This company is absolutely unreliable. Firstly, i orded 2 pairs of airmaxes and after a month i received a pack of masks. Secondly, in the website is described as an uk retailer, but they charged me for the currency exchange, obviously because it is in china. At the first they had made a pending transaction of 91£ and after 3 -5 days it was 97£, which means that they could possibly take all my money(Btw the amount in the receipt was different from the actual transaction). Thirdly, the email that provided did not work so i was not able to communicate with them. I had to find the way and use the website services which are way too slow cuz they barely respond to your emails. I dont feel sorry about the money i wasted (cuz i will proceed in further investigations with the help of my bank), i am just upset that companies like that exist and fool ordinary people.

I am fuming i placed my order on the 24/6/2010 for a pair of ugg boots, a week later i had not recieved them so sent them a email asking were they were but no reply... woke up this morning and recieved a letter from a company called deckers europe limited saying that my goodS had been seized by the united kingdom border agency and that i had to sign and send i letter of permission to desroy the boots! But i am not convinced as i have looked deckers up with the reg number ******* and they to are also a shoe company so i am reporting them both to trading standads and will bombard them every day till i get a refund the $#*!ing robbing SCUM!

I have orderd a pair of airmax 95s which seem fake on the photo which im not to fust about seeming there 50 pounds.
The only thing that bothers me is if the site was honest and owned up to mistakes and $#*! ups.
E. g not showing what products are out of stock, contacts numbers how they get away with this ill never know.
Just shows how unfair the world is and $#*! this site is hope my $#*!ing shoes are ok... orderd before reading like a nut. Post back when they arrive"!

If you don't mind being robbed then this sites for you.
Purchased a pair of trainers for my son a while back still have'nt received them, sent numerous Emails regarding order as yet no reply, although they were quick enough in taking payment straight away they are not so eager in telling me where my order is... There is no phone number or returns address so the chances of getting hold of these people are fading fast. I should have checked out this site before i went ahead and placed the order so for my own stupidity i got burnt, this site will take you're money and run, and on the rare occasion that you do happen to get you're order the chances are the fake goods will be pretty $#*!. The are not even based in uk they are based in china. The sites a rip off so steer clear of it.

This firm used to use a. co.uk address, but then changed to a. Com without telling anybody. I think that they are actually based in China.

Ours only arrived after I logged a paypal dispute.
They were between 1 and 2 sizes smaller than they were labeled up.
When we asked for the returns address to get a refund, they wouldn't tell us it. So we are now stuck and £64 out of pocket.

Paypal were also about as much use as a paper hat in a thunderstorm. They can only help with getting refunds if the item was bought on ebay apparently... which was news to me.

Anyway, don't use this site!

Bought two pairs of NIKE Shox trainers which when arrived were nothing at all like what had been ordered, didn't resemble NIKE Shox trainers and very plasticy. £49.99 each. As no contact telephone number I e-mailed the site asking for a return address as their website advised returns would be no problem from the UK. They refused to give the address and said we could keep the trainers. However, they were of absolutely no use to my husband as they didn't even fit properly! Eventually, after countless e-mails, (totally bombarding them) they offered a 60% refund and we could keep the trainers (which are now in the bin) DO NOT LET IT DROP IF YOU HAVE BEEN CAUGHT, KEEP ON TO THEM, KEEP DEMANDING REFUNDS AND DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR FIRST OFFER. I contacted Trading Standards and my credit card company but they were not interested at all as the firm is outside the UK.

Received a pair of Nike trainers & after a couple of weeks the sole came away at the very front of the trainer. Emailed them regarding this & was offered also a 40% refund due to the costs & timescale involved of returning them. Refused that & never heard anything more from them despite a further 2 emails & an email through there own website under the `contact us` area. As stated the website is described as myairmax-UK.com but they are based in China. Also used PayPal Resolution centre & after going through the various stages of the resolution they at the end of it knocked the claim back, & I think they have also charged me 5 EUR for my time in completing the automated on line claim! Looks like £62.99 down the drain & 5 EUR (what ever thats worth)

I'd be very aware that they are selling nike products from china! I recently bought a pair of nike air max 90 off ebay, and at first glance they look ok. But after hearing so much about counterfiet nikes goin round I looked in to it. A big tell tell sign is the air bubble either being too big or out of line with the air max sign above it. If you look at the front edge of the air max sign it should almost be inline with the front edge of the bubble, but look at this site and they all vary, as do mine! Also the writing on the side should be clear and central (near too anyway) and the shape of the sign should be the same on the shoes, and they should feel real nice and soft when wearing them not stiff and hard which means they're made out of cheaper materials. There's loads of little things to watch out for. Anyway this is just my opinion of this site, and I guess if people don't mind paying less for a half decent look alike then that's ok. But I don't like to be lied too and ripped off!

I brought two pairs of trainers off this site. After ordering I then read all the reviews and then I immediatley contacted myairmax-uk.com and informed them that I've read reviews on them and I no longer want the trainers so don't even bother sending them out. I checked my account and saw that £108 had been taken from my account but the merchant was showing as a chinese mobile phone company. I e-mailed the company demanding a refund and they said that as they were based in China it would take 30 days for the money to appear back in my account. I seriously bombarded their mail box with numerous e-mails but found that they were only replying to me when I was e-mailing in Chinese. I used www.worldlingo.com to translate my wording into Chinese. I eventually got my money back 15 days after the transaction.
Just pressure these people non stop, threaten with authorities and just generally make them feel bad for giving false information. I told them that their a fraudulant company who are advertising authentic goods but selling market knock offs. I was the lucky one who got my money back but just bombard them in chinese. Use the translator trust me it works.

My mum just bought me a pair of trainers of off this website about a week ago but i saw this website and am feeling bad becuase i suggested the website to her now theres nothing i can do to stop my mum being scammed if they steal my mums money is there any way to maybe sue the website as they shouldn't be able to get away with robbing peoples money or sending them fake $#*!. I think its terrible but anyway i would definetly get my mum to sue them but is it a legit case or not worth it? Thanks if u reply.
