It has now been nearly FIVE WEEKS since MyUSA.com took our money to forward 3 letters to us overseas. It is still "processing". The customer service has been appalling, when they respond at all. We did get a shoddy response via FB messenger when all other attempts to contact them failed. They claim they are "waiting for IT", that was 3 weeks ago. Five weeks and still not even in the post yet. Don't fall for this sham company.

If you prepay for a year service and then choose to cancel your membership to ensure you don't get charged again, they will cancel all access to your account effective immediately. So make use of a calendar program to know when you need to cancel. They only ship via DHL so prices are considerably higher than places that would ship via royal mail (UK to us) and they are fairly slow to respond to questions/ problems. However, they largely do what they promised to do so. If you have no friends living in the respective countries, it might be worth using them.

What can I say, first shipment and the documentation they provided was refused by DHL and customs. Waited 30 days to be finally told that they cannot amend the documentation once the shipment has been sent, so had to pay 30 days storage fees plus $60 to DHL to amend the documentation and 6 hours out of my day to drive to the airport and try to wrangle it free from customs. Their customer service is non-existant and the total cost of my $200 value first package was $200 for the products, $200 for shipping with MyUS plus several HUNDRED more and countless hours emailing and talking to DHL and MyUS trying to get it solved. They did not care at all that I cancelled my account leaving items unshipped and would write bad reviews like this. They have many bad reviews on many review sites, wish I had seen that first before doing business with a shipping company that doesn't actually know how to handle customs documentation. No wonder they do not have a telephone number, it would be ringing off the hook with angry and disgrunted customers. Just AVOID!

I cancelled my membership on their website and received confirmation saying "Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed."
Weeks later, I was charged 9.99 USD and wondered why until I found an email saying the account has been left open until I respond to it.
I asked for the account to be closed and to be refunded and was sent ANOTHER email asking if I want to close the account.
I have just confirmed and am now waiting for account closure again and a refund. I just think this is very sneaky and terrible business practice.

With every product ready for shipping MyUS have attempted to raise the estimated total weight and cost of products far beyond reality or what could be deemed reasonable. Since these changes are always made in a way were they enable MyUS to charge more, the only logical conclusion is that this is an intentional move on their behalf.
I ordered for a loose phone battery, it probably gave them a hard time because of all the restrictions with the shipping companies, but they never withheld the parcel, and delivered it to my doorstep via dhl. It was great.

They must staff the place with the most useless morons on earth. Firstly due to improper packing on their part a box was damaged by FedEx. With crush injuries to the box.
Inside they opened the packaging on a ceiling fan… so all the screws fell out of the gaping hole in the box.

Over the last five weeks I have been continually lied to by Reem about when my item that they acknowledged as receiving on the 14th October 2023 would appear in 'my suite'. They have continually missed their own self-imposed deadlines for this to occur and a month after receiving my item they sent me a threatening email requesting more information.
They amount of anxiety, anguish and stress they have continually caused me over this period is appalling and represents a shocking lack of any form of customer service. I still have no idea when or if I will ever receive the item that I forwarded to them in good faith.
If you are looking for an equally shocking experience, with an organisation that has no problem regularly lying to you then this is the company for you. As for me I will be seeking an alternative professional organisation.

I tried this site because I wanted to save on shipping a large number of parcels from the UK to the US. First of all, the tracking numbers for my packages would show delivered, and it would take a week or two for the package to show up in my suite as they processed it. I didn't pay extra to have them photograph everything as it came in, but maybe I should have because there was no real way to tell which package was which from the vague descriptions they had online. When I finally requested that my items be shipped to be, it took almost 3 weeks for them to send it, and when it arrived, the box had a single piece of tape on the top which had popped open and 3/4 of my packages were not inside. I'm furious.

Additionally, I verified the shipping cost to England on your website and discovered it to be approximately $24. Therefore, I expected the total shipping cost to be around $45 ($20 for domestic shipping from my store + $25 for shipping to England), indicating a potential saving of $30. Furthermore, I consulted the tax authority's website and learned that items valued below £135 are exempt from VAT.
After arranging delivery to your address, I received a notification from you demanding payment of $63.95 for shipping to England, including $32.53 for VAT. Kindly explain why you provide inaccurate information and miscalculate VAT for your customers. Why must I wait almost a week for you to rectify your error? You received the package on Friday, and today is Thursday, yet you have not clarified why you added VAT, despite the package's value being only $111, which equates to £89 – clearly below £135, correct? Why does such an ostensibly elementary error require so much time from you?

Garbage service who takes no responsibility for their service. They claim to know all the customs procedures for your destination country, and even "guarantee" the duties (when you pay extra), then refuse to pay or help at all when your item is stuck in customs. They simply wash their hands and tell you you're out of luck. Avoid this horrible service, don't waste your money here.
Customer service is horrific. Out of 4 packages I sent, 3 were returned because they were mislabled. And they wanted me to pay to have them resent. The management team never responds and the people on their chats are idiots. Oh, and they hid costs on every package. Absolutely do NOT use this service. They charge you exorbitant amounts of money! I had a single package membership. By accident a retailer mailed my package to them instead of straight to me. The fee WITH a 30% discount was $81.96 USD! That's $163 CAD! You guys I thought it was a mistake at first! All I had in my package was 3 candles and a room spray. What a JOKE!
