My company uses Salesforce because its software we know. However, now that we've had about 4 months of service with them, we're rethinking our commitment.
First, the software is insanely expensive and the basic out of the box functionality is not reliable. (Salesforce, check my trouble tickets)
We have had to employ a third party expert to get in and make changes to things like admin vs general user permissions- you know- because why would we want a general user to be able to delete other people's records?
When the expert then says "hmm… this is odd, the changes I've made aren't working. I'll have to submit a trouble ticket", I am now paying the person to get your support people online to tell him it's a glitch on their end and nothing he can fix. Please stand by and we'll flip switches on our end… I still have to pay that person for Salesforce's issues. So for that, I'm quite irritated that the cost isn't the cost. I have to pay a professional because I don't know if I'm doing it wrong or if salesforce just isn't working today.
Functionality issues aside, the billing department is useless. "We would have been able to accommodate your requests IF YOU HAD reached out to us prior to xyz date."
My reply: I have forwarded you two examples of when I reached out prior to xyz date and received no response."

Salesforce also doesn't tell you that they'll discuss your account information with anyone THEY THINK they should. But fear not! The information they provide you won't be accurate anyway- so it really doesn't matter.
Does this inaccurate and unauthorized information exchange matter to them? No!
You'll get a reply that YOU should know better. But not an actual apology for their misinformation or mishandling of information.
It doesn't matter if this issue causes a panic, costs money on our end, or eats up our own valuable time. Everything is the customer's fault.
Save money and time by going elsewhere. At this juncture, I think we'll have our own CRM built because in the long run, it will save us money and hassle.
I have a very great experience learning from Intellipaat. I enrolled in Salesforce admin & App Builder instructors who are highly qualified and knowledgeable with full support to the learner. Projects and assignments helped me in learning things practically. The self-paced course also gives good hands-on experience. Online classes are very much helpful in having a better understanding of the subject.
Also, the support team is outstanding in bridging the learners and trainers, giving quick responses and updates to the students regarding the classes, and supporting them in every way possible.

So, I thought that the best way to run successful marketing strategy would be an email marketing. I got a task from my boss to find the best solution for email marketing and started to seek for such services in the internet. I tried many companies, but stopped finally at this one. It's really great to have such a company for email marketing, because prices are pretty competitive here and the staff and customer support is very responsive and polite.
Have blocked most of their subnets from my network. They can keep their spam. My spam rate went down almost 25% when their subnets were blocked. Stinks Bank of America is using them or they would be completely blocked.
This was my second time ordering with PatPat. This time the Christmas PJ's did not have the same fit as the previous order. The quality of the fabric and workmanship was excellent. I contacted customer service and they we incredible. They gave me a refund and asked me to give them the details of the difference in fit. I sent them pictures explaining the change. This shows the type of customer service they have. I will definitely order from them again!
Email from this domain is about 5% wanted and 95% spam. Repeated unsubscribe requests by recipients are not honored. Emails to *******@exacttarget.com are never answered/acted upon.
I thought I was getting some good deals for my Grandkids Christmas gifts. There is no way I will give any of the toys I ordered to them. They look nothing like they do on line. Will never use this site again.

Maybe I am alone but Salesforce is very complicated to me. I realize it is robust, but I wish there was a simple UI so it didn't take so long to do simple tasks.
This is for companies that want a lot of data not for a sales professional that wants to improve their sales or time management. It is only for C-level wanting data not improved performance.
Salesforce is just a power to reckon with. Keep up going. Doing wonders with your products and services.
This company allows its customers to send loads of SPAM. It ignores abuse complaints. Every host should block their entire range.
I unchecked every box to allow marketing. Got tons of junk every day. They ignore unsubscribes. Finally blocked all spam from them.
Was on their site. Everyone was running around like bumbling idiots. Their infrastructure was a joke. The people I dealt with were unethical liars. Worst experience ever.
Salesforce has tons of features and the data that you get is amazing, but it's just too expensive for the typical small business owner period. There are many other alternatives for smaller business owners.

I've been Salesforce user for years and the only reason I'm still with them is high switching cost. I think they are overpriced compared to what is available on the market now.
We use SF IQ to manage our customer lists and overall its been a benefit to our company. However, Salesforce IQ service isnt the same as other Salesforce products. I've found it's harder to get responses and they're not as timely but overall it's great for small business.
Highly recommend. Just be careful, do your research. The sales person I deal with is clueless. Took 2 weeks to set up my account because of multiple errors. But, I'm a big fan, moved off of Dynamics, and the Salesforce tech is great. The CEO is a genius.
Answer: Just write to them and with in 24 hours they have you a solution Or if you can talk to a Assistant computer and it can help on most of your problems
