This company has now changed to www.pricebustersuk.com. I recently ordered an item from it and got quite worried when I saw the reviews. However, I ordered the item on Saturday morning and received it the following Wednesday. I did have to contact them via email at least 3 - 4 times and eventually speak to a guy called Russell Kumar who advised me that my item would be dispatched first class and that I'll receive it on Wednesday (which I did). Russell also said that the company has been dodgy in the past but is okay now. To be honest I wouldn't order from them again but what I ordered was by far the cheapest on the Internet and the delivery time was reasonable (once I'd badgered them). I managed to get a mobile contact number for Pavan; *******-******* but I'd recommend trying to contact Mr Kumar as he seemed to know his stuff.

This company sent us a damaged product (digital photo frame) and then was completely inaccessible - phones not answered, emails ignored, letters on trading standards template ignored. We happened to get through by phone once when a charming man told us to return the goods for an immediate refund - needless to say we have heard nothing since (three months ago).
If only we had read the reviews before ordering from them. BE WARNED.

I applied to shop4tek for Norton security 2010 I did not receive my purchase, I sent four emails and left a message on their answer machine.
I the contacted Trading Standards in Wales they said that they would try to get me a refund. I then put a claim through the small claims court, this has been successful. Irecommend this way to get a refund. Go to www.moneyclaim.gov.uk

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO PAY FOR GOODS THAT YOU NEVER RECEIVE! I ordered a Norton Anti Virus from this company four months ago and despite a rapid claim from my credit card by the company in question, to date, I still have not received my goods! I don't quite know what sort of people own this company but they obviously have no guilt in robbing from people who have worked hard to earn an honest living. Something they obviously know nothing about! It is disgusting that they are allowed to continue trading.

I ordered a Norton anti virus in time before the other one expired. It arrived far too late as we had already had to purchase another one. E-mailed them before xmas for return details, no e-mail back and now cannot get on this site. DO NOT USE THEM

I ordered from this website and later saw these reviews and became concerned but to be fair, my goods did turn up after 3 days, not sure maybe I just got lucky, also i used the email: *******@pricebustersuk.com and got a response when i emailed about my concerns, hope this helps.

These people are completely ******* useless, charge you extra for "express delivery" then after 3 weeks wait for an order to be processed cancel it 3 days before Christmas, still trying to find out if any money has been taken from my card but as they are only 30 miles from me I will get any money taken back one way or another...

They NEVER answer emails and when there "customer service" is online they log off as soon as you ask a question.

In short a bunch of crooks

Like many others, I ordered Norton Internet Security 2010 from this website.
I received the recorded delivery letter about fireworks, but otherwise nothing.
My credit card account was debited the day after my order was placed. This should have aroused my suspicions as any reputable online trader does not debit an account until goods have been dispatched. All attempts to contact Shop4tek or Pricebusters UK have been unsuccessful.
Shop4tek claim on their website to be in partnership with Amazon.com. I have checked this with Amazon and they say it is not true.
I have now referred the matter to Trading Standards Cardiff.
If this website is still accessible, I would advise anyone not to place any orders. It is my hope that the proprietor will be prosecuted.

Ordered Norton like others i've read about and it never arrived so taking advice from previous comments i typed a letter to Mr. Arora informing him that i'd reported him to Trading Standards & Consumer Services giving them his name, address, telephone no. E-mail addressess and all other info i could find regarding him. I warned him about his 'business practices' and that i expected my product sent to me within 14 days and i would accept no substitute or further actions would be taken. Sent it on1/12/2009 and received my Norton Internet Security 2010 this morning (7/12/2009) and i have installed it and it works perfectly. I would like to thank those previous people who suggested this form of action because it worked perfectly for me. Be sure to send the letter Recorded Delivery and warn him of his legal obligation as a sellar of goods to consumers, wave the Consumers Act under his nose. Good Luck to everyone i hope it works for you too but i guess the lesson for us all is to be more savvy when ordering online. Do a search on the company before purchasing from them. Isn't hindsight a wonderful thing, eh?

I, like all the others, ordered Norton internet security 2010 on 29/10. I have not received anything from them. If you ring either of the 2 telephone numbers on their web page, the phone rings and then says "there is no-one availavle to take your call and you cannot leave a message". I have sent numerous emails which I have had no response from whatsoever. The online advisor is always offline. DO NOT use this trader. I have reported them to trading standards and consumer direct in the hope of getting my money back

I ordered norton 2010 at the end of oct, after still not receiving it i phoned and e mailed several times and got no answer. I have contacted my bank and they have taken payment from my account twice! And i still havent received the goods, after reading the rest of the reviews left i understand why. Repot this company to trading standards and cancel your card with the bank before they take anymore money.

Ordered internet security 2010 on 14 th oct 09. After a month it had still not arrived. Could not contact them by phone or email. Found out shop 4tek.com is owned by arora cash store phone No ******* 229 498. I managed to speak with them and after three phone calls have now recieved my goods on 18 Th nov 09.

I ordered Norton 2010 about 4 weeks ago. Recieved nothing. They have took my money out of my account. They don't answer phone calls or emails. I have reported them as i have noticed many others have experienced same problems. I have had to cancel my debit card.

Ordered Internet Security on the 22nd October but have received nothing. Tried phoning the two numbers on their site with no result. E-mailed twice with no reply. Have cancelled my credit card & the credit card company is going to investigate this firm. This is the first scam I have come across. I mistakenly thought any company with a connection through Amazon would be secure. Obviously, this was an incorrect assumption.

Ordered software which showed as immediately available. Shown as 'pending' ever since (16 days). E-mail contact does not respond. Telephone number has recorded message saying no one is avaiable and you can't leave a message. In short - don't waste your time with this one.
