I've been doing business with saferwholesale.com for a year now. I've bought from them six different times and each time went smoothly. My latest purchase from there was a golf cart for my grandparents. As always this website had both a quality product, at a great price. The cart arrived in perfect condition, and all I needed to do was charge it and it was ready to go. My grandparents just sent me and my brothers an email telling us how much they loved the gift and that they use it all the time. Thanks again guys, I'll be back.

Shopping for the first time
June 26, 2021

This is my first time even looking for Voyager trike kit. Saw a few add INS and a major sale today. Need to explore more of the options and choices. Hopefully I can navigate the web page to find all I need including detailed explanations of each package ir add in feature like fender choices and a trailer hitch. Wish me luck.

Delayed... brushed off

Ordered a sidecar in June 2022, was told delivery in 6 weeks... now being told another month longer... no invoice ever sent to me. This review wants me to put in my order number. Can't do it cause I never received it. Time to lawyer up before it gets worse.

Purchase of crossfire 200 warranty issues
December 9, 2022

Beware if you order from this company. They will not honor warranty. I ordered a crossfire 200 golf cart/utility vehicle from this company which was damaged during shipment. They were suppose to call before it was delivered only to come home and find it sitting in my driveway damaged without a call. Contacted them originally about the damage and they said no problem to just send in a warranty claim and they would take care of it. 2 weeks later after no call I contact them to inquire about the claim and they refuse to honor the damage claim. Roof, rims and front hood damaged from fork lifting. Buyer beware of this company. They do not stand by their product and shipment. If I would of been home I would have definitely not took delivery of this product the way it was damaged. Most likely why they never contacted me before delivery.

Hover board

Alex is so rude! Hung up on me. Ordered 2 hoverboards from Bob in the phone... hoverboards arrived wrong colors, 2 different models, no free carrying bag that was promised. One had a remote, other one didn't. Waiting to see how their customer service department will deal with this issue.

Its a bad joke

What a scam - ships units missing parts - They don't stock parts - 2 to 6 weeks for delivery maybe? My kids are looking at new go karts sitting in garage for the beginning of summer - Rude garbage employees

The absolute worst!

Never in all my years of purchasing ATV for my kids have I ever had to deal with poor service like theirs. My husband and I bought a 4 wheelers for my 16 year old daughter. The first day riding it, it tore up and hasn't worked since then. Not knowing they would give me a hard time about parts, and the warranty. How can they sale faulty products to paint customers. Everytime we call we get the run around. This is the absolute worst place to buy from. Never spend your money here, and i could they would get 0 stars.

"BEWARE"

My son bought us a brand new Terminator golf cart back in April from Safer Wholesale and the charging system won't register right. He has contacted them several times always of getting the new part needed in a few weeks at most. Here it is in September and still several attempts no part. Beware of this company they don't honor there customers and any things that need taken care of. Thank you

Well can't give u 2 much detail as I haven't purchased anything yet and I'm waiting to hear back to see if my offered was denied or excepted but so far I like the prompt response through email. I'm hoping to receive excellent customer service and maybe purchase other things in the future.

It infuriates me that I even have to give them one star. Worst service ever!. Received the wrong heater, called to request exchange/refund and representative was rude and offensive. I will never do business with this company again. I truly believe they rip people off and have no sense of respect or common courtesy.

TAKES A WHILE TO RECEIVE FEED BACK

Still waiting to hear back on questions that have been asked. No information has been provided as of yet. I assume there is no live monitoring of the site so I'll patiently wait. Overall products seem to be available at a fair price, comparable to other similar sites.

It took two weeks longer to get delivered then promised. Was supposed to be fully assembled it was not. Sent the wrong color roll cage and front bumper. Passenger seat was broken. They sent me about a hundred nuts and bolts with no manual on how to assemble. Absolutely never do business with this company again. I recommend you steer clear

Did not receive the electric trike bike I ordered. No one would help correct the issue at the company. Wrong color, missing parts, scratched fender and 500 watts vs 1000 as advertised and on receipt. G*******

Deceptive financing and faulty products. Do not stand behind their product. Stay away from this place. Do not order if it is too good to be true it is. They use a finance company that charges you double by telling you, you agreed to leasing so the $2500 I have already paid os for nothing.

Our financing is done through a 3rd party which Walmart, and many other LARGE companies use. Affirm bases all financing fees on consumer credit, please give them a call to further discuss any questions or concerns that you may have. We have been in business for over 15 years. Very similar problem here. They charged me $650 right when I placed my order, and no delivery date was promised. That was 5 1/2 weeks ago. I called them, and at first was impressed by the speed by which they answer. But after 3 calls, they refuse (no exaggeration, flat-out refuse) to give me any information about when I can expect delivery. I asked to cancel my order, and they gave their stupid 'that's not possible, all sales are final' BS. Excuse me, how can all sales be final if you haven't even shipped anything? Thank God for credit card charge backs! I told them I'd have to contact my credit card company, before the 60-day limit, and that the only time I'd ever had to do a credit card charge back in the past was when I bought a DVD from an overseas company which never arrived, and it turned out that company was a Canadian organized crime syndicate!

Ordered an electric dolly! Was not told it would take 12 to 15 (working) days for it to get shipped! I need the dolly today, not next week! Still waiting! They have been paid, " up front," Still no product or conversation with company fall guy!
