Not as great a site as it used to be under the then-leadership of Adam Flam, but still among the best in this rapidly changing office supply industry. Excellent customer service, but prices have gone up a lot and fulfillment is more erratic than formerly.

I placed an order on March 13,2020. The amount of $187.34 was processed through my credit union account that same day. So far, I have not received a verification email or the order. Company is now only accepting email communications. As a result, I doubt that I'll be receiving my order or refund. Please, take the time to read other reviews where customers had the same or similar issues with this company. I wish I had read them before placing an order.

Will have to order again to find out how the next order goes.

My order was cancelled after a full conversation with the person who told me should look into my order.

Great prices on paper and cleaning supplies and you can't beat their prices on that compare to both safeway and office depot. Toners are more expensive here and I have found cheaper prices at stores where they sell off label toners that are not the same brand name. Easy to keep reordering from company too

I have used this company for several years. But I had an issue with a product last time I ordered and they refunded all of $10. Then I placed an order two weeks ago, and when I checked there was no tracking information available. So I called customer service, and the agent told me that because of past problems with my orders, they would no longer do business with me, and he then hung up on me! So the lesson is, whatever bad service we give or faulty products we sell, that is all you can expect, and if you so much as complain, we will cut you off and do it very rudely!

Though I have ordered paper products from ReStockIt for over a decade, the last two times I placed an order there were complications with shipping. Boxes never arrived. But ReStockIt always responded quickly to my inquiry/complaint, re-sent the order, and boxes arrived within 3 days.

FOR MANY YEARS I HAVE FAITHFULLY PURCHASED MY PAPER PRODUCTS AND OTHER SUPPLIES FROM ReStockIt. DURING COVID WE ALL CUT BACK. BUT JUST A FEW WEEKS BEFORE I PLACED MY LAST ORDER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM YOU SHOWING HOW MANY REWARD POINTS I HAD. WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER AND TRIED TO USE THE POINTS THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE. NOW IT SHOWS ONLY WHAT I RECEIVED FROM THAT ORDERED. DISAPOINTING NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THOSE REWARDS AFTER TAKING YEARS TO EARN.

RECEIVED AN EMAIL EXPLAINING THAT MY REWARDS HAD EXPIRED. YOU WOULD THINK LOYALTY WOULD FIT IN HERE SOMEWHERE.

Initially reached out to CSR for assistance in setting up an account. Karen Katz contacted me the next day and set up the account with our tax exempt status. When I experienced a glitch with the order, Karen again phoned and placed the order for me. The level of customer service from beginning to end was exemplary. I knew I had chosen the right company to handle our ordering needs going forward!
