Our members typically earn 2 to 10% cash back on most merchants. You do the math. If it sounds suspect to you, you're not alone.

It was also suspicious to the merchant where this order was placed. They investigated and found that the order was made fraudulently. They canceled it immediately and reversed our sales commission, which is what we pay our members' cash back out of. We earned nothing from the order, which is the way it should be. No one should profit on fraud.

QuickRewards.net, a legitimate and well-respected rewards program founded in 2002, has a zero tolerance policy against credit card fraud and this person's account was closed accordingly. We clearly communicated the reason for this in an email to him, and we stand by this decision 100%.
