I've had a tracking number but they haven't given my tire to carrier. Ordered 02 and the 10th it was processed. It was supposed to be here the 10th don't do business with this slack company 😕 I'll take my business elsewhere. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND ITS A NIGHTMARE. BAD BUSINESS

John just disconnected during a telephone abruptly me once more when I said that I wouldn't submit a price match for the third time and that I had been told twice, including this morning and twice last week, that the information will be forwarded to him, who is in charge of confirming the competitor's price.

So, I'll be added to the list of customers who have left poor reviews because of this continuous bad treatment. No wonder this company is losing 73% of their money. Not sure how you continue in business, and soon with these reps who either need training or detest their job. This is my third try as a customer to purchase here.

This is the second time I've called your sales team this week about buying new tires, and each time I asked a few more questions, the line was suddenly disconnected.

If your salespeople aren't clear what they're selling, they could be in the wrong industry.
Many customers will value their feedback, and often follow their recommendations. If they want to hurry up if we cannot make the purchase immediately while looking at options, and feedback, this will turn many of us off.

I've previously ordered tires from here, and was looking for a new set for a family member and given the poor service, I'll look into other online tire sellers. I just wanted to point it out.
Also, there was a request to change my old password, and that has been unsuccessful.

You cannot make this up. Again, as always, my experience may differ, and this is solely for you to read and decide what is best for you.

There was a problem with shipping one of my tires, which ended up delivered to someone across the country. I bought them through Walmart with Online Tires as the vendor. Online Tires was completely uninterested in helping me get the tire I paid for, and ultimately stopped returning my messages. DO NOT buy from them, as any problem with shipping will only cost you frustration, time and grief.

I ordered size 33x12.50R18 tires and received 285/55R20's I stead. They refused to refund me until they got the wrong tires back and did all of this knowing they didn't have my tires in stock when I ordered them. It's been one obstacle after another. They don't answer their phones and email is almost impossible to understand. The BBB has listed them as unaccredited and considers this company as "high risk" to the consumer. Onlinetires.com won't respond to the BBB inquiry either.

I ordered tires at the beginning of January and didn't receive them at all. Instead they sent tires for a completely different vehicle and refused to send the correct order until they got the ones that were sent incorrectly sent back. So not only am I out $900 but I'm also out the tires I ordered. It took five minutes if the phone ringing for anyone to answer and that's when I found a published number that actually worked. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 2 tires on Dec. 28th. I was told I would receive them by Jan. 4th. I received 1 tire on Dec. 30th which was the wrong tire. I contacted the company many, many times with no resolution. I received my 2nd tire on Jan. 4th, which is the correct tire. I contacted Online Tires many more times and was told someone will contact me. It's Jan. 6th and I'm stuck with 2 mismatch tires. Never do business with them again.

NO IM SORRY YOU DO NOT HAVE THE LOWEST PRICES ON THE WEB. I FOUND SEVERAL OTHER ONLINE TIRE PLACES THAT HAVE CHEAPER TIRES.

Watch out please! Ordered 8 semi truck tires online at Walmart and online tires was the seller, cost $1522 they sent me 8 car tires and I'm still trying to get my money refunded and here it is over 30 days later, won't answer the phone and no response to emails! BUYERS BEWARE!

I've bought 6 tires from onlinetire.com. I have a 2016 Porsche Macon I've twice have now been fighting about the road hazzard warranty claim that they are once again not honoring. They claim the DOT is not correct. This is BS once again. The back and front tires are different sizes. They clearly know this and I have made it known to them. I submitted pics of the tires, 20 of them the first time and again I just submitted 8 pics from this claim and they stated that the Dot is not correct. So, this time there getting hauled into small claims court. They should be shut down because I'm sure I'm not the only customer getting ripped off. I couldn't submit pics for some reason on this website. Stay away from online tires.com

Sent the wrong rims (that would not fit my truck) and then went completely dark when I tried to return them. Filled out the return form twice called and left multiple messages with "customer service," of which they offer none. AVOID!

I contacted this company to purchase tires because they advertised price matching. I had found these tires on Walmart's site for much cheaper and had an active internet browser window showing the exact product and size in addition to screen shots and time stamps proving as much. After communicating for nearly two hours, they told me they could not find the listing I referred them to. When I researched it further on the Walmart website, it turns out OnlineTires was the 3rd party seller through Walmart and it was their OWN listing. After informing them it had ended up being their own company advertising the lower price, they refused to acknowledge they were the seller and stated they would not sell for that price if I could not produce a link to the page. During the time we spoke, they pulled their listing on Walmart's site and refused to sell for their own listed price. I spoke with Walmart's customer service, who verified to me that OnlineTires was the seller and had it priced as shown in these screenshots. OnlineTires would not acknowledge that they were the seller and would no longer speak with me unless I would pay full price. Terrible business practices and even worse customer service. After some research online and on Facebook groups, it turns out this company has some very unethical business practices regarding orders and often leaves the customer hanging with the wrong tire, price, or size. They also like to cancel orders under the guise of "fraudulent payment activity" and then raise the price on tires when you wish to place the order again.

Worst experience ever. Stay far away from this website. As mentioned, they will ship you the incorrect tires or do the bait and switch tactic where all of sudden, the tires are out of stock and want you to buy something way more expensive. I have an investigation open with Walmart as I ordered through them with OnlineTires being the third party seller. I have called many times, and left messages for Johnathan (manager) with no return call. DO NOT ORDER!

I will be honest, I was a bit skeptical about this business after looking at the reviews, especially after I placed my order. I ended up calling them when finding out that the invoice did not reflect the tires that I originally ordered. They were willing to correct it but by that time I found another set of tyres elsewhere. I asked them politely to cancel the order and email me a proof of cancellation. It took two calls, but they eventually did. And I did get my purchase price refunded. I think it's important to mention that this business seems to represent a number of shops across California and the US, which is why the reviews are so widely spaced out. I'm leaving them 4 stars because why their customer service was sketchy as heck, they still did perform the refund. My suggestion if you do try to do business with them, try to be polite, VERIFY THE TYRES LISTED ON THE INVOICE, and read the reviews. Make your judgements based on these.

After an initial mixup with tire sizes, John and Anika from their group helped me in getting the correct size with ease and grace. Thank you again for exhibiting such tremendous care while working with me to ensure I received exactly what I needed.

Purchased 4 air sensors for $132.50. Turns out these sensors were not required for my car. Went through the process of returning the sensors for a credit with customer service. Returned the sensors and never received a refund.
I had used Online Tires for years with no issues until I had to return an item which did not work on my car.
Save yourself the trouble, spend a little more money and use any other tire vendor besides Online Tire.
I will never use them again.

I needed 1 specific tire for one of my company trucks and nobody had it in stock, John jumped in and contacted me via text and stuck with me for 2 days while I searched their site for something I was happy with! THEN he rushed the order through and not only did I have the tires in 2 days but received them on Sunday! I definitely have a new go to place for my tires for my company trucks. Now I just need to decide what to order for my Porsche... Hmmm. THANK YOU, JOHN!

Thank goodness for reviews when I seen they have more 1 star reviews then any other I decided to read them carefully. And iam very glad I did because you all saved me from ordering 4k worth of tires and wheels I was ready to pull the trigger to, thank you so much iam so happy I DID NOT.

Called online tires one of there associates named John helped me out never was ordering something so easy and the service was the best every thing was perfect recommend this place anytime thank you John

I have been ordering tires from Onlinetires.com for over 7 years and it could be longer. Recently I need help locating the right size Delinte tires as when I went online I could not find what I ordered before so I called and was provided excellent support from John. He even stayed on the phone with me to walk me through processing my order online so it would be linked to my account. Also, John verified my order was processed successfully and followed up with a confirmation number of my order, and offered me to reach out to him directly should I need future support. Truly an outstanding experience and I look forward to continuing working with this company in the future!
