You should forget getting a refund, i thought it just like the investment i was introduce by a friend i met on the course and it tunes to be a bad call for me, i was lucky that coup gate was able to effectively get it all back for me
Nice and good site. But unfortunate I havent found something special which is importsnt to me. I am fond of golf and would like to read something more.
Can't seem to access my Revolution Golf Lifetime Membership. Whom should I contact? Or did that subscription die when RG was bought out? Don't really know how to give a proper rating until I get an answer. Thanks
Alex you representative was very helpful. He tried & tried to resolve my problem which was I got you latest instructionn video's but they won't play on Chrome. All you previous video's opened fine until this past week. I am a member paid thru Feb 2021.My son a IT pro was able to open these video's thru Internet explorer after I have to go thru 6 steps to open 1 video. That's unacceptable. Alex, your guy was great, I have no problem with him. He tried for over 25 minutes. What's going on?
Since Revolution Golf was sold I cannot access previously purchased videos.No means to contact golf pass or Revolution Golf, I am based in UK.
About a year ago I subscribed to Revolution Golf. I purchased a few digital videos, which I enjoyed looking at. Since RG became GOLFPASS I have emailed RV asking how I access my purchased videos, as I am no longer a member of RV or GOLFPASS. I received one or two reply which did not answer my questions. I am still waiting to find how to access my purchased videos. I agree with Juergen B regarding being a non resident in the US. On one of the forms to join GOLFPASS, which I tried to do it asked for a Promo Code. I requested this Promo Code and am still waiting for one after several weeks. I am now following videos on other websites.
So for years I've been a strong supporter and advocate of Revolution Golf. I've made purchases of training vidieos as well as equipment. Always a satisfied customer. This prompted me to pay for an "exclusive" life time membership the Justin offered a few years back. Then came the day that NBC and Golfpass came into the picture. Now I try to access the site and I'm told I have to "Pay!" Last time I checked lifetime meant forever. Not happy and I won't buy another membership is this is the way Golfpass is going to operate. So sorry a good program has gone bad. I'm sure another "lifetime" offer will come about to Golfpass. Thanks but I'll pass.
I wanted to order one sure set, but instead it came up two, before I noticed it... so I called right away, within a minute, and they told me they coudn"t stop it there but would inform the department that ships and they wound"t ship it, and the cost for the second one would be taken off within a week or so... I waited and finally I received not one but two sure sets... I called and they gave me the return info, which I had to pay the cost for... This is not right... it was no fault of mine, and I would have thought as good business they would at least pay the refund fees... They did not offer, so I returned it, and payed the postage, but as of yet, have not received a refund for the sure set I sent back and did not order... Walt Davis
I ordered a device and did not hear anything more about it for over two weeks. When I called to ask about it the service rep said that the supplier was at fault for not filling the order. I eventually cancelled the order. I see now that I was charged for the order. I would like my purchase price refunded quickly.
Early renewal of golfpass membership and receive 2 dozen Taylor Made golf balls. This is fine is you live in the United States but if you live in Canada or anywhere else you don't get the golf balls. This is due to international shipping or some other drivel from Taylor Made and their people NOT Revolution or GOLFPASS people. The renewal was seamless and Steve (GolfPass) and Austin (Revolution) were fantastic. I realise that some folks have had bad experiences but any product that I've ordered from Revolution Golf or Golf Pass has always been delivered in a timely manner with appropriate tracking numbers and has always been a top quality product. Great job. 5 stars.

BEWARE! I received the Sean Foley video and was happy with it. What I was shocked with was the next month $10.34 was drawn from my bank account for a monthly membership in GolfPass. I did not want this and thought they would repect this and refund my $10.34. You would think as a good business practice this would not be a problem. Since I am a business person, that is how I would handle the situation. Basically through deception the video cost an additonal $10.34 because of the GolfPass membership.
I ordered PRGR and it was delivered to wrong address (previous address). I ordered it through REVOLUTIONGOLF.COM before ordering it my account address was a old one which I can not update. When i keyed in the order I entered the correct address. When I found out the product was delivered to my old address I called Customer Service twice. First time I was told the problem was I used Safire browser and I need should use Chrome. The second time I called (ALEX) said I keyed in my old address. When I said he didn't believe me. During this conversation I asked him to change my address on Revolution Golf and he couldn't do it however, he tried using Golf Pass and found it HAD the current address in it. Again I was told their systems can't change what I submitted.

Reading your comment, it appears the team was trying to explain the auto correction settings that may be in the browser you are using which we unfortunately have no control over.
With every order that our customers place, and that we place with them as well, we do recommend reviewing the order before confirming to make sure that everything entered is correct before it is finalized.
As of right now, your order is showing successfully delivered to the address that was supplied on your order. If the address on your order is no longer valid, can you please email into us so that we can update your account with the new address as well as make sure your old address no longer shows on your RG account. I would also recommend changing/updating the auto-fillers you have on your browser so they recognize your new address going forward.

I bought a Tasco range finder. Over several months of use, I was unable to get two distance readings that matched, even trying 4-5 times. It wasn't because I wasn't holding the range finder still, I tried several different ways. Bushnell is far more easy to use and produces the same reading time after time. The price attracted me but it was too good to be true. Big disappointment.

Do not order anything with them if you are a non-resident in the US. My order was made on July 30 and I received an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation on August 1. The package never arrived at my place in Germany and the carrier was not able to initiate a research on my behalf as the recipient. Only the sender can start such a research. Revolution Golf was not helpful at all. They only forwarded useless information from the carrier. They did not do any research themselves and refused to initiate any research with the carrier. They did not resend the ordered products. They did not repay my money, but simply kept it. In my view, this is pure theft. I am completely disappointed with the service and how this matter was handled. One star is way too much. You should buy your products anywhere, but not here.

If you cancel forget getting A refund. They just blame it on the bank. I get emails confirming my cancellation request and then later an email asking why I haven't watched the video. I called and was told my refund was processed on August 23rd. It's September 17th now. I called my bank and they said nothing had gone through.

One more than one occasion the online order software would not work. I called in and a customer service person said it was my fault because of I was not using the right internet service, however when then tried to enter the order they had a problem also. They said not to worry they would call me back when you were open (I ordered on a weekend). After 5 days I called in and placed my order. You need to get your online order software figured out and to tell your customer service people to stop blaming the customer's software before they know what the real problem is.

I had ordered a Jim McLean video series on Fundamentals, when I went to look at the videos there were adds on every video, which was kind of annoying. I did a on line chat with a Rep. But he said he couldn't see a problem, so I ended up calling customer service. The only way they could replicate the problem was by using my e-mail address and password. Once he saw the problem, he said that he would have to talk to his supervisor. The problem was fixed the next day. I like the web site, the Reps are very helpful and courteous.

I've been waiting for 5 weeks and still can't get a confirmation on a refund. Revolution Golf blaming it on the manufacturer. I did purchase through Revolution Golf so you would think they would follow up. Not the case.

I ordered two products, which were received promptly and was as advertised. My "major" issue is the "deceit" in automatically charging me for a membership. Didn't WANT it. One should off to opt in after a trial period not vise-versa. This is the same deceitful tactics magazines used to "scam" others with. Surely unhappy with this.
