This screams "scam" everywhere. I didn't believe that it wasn't a scam when I first found it, so I asked my friend. She said it was a legit website, and that shipping just takes a crapload of time. I ordered 52 dollars worth of stuff + 25 dollar shipping (which is already ridiculous) + insurance on November 28. It's been 1.5 weeks and it's still processing. I've ordered things after the 28th and they've already arrived. I realize that this company is based in China but I've ordered things from China too and they've all shipped within days.
Phone: got busy tones every time I called. Two of the times the phone actually rang before it went to a busy signal
Live chat: I talked to Kevin, who said that my order hadn't shipped yet because two of the items are out of stock. The website doesn't say anywhere that they're out of stock. He said the items would be back in stock by December 19th, according to the weight---what does that even mean? I asked him if they could send the items in stock first, and the other two later. He said it would cost extra.
None of the companies I've ordered from in the past have ever taken the money out of my account before shipping. I've already given up on receiving my package before Christmas. My order number is MM1311281717250809.
tl;dr: the prices are tempting but overpriced shipping fees make it break even, and the waiting time is insane. don't buy from here.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! My wife ordered from your site on Oct 26/13! Today is Dec 9/13 and the order still shows processing...I don't care if your sorry and don't care that your site it slow and I don't care if you state it is out of stock. If it is out of stock, refund your client and send the rest of the order immediately...I am really not sure why the hell this is so difficult to understand! There is absolutely no excuse for your lack of customer service and shows how completely inept you are in terms of trying to run a viable on line business. Your responses do not make any sense and as I read, you are pissing off a lot of people. If I can give anyone some advice..... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS $#*! WEBSITE...............it is absolutely the worst experience I have ever been associated with! I am still in shock!
i will never order from this website again, I placed an order on 24 november and after a few days i received a message that it was shipped out. These days I was expecting for the package and got a message again that my order was shipped? What is wrong with this website?
I am still waiting for my items to be delivered but have yet to receive anything. I am so mad that I didn't do my homework regarding this site, I usually do a google search about a company if I am not sure about them...but it's too late now. I purchased three items(big f*cking mistake), when I checked my order status it stated that one of the item was shipped out, but I have yet to receive anything...as for the other two items, it stated it is still processing. So I decided to reach out to their bootleg customer service and someone replied back stating that the item is out of stock...why in the HELL didn't they put that on their site? Had they put they were out of stock I wouldn't have purchased sh*t. I am so mad that I gave away money to some fraudulent company. I wish that we could do something about companies like this who are just out to SCAM and take peoples money. I want my damn money back. Future buyers BEWARE!!! Sammydress.com is SCAM and you will probably never receive your items...or it will take 12 months for you to get your sh*t. Or they'll just keep telling you it is out of stock. Why would you advertise something when you don't have it in stock, DUMMIES? I am so pissed!

I placed an order on 11/18. Still hasn't shipped! I was hoping to get a jacket for a party, but even if it ships today, it will be too late. I want to cancel my order, but now when i try to submit a question i'm sent to a dead page. I can't even leave them a comment or a question now?!? This freaks me out. They were very very quick to take the money out of my account, yet i still have no goods. This is the worst, THE WORST, experience i have ever had with an online vendor. This place is HORRIBLE! Don't give them your money, the don't deserve it.
I guest everybody has similar story here. Well let me tell you a little bit about mine. Before ordering i did make some research for this site. And i found a review site that said that sammydress was safe and secure . There was actual reviews of actual persons that said that SCAM or not ?! So i figured that it was trustworthy and plus all the items i purchased had awsome reviews too. So i Ordered for an amount of 76USD ( 45 $ + 30 express shipping fee ) on november 21st. It's now dec 7th and my order is still processing. I contacted support system around dec 1st to ask what was going on with my order and they DID respond within 24hour. The girl told me that she was sorry for not notifying me but 3 out 6 items were out stock !!!!! And they will be back in stock on dec 10th . So she asked me if i prefered to get other items or to get 2 separate parcel which one will be sent by DHL now and the other on dec 10th but on FLAT RATE shipping . So i told her no i want both of my parcel to be sent by DHL because i did pay for that kind of shipping and shouldn't be affected by their own mistakes. But she refuses so at that point i was discourage and agreed to that stupid solution. So she said she will sends it ASAP .Guest what ? My order is still processing no sign of shipping. So woke up this morning and started to make further research and ended up here . Seeing all those horror stories disgusts me !!!! Why didn't i see this before? I did make research before ordering and didn't catch this site. So by readind a bunch of stories here i made a choice that WE SHOULD all make! Don't wait ask for refunds . But something i learned here is that it's seems that when you directly ask for refund they update your order status to "SHIPPED" because they basicly just want to steal your money . So i went beyond that . I remember that i paid by paypal. So i made some research to how to get refunded by online scams and they said that you should contact your credit card compagny and explain to them the situation , make a fraud report and for those who paid by paypal open a dispute with the direct owner. If they don't respond to the dispute within 20 days, you can proceed with a paypal claim which means that they will be in charge of the final decision !! And they obviously will get you refunded !! So i ask everyone here to STOP waiting but START acting. So forget about your order you will either NEVER get it , you will get it but with MISSING items or items you didnt purchase or will get BAD quality items .So if you have paid by paypal PLEASE fill a dispute!! Like that paypal will know that they are a fraud and we will get the refund we deserve. LET'S BRING SAMMYDRESS DOWN so that nobody will lose their money like we did.
update: I GOT REFUNDED EVERY CENT THAT I SPENT (INCLUDING SHIPPING) BY MY PAYPAL DISPUTE! IT TOOK 24HOUR FOR THE OWNER OF SAMMYDRESS TO REFUND ME!! SO EVERYBODY WHO PAID BY PAY PAL OPEN A DISPUTE NOW!! LETS BRING THOSE SCAMMERS DOWN!! :)
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY PRICES!!!! TOTAL HEADACHE.....I placed an order on 11/9/2013 M1311090737487327 AND I immediately submitted a ticket to verify ALL items were in stock.... it is now 1 month later and I still haven't received my items!. It stayed it processing for nearly 2 weeks and then FINALLY on 11/26th the update showed shipped. On Nov 30th I received an email stating only a partial of my order was shipped???? WTF? That was my very first question & they lied by stating Yes in stock!! Rather than trying to get a refund on the unshipped items I requested a replacement item on 12/2...Today 12/9 I am told that item is out of stock as well PLUS they want me to pay additional shipping...huhh are you serious?? I ALREADY paid shipping cost its not my fault its out of STOCK....At this point I just want to call the whole thing off, I haven't received ANY items within a month's time...This company is very shady and doing illegal business practices. I placed an order 9/15/13. Got 2 of 7 items. It is now 12/8/13. I've been notified that the other items are "out of stock." One was supposed to have been custom made so that doesn't make sense. Their notice said I would get a refund if items were not in stock within 3 days, That didn't happen. When I asked (again) when they would be in, I got another notice that I would get a refund.
The two dresses I did receive are very poor quality. I probably should be glad that I'm getting a refund on the others that I ordered. (I hope I get the refund.)
I placed a $200 on Nov. 19. I wanted to change it. They told me to create a new order and the old one will be cancelled, my card credited in three days. I created the new order. Today is December 8th -- I have chatted with them a few times and submitted tickets. They continue to tell me the order has been cancelled and my card refunded though when I check the status of the order online, it still says "processing". There is no credit on my online cc statement. The tickets say they will respond within 24 hours. They have yet to respond to any. The new order still has not shipped. They keep telling me the order is ready to be shipped but for some reason, each day passes and it never ships. They are a huge waste of time, unreachable by phone, do not respond to tickets and LIE in chats. More than one rep has told me "just trust me" when I try to ensure the order was cancelled -- I'm not sure if they're trained to say that but it's been almost three weeks and the money has not been refunded to my credit card -- "Joy" told me it would take three days. They are a scam and definitely not worth the headache.
This site is a complete scam. I ordered an item from this site and I haven't received my order yet and it's been 3 weeks. I called and the lady could barely speak English and acted like she didn't understand my complaint. Take the ADVICE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!
I've been searching for a new years dress, and usually don't shop online, but I thought I would give it a go. All I can say is THANK GOD I did not order anything from this site. Just from looking at the prices and "one size" items alone I knew it sounded like a scam. I just spent the better part of an hour reading the reviews here, and have only come across one good comment (which they probably wrote themselves). I can't wait for the generic automated response this post will get on how my feedback is VERY important to them - accompanied by their profuse apologies and the promise of an email - when in actuality I haven't ordered a single item from this site, so I have no issues.
TL;DR - : THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM, clothes don't look like the pictures, garbage quality and most people haven't received their shipments.

DO NOT USE SAMMYSDRESS.COM. I had never experienced an online purchase scam website, and this was a disaster.
I had a trip coming up and was researching to find some clothing items that would fit the weather. I ordered 10 tops and 1 pair of shorts. This site gives you the impression that you're getting stylish, and really nice clothes for a unbelievably cheap price. Then you get to check out and notice that the shipping costs more than the 10 items you have in your cart. I think I paid $50 for standard shipping. So, yes, I did pay it but I was desperate to get these clothes because the stores I live around don't sell what I was planning on wearing. Standard shipping? Supposed to be 5-8 business days. Pretty standard, right? Well.. Sammy's Dress ended up sending my items in different packages. I got 3 shirts in one package, I kid you not, 16 days after I ordered them. The next package I get arrived about 10 days later with 4 more shirts. Then I receive the last package containing the 4 items about 10 days later. Yes people, that means I didn't receive the last shirt I ordered.
WORST PART OF THE ENTIRE SITUATION: The clothing I received was not AT ALL what I ordered!!! It looked like they had quickly sowed the clothing and the shoulders and seaming was crooked or differently sized, different colors, different style, or something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what I saw and ordered on the website. For example, I ordered a basic sweater that was orange and it came in a off colored red and it was crooked on the shoulders and the neck line was scrunched up so it looked like it was backwards. Another thing I got was a shirt that came as long as a dress, with a wool torso part and the sleeve were lace. I NEVER ORDERED THAT! Everything I had ordered was extremely basic. Most tops were black and earth tones, and I got a red shirt that went to my knees but was extraordinarily tight on the torso area.
Overall, THIS SITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Do not buy from them. They will rip you off and not accept returns because THEY DO NOT HAVE A NUMBER TO CALL TO ACTUALLY HELP YOU. I'm disgusted people even think of running websites like this. Don't listen to their apologies because they don't mean them. Needless to say, I left for my trip before the first package had even arrived.
Also, do me a favor and look at the Sammy's dress "owners" replies and apologies. They aren't grammatically correct, spelled correctly, and they really just don't make sense. They promise you refunds and shipments but why did they take so long in the first place? I feel like even their responses are scams. Don't bother.
Cute clothes, right? I thought so too. I ordered a package on October 4, 2013 and it is now December 5, 2013 and STILL no clothes. Everytime I call to ask about my overdue package, the representative seems to not understand me. I've called over 10 times to resolve this. Finally, I've just asked to get a refund of my $33 (including shipping fees) and they agreed to give me back my money for the PRODUCT, but claimed to not be able to give me back my money for the SHIPPING. I'm basically only getting $19 back..

I ordered over a month ago and still, like everyone else, have not received my order. This site is complete garbage!!!!!!!! Such a scam!!!!!! And as a message to Sammydress- dont bother responding to this, seeing as it is the exact same generic response to every single complaint,,,complete bull$#*!!!!!! Instead of writing back crap, how about you just actually do some work and send out our orders on time!!!!!x
So I decided to check out this website my mom told me about, really cute stuff. The only problem is my mom and I ordered our stuff on the same day and chose the same shipping method. She already got hers, she got the correct items. My package? Never came. It says it hasn't even shipped yet. Which is very frustrating and disappointing because I spent a good amount of money on it. I don't think we will be shopping here anymore. Sad to say :(
I discovered sammydress.com some months ago and after looking at all the products they have, I decided to give it a try and buy something. As many people is saying in this webpage, a week has passed since the moment I placed the order and it still says "Processing". I sent a ticket asking why did it take so long and asking for an aproximate date of shipping, and more than 24 hours later I still don't have a reply. I'm very worried, because I really wanted my clothes to arrive for Christmas and now I don't know what to think seeing that many of you also don't receive reply for their question tickets... Edit 11/28/2013: After the reply they gave me on this site, I have finally received reply for my two tickets in their webpage. They say they are gonna send my order in one or two days, or if I prefer it, they offer me refund. In two days I will inform you if my order is finally shipped or not, and depending on what happens I will change the rating.
Edit 12/2/2013: I'm still waiting for my order to be shipped!!! They said two bussiness days and it will be shipped, but it is not true. It's been three bussiness days and I still don't have news from them! (It's been 12 days since the moment I placed the order!!!) I'm very tired and pissed.
12/4/2013: I'm finally so tired that I have told them to refund me, and all I've gotten is a lame "soon". I only want them to return my money and forget all this hell of a shop experience. I'm never coming back to sammydress.

Okay so, my first order went well even though it took quite some time to arrive (which I understand). I then proceeded to placing a second order which they claimed they shipped approximately a day after. It's been two months now and I still have not received my package. I submitted a ticket and the CS rep told me I would receive it by the end of November, which I didnt. I submitted two more tickets asking for a refund and CLEARLY they are ignoring my tickets because they have not responded at all. Just stay away from this website as there are many other sites that have cheap clothing as well and doesn't scam people like this.

I ordered 8 items on 10/19/2013 and received it on 10/31/2013 : fairly quickly :-)
To get my parcel I had to pay for taxes 18€ to DHL for TVA (19,6%) that's what she told me and that what she handwrote on the invoice she gave me with my package.
When I opened it WHAT A SURPRISE only 6 items for a total price of 52,50€ (that 6means I paid 34,28% of additional TVA !!! They changed the rate during the night or what DHL is dishonest...)
ok so Then I took a look at my 6 items :
- 1 leggings is good quality, good material, but the washout isn't the same as the photo
- 2 leggings are made in a very very thin material
- 1 dress which is more 1 pullover good looking good material
- 1 underwear good dimensions the bra is wonderful
And finally the last item is nonconforming neither to the color (white#grey) nor to the dimensions 6cm shorter and 5cm wider : so perforce it doesn't look like the photo, seems to have bought an old-fashioned tee-shirt not a trendy one.
Then I wrote 2 "ticket" to the costumers service to inform them that there were 2 items missing and to ask for a refund if they are out of stock on 10/31/2013 and 11/01/2013 to inform them that the tee-shirt is nonconforming to the one I ordered ?.....
I had an answer on 11/04/2013 they are telling me to wait for the missing 2 items (available on 11/14/2013) i will wait and see i will write here when i will receive and what will i receive. And about the nonconforming item they ask me to accept the tee-shirt and they refund me partially for the taxes .. waiting for the refund too
ok so i received my refund today (12/04/2013) i must say it was a bit long because i didn't answer to the ticket as soon as i should have but 20 days after. I'm still waiting for my missing items but i also know that the costums delays a lot the shipping .. i'll be patient ..
I am a new customer to this site. I ordered despite getting bad reviews as I found the product description good.
The date of making the purchase was Sep 10, 2013. I received a mail on Sep 13, 2013 that my order no. M1309100421360931 has been shipped out.
Despite waiting for over 2 and a half months I haven't received my order, nor an intimation for the delay.... not even an option for refund.

This company is AWFUL. I ordered my clothes on September 26, 2013 and they said they shipped out on October 4, 2013. It is now DECEMBER 2, 2013 and they still have not arrived. I have spoken to three different people on the live chat and none have helped out this situation. I have sent multiple tickets and yet they still have not done anything to help!!

I placed my order nov. 21, 2013 , I sent an email for this order twice requesting for speed processing, but until now they haven't responded to my inquiry, i'm very dissapointed. I wanted to start a small business with them because I found their website very appealing and cheap prices...i don't know if i wanted to start a buziness with what i'm experiencing right now :(
I just placed an order and want to cancel it immediately. All the reviews for this company are absolutely dreadful. I sent them a ticket but decided to phone them since I needed this resolved immediately. The number provided on the website for US customers will not get you anyone but a busy signal. I've called more than 5 times and nothing. I also decided to do a "LIVE CHAT" just to get a different Customer Service number.
Of course I had to wait ten minutes after getting this following message over 6 times - "All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly." When the operator was finally ready to assist me, I got nothing but incompetence. After trying to be as pleasant as I could be, I realized that the operator 'KEVIN' is not at fault.
Although you are not supposed to go on 'Live Chat' for 'after-sales' and only 'pre-sales' questions, I went on anyway to ask for another customer service number. I was told, "dear, now it is busy time." I ain't your 'dear' WTF!
I started my 1st call at 11:30AM and it is now 12:30PM. An hour of busy signals? The last call I just made now actually rang 3 times and then went to a busy signal. What kind of circus operation is this?
The 'live chat' operator ended up taking my order number and telling me, "I will inform our colleague to cancel your order." Yet, he could not give me any kind of confirmation. No email, no operator ID #, no transaction number...NOTHING. He only told me to "contact us".
IF someone would pick up my damn call, CONTACT would surely be made. He told me to go back on the live chat again if I did not get a refund within 7 business days. I told him that was not reassuring at all. I did let him know that I'd be saving our entire conversation and making reviews on many different sites regarding sammydress.com. Meanwhile, my quest to get a live person on the phone is still in progress.
**Total cost of delivery alone = £34** Although items are very cheap, it really is not worth the wait or the high cost of delivery. They state on their website that they process orders on average in 4 working days, if they have stock issues this can take 5-10 working days. I waited 18 working days for my order to simply be processed. During this wait, I contacted them to let them know how disappointed I was with their service or lack of, to which they responded they will give me a 6% discount off next order (laughable)! I told them this wasn't acceptable as I had paid for expedited delivery, therefore expecting my parcel sooner than the standard rate. I received no response. My item has now been shipped, but with Sammydress, they hadn't packaged in separate parcels so I now have a costly Duty fee to pay.

You recently responded with yet another poor response completely irrelevant to what I was talking about too.
- Please would you first of all get customer service training and understand what I am saying.
- Secondly, respond in a manner that is related to what I am saying and not go off on a tangent.
- Thirdly, respond in a fair and just way for your poor time keeping.
- Lastly, compensate for your poor efforts.
Absolutely terrible service. I received most items. Had two refunded, although NOT FULLY.
Bear in mind I paid delivery based on weight of items... a couple were not sent and refunded, but the delivery costs for them weren't. Additionally, the rest of the items came with threads hangng off or faulty. It's absolutely ridiculous. They have all been binned.

I agree this site is terrible I ordered a bunch of jewelry and 2 pair of boots in October and I recieved some of the jewelry, no boots, 2 of the watches the face were broken. It took 6 weeks or more to get this backage. When dsl shipping company arrived they had me sign for a very small package showing that it arrived. I knew the boots had nlt arrived, but i wasnt pleased to find that when I went inside to find broken watches and jewelry missing. I immediately tried to call and it said that the company is not taking calls at this time. I then sent an email through their website with my order # I recieved a generated response that I would be contacted, 2 months later and 10 more email's and calls and still no response, I ha ed asked for credits, vouchers anything for my missing items and nothing. They charged my account 175.00 the night I ordered the items I recieved cheap looking jewelry. Tbe watches were cute but 2 of them broken. Right now the eay I see it is the have no intentions of responding and I am out 120.00 dollars. The problem is you can't put a review on their actual site with out attaching a photo of your purchase and it doesn't go to a review site it is only done by the item you received and unless you are buying that item you wont see the review. I think this site is a scam for making money, that is my experience so far. Don't order if something seems to good to be true it probably is. Take it from me I experienced it myself.

I was in contact for over a month with this website about my order. At first a week had passed without any information or notification about my order being shipped. I then contacted the company and was told that many of my purchased items were backordered/out-of-stock. (Interesting considering, before my purchase I was not notified of this situation.) I then told them that I wished for a refund on my order, and surprise, surprise! They shipped it out the next day. Over a week passed, and I had yet to receive it. Then! It finally finds its way to my neighbor's door, for what reason I have no idea. Upon opening the package, one of my purchased sweaters was missing...even though the Order was marked complete. I then notified the company of this issue and received a reply over a week later. They were sorry about the mix-up but the item I wished for was nowhere to be found in their stock: "Do you wish for a different item?" This "ticket" was marked closed, meaning I had no way to respond to their own response. I then had to re-submit a notice on my order issue, reiterating that all I wanted was for my money to be returned. No response for a few days. I attempted to call the listed Customer Service number and was met with a dial-tone each time. Then the next day I received an email about a response to my "ticket," saying they were so sorry and wanting to know what they could do. (AS I REQUESTED! ...and refund me!) I told them this, and they said they would "get right on it." Finally my money was "refunded," but guess what! Only partially. Completely ridiculous, and I can tell you this entire process was entirely out-of-hand.
Moral of the story: Do NOT order from this website.

I pay for the shoes 24 euro and they telling me to give me only 20.5 but in dollars that it means that I lose more money with the excuse that I did not pay the insurance......
This website SammyDress is pretty much the only website i trust to buy clothes from. The products are very cheap, yet of surprisingly good quality. The only thing i would complain of is shipping time. But thats not really their fault in the end...

I read the reviews about this site here with some interest. Most of the reviews were very negative with only a few that sounded encouraging. The major complaint seems to be about delivery and service. I like the pricing at Sammy Dress and therefore decided to do an experiment. I therefore placed a small order (no M1311280055564081) to see what sort of service I would get. This order was placed on 28 Nov 2013 (a day ago). At this stage the order is still stuck in the 'processing' phase.
I will regularly post my results on here so that everybody can see whether this crowd lives up to its image. I will alter the no of stars I award them as it goes.
I have already ordered twice from sammydress and I love the how cheap everything is on this website. It takes a while to get the order so allow enough time but other then that I was satisfied and can recommend this website for a budget shopper. I love shopping for jewellery and lingerie here.

I gave tried contacting the online support centre and they did not reply and their phone number is disconnected. I have made an order more than a week ago and it is still in processing. I don't know what is taking so long since the payment cleared right away. Now I'm worried that I won't get my items on time; I know a week isn't very long but I am leaving for vacation very soon

I understand if shipping takes a while because of the long distances. But it is unacceptable for processing to take this long. I love this site and theirs products but i'm just disappointed with communication and shipping process.... I have ordered cloths and others (total 7 pieces) since 10/28/13 and pay for expedite shipping (3-5 days), but you guess what, im still waiting for the rest of my stuffs.... They told me that some of my orders are out of stock which is ridiculous as it said nothing when i placed my order... so they decided to ship my order separately!!! Hopefully i will get it within this year!!!! and I expect them to be more professional about what is in-stock or out of stock and update it on website so no one will be in the same situations as me....just pissing me off!!!

I recently ordered an item from sammydress and was pleasantly surprised. I had read some other reviews saying their orders never came, but my order actually came in less than a month (I live in the US). The quality, as some others have said, is similar to forever 21 and h&m, so I think it's quite good for the price. Also, the one size option fit me perfectly. I am personally pleased with my purchase and have ordered another item from them. I definitely recommend purchasing some cute Asian/novelty clothes, gifts, and accessories from sammydress. Definitely check the sizing charts that they provide before you purchase. Also check the reviews, oftentimes other users have uploaded pictures. Even if you are worried, I recommend you to order one item from the site so that you can see and judge the quality for yourself :) There is not a lot of risk since everything is so cheap, but I really think you will be happy with your purchase like I was!

I typically never review a website or on anything I buy online because I've always had great experiences (domestic or international). I usually buy clothing from Korean/Asian websites because I prefer their styles, and I have yet to come across a site I have not trusted. This is my first review because I feel it is very much deserved.
I placed my order on November 5th. Besides the first day, I didn't hear anything from this site about where my order stood. Now, at the same day, I ordered clothing from Zulily.com also. But Zulily tells you upfront it takes about two weeks to ship, because they ship in large quantities so your shipping and handling is under 5 bucks. But the entire time, Zulily would keep me updated with frequent emails about my order.
SammyDress.com, however, did not. So after two weeks, I sent in a "ticket" questioning my order. Two days passed, no reply. So I finally called. I kept getting a busy signal and I was very worried I was scammed. Finally, I got through. Whoever answered, it sounded unprofessional. I thought I may have called a household.
They said that one of my items was out of stock when I ordered. If that was true, they should have that written on the site. Then a few hours later, I received an email that said everything was shipped. That came off really sketchy, like I was told one thing so I would stop complaining with customer service.
I finally received my items (today is November 22). I know this is an international website and people assume that it takes longer for items to ship. But I want to remind you, I've used plenty of Asian-based companies in the past, and they still ship in less than a week. Most sites offer much cheaper shipping and handling and I get all my items on time. I paid 35$ on top of my 60$ order (that was the cheapest shipping cost offered) and it said I would get it in 3-5 business days. That was lie. Even if they meant it would take 3-5 business days to process then a few more days to ship, that was a lie. I think if I didn't call, I still would be waiting on my order.
When I opened the box I was very disappointed. The only good thing is the jewelry. But I won't know how that will last because all of the jewelry is going to family as Christmas gifts.
But I also ordered 5 pieces of clothing--three dresses and two sweaters. They sent me two of the same sweaters so I am missing one. Everything in the pictures on the website look beautiful, but everything I got looks cheap. Mind you, most of the clothing is listed one size. I'm a typical Asian female, so I'm small in general. I figured the models are generally smaller too (also of Asian origin). Everything is huge! Nothing looks like the pictures. They look cheap and unflattering. One of my dresses is described as "Solid color dress". It is so see-thru, you can see my underwear and tattoos. I've ordered from Yesstyle.com in the past, and the clothes fit like butter on me. They've always look like the pictures on their site.
I would call and demand my money back and just get a refund on my clothes, but at this point, I don't even want to bother. I just want everyone to know this site is a scam!
