The above referenced company is a division of Prime Time Trends and one of the products they sell is the Quick Pro Charger-nothing but a high priced scam. The only thing it can do, if it works at all, is to provide a rapid charge to your cell phone. However, many reviewers have written to attest to the fact that their standard charger is faster than this POC. I had ordered 2 of these items before I realized that I had been taken. Just me being stupid on the computer. Within minutes I sent an e-mail to their support address to cancel the order and received a notice that this was a "no reply" address. I called the 800 help line and left a number that put me in the queue for a return call. I'm still waiting for that to happen and now they are closed. I'll try again tomorrow and see if I get the same no-response. I had hoped to cancel my order before charges hit my account but it doesn't look like that's going to happen since they are already pending. Now the only option is to challenge the debit from my account through the bank. They have a money back guarantee but, according to the reviews of others, their not big on that either.
