I have never had a problem with them myself and I have been using them since my wife took up horse riding a couple of years ago. She has always been really pleased and I save a small fortune in the process!! I have purchased both online and over the phone and always found it easy.
They have the best prices around and their delivery is lightning fast, I don't even waste my time looking elsewhere anymore!
Rubbish customer service, rubbish rubbish rubbish.

Just look at their feedback on eBay!!!! Thousands of happy real life customers (like me) versus someone who has an axe to grind. I wonder why, or who you really are, trying to run them down by posting on an anonymous site such as this
Simply the best equestrian online shop in the world. Next day deliveries, great prices, and service second to none. I have used them for 3 years, placed over 15 orders now, and everytime I have needed to exchange something, I have had great advice, from friendly people, and had brilliant service.
Ooh! This comment hasn't really been posted by the 'team' at prequestrian has it. Ha! very funny and very desparate.

It seems to me that Becky K and Jeanette S are somewhat bitter. It must be easy for anyone to post anything about anyone else on websites like this. I personally agree with Mrs J. One or two or even ten questionable postings from possibly non genuine people on a site like this versus thousands of positive remarks on eBay put this into perspective. The fact that certain individuals have even questioned the authenticity of other postings makes me suspicious. Is the pot calling the kettle black? Afterall, who would even think that they were making up their own reviews, unless some people posting bad reviews on this site are making up theirs?
eBay ratings come from real people with real experiences.
That is why I didn’t listen to these comments…. I just went on their feedback on eBay. I made an order last night. It arrived just after 8 this morning. Perfect service!

Simply the best! I found out yesterday that my pony has just come down with Laminitis and I needed some hoof boots. I went on eBay and found Prequestrian had what I needed. As they had a feedback score of 100% and over 60,000 positive ratings and are always praised for their spped, I decided to ring them. I was given really helpful advice so I placed an order at 17:05. I asked if there was any chance the boots could leave that night and be here today. The staff there said they would do their best but considering the time, it would be touch and go. It is just gone 8am (the very next morning) and guess what, the boots have already arrived and look ideal! I haven't tried them yet but fingers crossed. I just wanted to make everyone aware of how efficient and accommodating this company has been for me. I can't speak for the other postings here, but I am not an employee. I am just a happy customer. It seems to me that maybe the other posters are unhappy because they have been asked to shop elsewhere. Judging by their postings, I am not surprised!
Great service, great products, great value, will definitely recomend my friends use this site!
The staff should stop posting on this site trying to big themselves up, it is just desparate and unprofessional.

Me too. They were so rude and nasty. They hang up on you in mid conversation and harass you with unpleasant, patronising emails. Would never, ever go near them again.
When I read your e-mail I smiled, that is before I had to speak to HIM personally, he the owner is without a doubt the rudest personal I have ever spoken to on the telephone. Unpleasant, patronising doesn't really sum it up you have to deal with him to fully understand, I felt quite sick in the stomach after being on the phone to him....NEVER AGAIN and if anyone can buy the same thing elsewhere for the same price then please do!!!! NOT JOKING, PLEASE BEWARE!!
Yes, the so called manager is definately the rudest person I have ever spoken to and very unpleasant, it seems funny that the company are still allowed to trade on ebay because they seem to get any negative comments removed. Very strange to say the least. I was shouted at down the phone by this man and he refused to speak to my husband when he tried to speak to him. He refused to admit that he had received the goods back even though I had an e mail from one of his other cronies saying they had received the goods. I agree with you, DONT BUY FROM THESE UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE.!!!!!
They've clearly upset quite a few people...the fact that so many of us have felt strongly enough to comment on here yet nobody (except made up people from Prequestrian themselves!) has bothered to say anything good about them says it all!! I can't believe they threatened me with barring me from buying from them and their sister companies on eBay.....PLEASE PLEASE BAR ME!!! I DON'T EVER WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU OR RISK UNKNOWINGLY DEALING WITH ANY COMPANY CONNECTED WITH YOU EVER AGAIN!!!
Having read all of you comments I have to question your motives, I can't see why anyone would waste as much time and energy as you seem to have.
I am another big fan of this company and I shop with them on a frequent basis. The suggestion that any company gets business by intimidating customers is ludicrous. The postings from some people (or maybe one person pretending to be several?) on this anonymous site are clearly aimed at just running this company down. Why I wonder? It is clear someone has an axe to grind, or nothing better to do. Just look at the number of orders this firm does on eBay alone. How could anyone think they manage that by doing the things suggested on here is beyond me. EBay would kick them off the site immediately. Clearly someone is bitter. An ex employee, a competitor, or maybe someone they asked to shop elsewhere. And if they did ask someone to shop elsewhere, who is this bitter, then I congratulate them for that as well. Keep up the good work guys. Your prices and service rock!
Wish I'd never attempted to buy anything from this company, had an awful and upsetting experience with them. They are rude and nasty, their customer service is non existent and they harass you with nasty emails for days when you decide not to buy from them. Please please don't have anything to do with them..you will regret it.
Is this a genuine post? I wonder as you seem to post a lot of bad things about them, using numerous names, on numerous sites. They have an eBay Top rated Seller Status, a 100% record on eBay, and have over 60000 feedbacks. How could they manage all of that if they were as you say? I suspect you are not a customer and perhaps a jealous competitor of theirs!
Totally genuine experience unfortunately. I'm a horse owner and I work for a delivery company..certainly not a competitor of theirs! As for your bizaar accusation of me using several names...this is the only site I have commented on, or are you suggesting that I somehow made the other negative comments on here too? Or maybe they actually wrote this and not me at all...who knows?! Laughable comment written in exactly the same style as the emails I received from this awful company...how strange.....!
Becky, Prequestrian are just getting their 'staff' on board to post good things about themselves. Very bizarre way of trading, but the truth will out in the end. I know, and so do many other people that they have very unscrupulous ways of trading. you only need to look at ebay and see how many negative comments they have removed. I wonder how they manage to do that, very odd to say the least. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. The fact that they post stuff on this site trying to big themselves up just shows how pathetic they are.

Absolutely disgustingly rude so called manager and their other staff take their turns in sending intimidating e-mails if you dare to complain. I would not recommend buying anything from this company, unless you want to put up with intimidation and bully boy tactics. Becky K and Jeanette S just reiterate what a lot of unhappy customers are feeling including myself. This company left me feeling stressed and angry that they continue to trade in this manner. I too have noticed they have negative feedback removed from Ebay which in itself is very worrying.
The staff are rude and intimidating. They put the phone down on you when you are trying to talk to them, and send you intimidating e mails with awful grammar. They are a nightmare company, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM if you want a good service because it does not exist with this company. Threats are what they are good at, nothing else. RUBBISH TO DEAL WITH, RUDE AND INTIMIDATING.
Another unsatisfied customer...welcome to the club! I don't know how they manage to keep trading. Their horrendous treatment of people will catch up with them in the end though!

paul p. What a load of s*** in case you havent noticed this is a site for people who are unhappy with the service they are received. The staff need to stop posting on this site and spend their time assessing why people are so unhappy with their service, if that's what you call it, and do something constructive with their time. lol
