When you open a store it will involve you deposit money in their account for working capital. The amount depends on the size order. If you get a big order you need to transfer lots of cash. Suddenly you cannot fulfill the order because they are too big and then you have violated their Seller policy. They will then take your money.

Terrible!

Ordered an item over 4 months ago and cannot get a response from the store owner. Storenvy provides no recourse whatsoever for getting your money back or resolving the issue. They only tell you to contact the store owner. No accountability at all when it's on their platform and they make it virtually impossible to contact them (Storenvy) directly.

Bad Business Site
June 25, 2023

Purchased months ago via this site and never received updates on my purchase.
Just to finally fall impatient and request a refund.
Apparently Storenvy is unable to issue refunds.
Come to find out the store I purchased from was shut down due to unresponsiveness.
At what point was the site going to send notice to consumers!?!

To whom it may concern

Below is an illustration of the shoe you sent me verses what is in your website. I have attempted to get a label to return your shoes and to no avail I was not successful. This is my forth attempt to get this matter corrected. I am so disappointed in how you are handling your customers through no mistake of my own. The shoes more blue than grey.

Please do not waste your money and time in this store, there is no response from team no reply to emails neither calls. I ordered something in February and today is 15 April, I didn't recieve my package yet. This is a fraud company. I paid extra for shipping which said 8-10 days and it's almost 50 days till now.

I ordered a shirt on December 7,2021. Been trying to track or just find out where it is. When I try to go into sight it tells me my choice was an error. I click on the link provided. I feel I have been scammed. Hopefully I can get my money back from PayPal. Jackie Williams

Very unhappy customer

Purchased a pair of grey moccasins back in October of last year. Really liked the shoes that I ordered, but to my surprise when my order was delivered it was the wrong item. Sent emails to request a return and replacement for the correct pair no response. After several emails and pictures an answer came back from Ms. Alina saying they were looking into my complaint which was in November. Sent more request about sending me a refund in December. As of today January 10, no response, no no shoe replacement and no refund. I am a very dissatisfied customer and all I wanted was the correct shoes that was ordered. As a patient person I'm still waiting for my refund and a label to return this unwanted item. With all conviction I could never recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from this site, what should have been cute dresses for my wedding were ugly, cheap tarps from China. Not only did they send me the wrong sizes but the dress looked nothing like the picture. And even worse trying to contact anyone to deal with this issue has been a nightmare. Storenvy told me I needed to contact the merchant that actually made the dress to resolve the issue and all the merchant did was tell me I was wrong. I am stuck with ugly useless dresses and am out hundreds of dollars. I highly suggest you take your money elsewhere.

Ordered a suede jacket from Bishoo. It looked nothing like the photo, and now I have to send it back to Pakistan, as the return policy was not clear. The store is telling me to "cooperate" and to just get the sleeves that are 5 inches too long altered. Or a $30 refund for a $200 coat. They are claiming it was made custom for me yet never asked for measurements. Disappointed in myself I did not do more research before buying!

Our order came quickly and was exactly what my granddaughter wanted. We ordered a dress for her homecoming dance only two weeks ahead of time and I was very concerned that it might not arrive in time. I contacted the seller was assured that it was in its way. It arrived with 3 days to spare. My granddaughter was thrilled with her dress and received a lot of compliments.:

Horrible!

I placed an order in the beginning of January, and my money was taken out of PayPal to pay for the item.
I have heard NOTHING back from anyone. No a tracking number. No estimated shipping date. Nothing.
I tried to email several people to no avail.
I think this company is scamming everyone.
Avoid buying from them at all costs.

I have filed a complaint with PayPal. This company should not be in business.

There is no support, the products are only knockoff from chinese company and they claimed they were madein USA? And they always disabled your store without any notificiation nor reply, even you tried to reach them. Stay away from Storenvy

I was lucky that I received my merchandise and hadn't bought anything expensive. This company does not seem to care about how its shop owners conduct business. I purchased jewelry that I expected (based on the shop owners location) to come from the domestic US and instead, ended up waiting almost 2 months for it to come from China. Had I known this, I wouldn't have made a purchase. The shop owner didn't respond to my email until I sent an email to Storenvy's customer service, and the owner claimed an email was never sent to them. The jewelry I received was assembled improperly and didn't match the picture. Good thing it was inexpensive or else I'd have requested my money back.

I strongly suggest not purchasing anything from here, because the quality will probably be low and the chance that you receive your item is slim. Hopefully you can get your money back or receive your item.

This is just a review of the site i found it run by people who evidenly dont care who they deal with questioned about buying from a buyer who had a fullfillment office listed in texas but wrong they ship everything from china, i dont care kjust be homest about it, now i know ill be waiting weeks to see if the shirt i ordered ever shows up

Because once it's gone, it ain't coming back. Of the 4 sellers we purchased from, one delivered a quality product. The others were too small or really badly made. The most expensive expected return postage to China before even looking at a refund. Not a Mistake I'll make twice.

While I understand that Storenvy is just a platform for sellers of all kinds, Storenvy does a horrendous job of filtering scams and inactive sellers.

Storenvy should shut down inactive accounts. If sellers haven't logged in for several months straight and still have active listings, Storenvy should spend more effort in shutting them down. Reviews don't help at all. I bought from an inactive seller and never heard back. Never got my stuff either. Though it's not a lot of money, (wasted around $15) I won't buy from storenvy ever again. Their customer service, while responsive, isn't helpful at all. Extremely dismissive attitude with incredibly broken English.

Horrible experience
June 30, 2015

Used to be a seller for about a year, experienced a lot of horrible changes that storenvy made recently, from being forced to use Stripe even though it only support a handful of countries, to unnecessary warning email about how I violated their rule just by asking my buyer to pay with paypal because I can't process order that got through stripe. Have left the site for good to make store in other Ecommerce. Definitely not going to recommend it to anyone.
