I made a purchase on black friday and still didn't get my order and they never answer the customer service line incredible bad...

I am unable to see anything on the page. I have attempted to use the site on several different days and get nothing.

I ordered Tom Ford glasses off SmartBargains.com and paid less than half the price they were in the store. I was so nervous by the reviews I read that shipping would be delayed but thankfully my fear was unfounded and they came in 72 hrs. So happy and will shop here again!

This company has been lacking in every aspect of an order where I purchased two watches. They have lied to me about when they received my returns, and their site will not let me finish typing in my complaint. I cannot log into my new account, even when I use the password that reset sends to my e mail which is my Userid. Ther problem is not on my end,. They are closed at four central time, and I am not asble to reach their customer service eves. Or weekends

Placed an order, waited for confirmation; none appeared. Called 888# was on hold for over 1 hour, no exaggerations; one complete hour before I hung up. I timed it because I had them on hold and was doing other things on computer. NEVER got a confirmation. Finally reached a c/s rep today (kind of snippy) no, very snippy. Said order had shipped. I had actually ordered same//similiar item from Amazon after no anything from SmartBargains. Could not even find my order on SB website. When I tried it said they had no record of my email address So that's the first and last time I ever use their website EVER

I shop through Ebates and Smartbargains advertise that they payback 6-8%. Ordered a bed in a bag and "they" had it on sale. When I inquired about the payback, Ebates said that Smartbargains said I used a coupon and therefore, will not receive any payback. I DID NOT use a coupon with them. This site uses Ebates falsely advertising a big payback. They are off my list of shopping.

www.smartbargains and www.WorldofWatches.com same thing - it's a SCAM. They both advertising same popular Items for low prices. Don't waste your time because you won't receive the Item you've ordered except email within a week that "Due to high demand, this item is no longer in stock. We value your time and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. As an accommodation we would like to convey to you the opportunity to have a 5% discount off of your next purchase with us bla bla bla". I did it several times on both websites to make sure it's a same company that works for temporary holding your money for their needs.

Very poor quality. The ears did not even look like ears and it came to me broken-cheap plastic. The suit too was very cheap and the velcro kept coming undone. Not happy with it at all. Buy another from hyshous e.com. It is extremely flattering and very beautiful quality. You can't believe the price I paid.

I ordered a set of pet stairs from SmartBargains.com. They were rated for dogs up to 80 lbs, and my dog weighs 20 lbs. The wood on the stairs snapped during normal use less than two weeks after purchase and almost injured by dog. I was on hold with customer service for almost an hour, after which they asked me to send them photos of the stairs. I didn't hear anything back for two days, after which they told me to contact the manufacturer. They won't provide me with the manufacturer's contact information (it's not available anywhere online) and won't give me a refund for a defective product that I purchased from them. Hold time on their customer service line is terrible and they are totally unwilling to stand behind their products.

The customer service is awful at this place. I bought a King Size comforter that supposedly came with 12 pieces. The comforter was in OK condition as well as the other pieces, but the sheets were for a full size bed and are completely useless.

I sent a quick email requesting a replacement and they responded back requesting my number. After breezing through their email a second time after they failed to contact me, I realized they wanted my phone number not my order number.

It has been weeks and they still haven't got back to me with a solution. If you expect to do a majority of your business online, you have to be responsive to your customers.

This issue could have easily been taken care of with replacement sheets or at least a credit. I wouldn't buy anything from this lackluster business in the future. You shouldn't either.

Ordered a plant through Amazon in June still haven't got it. It says running late and it says its been shipped help

Ok. I bought a Kenneth Cole coat and some random italian leather gloves here a couple of years ago, and they were nice. I got compliments on them. My biggest complaint with them now is that they don't tell you that things are sold out until you click on it. Searching for a cute dress? Click on it, and suddenly you see a message saying that they no longer have it. Happens over and over again. A big disappointment. This doesn't motivate me to buy if each dress available is more expensive and uglier than the one I was trying to get. I mean, come on. Seriously?

This site sells designer brand products that include women and men's apparel, jewelry, watches, home furnishings, bedding, shoes... They have some great sales and sell out quickly on some of their items... I have purchased boots and handbags from this site. Shipping is $9.95 for most items unless they are offering free shipping. No problems with ordering from this site. But... I don't know if anyone ese has noticed that when they offer free shipping, you save $9.95-when free shipping is not offered they offer a percentage off the product instead and it comes to about the same discount... sooo there are really no deals here when they use these ploys to reel you in-just something I noticed... either way you end up saving about $10.
