sure what this is for. Sundance will not help with returns or refund any shipping or additional charges. So be very wary of ordering from this company.
I love Sundance merchandise but on my most recent order for my daughter for Valentine's Day, the back order date was wrong and the earrings never arrived and no communication from Sundance. The earrings now might be in at the end of the month, but no guarantees from Sundance. I asked if I might chose another earring in stock and still receive the free shipment offer from my first order and amazingly they said no, it was a one time deal. I even talked to a supervisor who stated that they do not notify customer of aback order delays until it has been more than 60 days! This is no way to run a business.

Every time I order from Sundance the item is either back ordered or shipment is delayed. My recent order took 4 months for one item to arrive and it's been 6 months and I still don't have the second item in the order. Sundance never notifies me or communicates the reason for the delay. I have to call them to find out why I haven't received my order only to be given another false expected shipment date. Poor customer service! This is the last time I will order from them.
I ordered a few way overpriced items from Sundance. Spent over $600. After waiting 2 weeks, they came wadded up in a little mailing envelope. Shoddy quality. Terrible material. One dress looked like I got it from really bad resale shop. Will never order from there again! Had to pay for shipping and have to pay to return. Ridiculous! Stay away!
While sundance is great for clothes and things like handbags, we tried to order a nightstand. The catalog implies white glove, in-home placement. They twice sent it inadequately packed and it arrived with the legs cracked, just left on my front walk. I needed to find help to bring it inside in the winter. The first one arrived damaged and customer service was ok. They messed up the replacement and charged us for both. Then to fix it they needed to charge us a third time for some reason, placing 1800+ dollars of pending charges on my account that I could not use for other furnishings we needed for our new house. The charges finally went away although I did have to make an extra call to push the matter. The second one arrived damaged and the customer service rep acted as if we were very suspicious. Again, the legs were right up against the edge of the box with packaging and were cracked. I asked if they had a way to pick it up or send it via different shipping method and they quoted me a price that was equal to the three they already had on my account. I want to really like sundance but the logistics seem to escape their ability. I ended up on Wayfair instead and got a very similar piece that was packed extremely well.

Sundance Catalog this is their reply admitting fraud and selling the same item under two different names. Their Lupita earrings are the exact same item as Reina Lupa earrings! The price was $180 for one pair and $168 for the other pair but they changed it. Such a ripoff! Sundance committing and admitting fraud while expecting their customers to pay shipping! FTS! Sundance catalog used to be a reputable company where quality and customer service mattered. This no longer seems to be the case. Please be aware that they have some of the most expensive shipping rates in the business, but will ship your order UPS Mail Innovations (that's a review for another time), which is the slowest service I know of. When your package doesn't arrive, is lost, or not delivered, they take ZERO responsibility and will blame you, USPS, UPS, etc. I used to be a faithful customer, but this order was my last. You will be forced to contact VISA or the BBB to have your purchase covered and refunded. DO NOT rely on any of their customer service (and I use that term VERY loosely) to help or even care. They will do whatever they can to quickly dispose of the call and get you off the phone as soon as possible. Please take my advice and purchase from a more reputable company who cares about their customers.

Know that they have very expensive shipping rates and they do not provide free shipping or returns. There is no spending threshold for "free" shipping. The higher your order, the more you pay. And they ship UPS Mail Innovations. For anyone that does any kind of online ordering, it is the worst!!

Don't believe them when they say that typically your purchase should arrive in 1-2 days when ordering something online. In reality, it is 5-7 days! This is now the third time that this has happened when ordering from Sundance. You would think that as proud as they are about charging the prices they do, they could at least live up to their delivery promises!
No wonder they have such a poor rating. Sure wish that I would have checked out the reviews before purchasing! NEVER AGAIN!
Love your catalog, although most things out of my price range. The concern I have is the lack of diversity. I am a natural blond and fair skinned. I would appreciate some real blond models, to get a better idea of how the color palette would work for me. Thank you for your consideration.

I always thought Sundance Catalogue was supposed to be a good company. High prices, yes. Quality,not so much. What really got me, though, is I ordered three items that came in two separate shipments. I returned two of them the next day. That has been almost a month. The first time I called, they said, "it just arrived today, and it is processing." A week goes by, no word. I call again. This time, "It hasn't arrived yet, but looks like it will. Give it another week." I did, no word. I called again, and I was told items arrived but there is a backlog of doing refunds and I should wait another two weeks. Why are there so many refunds? That's for another post. I finally went to the BBC, and there are similar complaints there. Sundance always gives the same answer to them, using the same verbiage. I have no idea if those people ever got their refunds or not. They owe me over $200, and I want it. In the interim, I ordered other clothes and shoes from other companies, and each time I returned something, I was refunded the same day it was received. Anthropologie refunds the day you ship. What's up with this company? Are they keeping the company running by using refund money not sent out? I will never buy from them again. I will also spread the word.
Ordered summer dress. No feedback on website that it was out of stock. Will ship aug 22 when summer almost over. Called customer service. Because of delay wanted to change size. Created new order but discount not appearing on new order print out sent to me. I called 2 customer service people that explained why the print out count not display the correct amount(crazy) and were argumentative and condescending that I did not understand their convoluted inefficient system. Obviously they have not worked at a company with good business systems. So It's july, i'm waiting for my item to ship at the end of august and I have no printed proof that I am getting the discount. I purchased a pair of shoes, I couldn't get them on they were so small. I paid to ship them back the same day they arrived. Sundance has had the return for 14 days and have not processed my refund. Customer service has no clue when they will issue a refund. Items are refunded in the order they arrive back. They have so many returns that they can't process them. Customer service was useless. Two weeks and no refund is not acceptable. Unable to say when I will get a refund is unacceptable. Poor product and even poor service.

I've been ordering Sundance jewelry for years. The past couple of years, I've been extremely disappointed in the quality of the items, which ain't cheap. They are quite proud of their stuff. I had natural stone break & drop out of a ring I'd had for awhile - called & they said they didn't carry it any longer (had no idea what I was even talking about). They wouldn't repair or replace. Then last year Christmas my husband actually picked out a necklace for me - which he NEVER does - & the second time I wore it, the necklace broke while we were having dinner with friends & I had to go searching for the pendant. I was a bit taken aback when I opened the gift - I swear this looked like a cheap necklace from a cheap mall jewelry store that young girls shop at. I returned it. I won't order anything ever again. And after reading reviews from others, it makes me wonder if they are operating the ultimate "bait n switch" scam …..
If you're looking for something that may appear stylish this may be your place however if you also want or expect quality you may need to look elsewhere. I received a pair of men's lounging pants as a gift they were the wrong side so sent them back. I received the replacements with a section of the outside seeing that had never been sold at the factory I return them. I just received the third pair with an inside pocket that has been sown together. I'll just keep these and never use that pocket. It may come in handy if I need to scratch my leg.

I've been buying clothes from Sundance for years and typically love their products. However, I just had my first experience dealing with their customer service department after they charged my wrong card for a purchase. Absolutely NO HELP whatsoever from them. They will no longer get my business.
