I have never been hacked in my life, after using their service I was hacked within one day and lost everything. Contacted them about it, they were very rude. Didn't give me anything in the way of a refund, not even 1% off. They are very cheeky, after sending them a large e-mail about what they could do, the said 'we are sorry' and that is all. Never using them again, nor are my friends, and neither should you, STAY AWAY!
DO NOT touch this store. Stay as far away as possible and buy from a different store. They are not trustworthy. Tried it one time, gave me a cheaper version of the game and the "partial refund" didn't even covered the extra costs I had. One experience was enough. Their support is a joke, they reject any responsibility, even if they are the seller. Better choices out there.
Funnily enough i caught them midway through hacking my account after comfort trading, same location that gave me the coins started to sell my cards.
Messed up, avoid them. As for me i am taking this all the way.
I order a 2 week xbox live membership code which was exposed to be emailed to me and they want me to send them proof of payment with my passport and photo of me with my passport after collecting my money ($5.00). Absolute Bull$#*! I am never buying anything from their $#*!ty legit site ever again. Next time I am ordering from amazon.com
I placed an order for some WoW gametime since it was the cheapest option.
I made an account, placed the order, was billed through paypal, and after actually paying the money, they required extra identification through a phone call. While I don't liked the fact that they waited after payment to ask for this, I tried to do it, and their automated system failed a few times, until blocking me, and asking for a passport scan and webcam photo!
There's absolutely no excuse for this being needed, and off course I would never give a passport scan to anyone.
I emailed them about cancelling the order and refunding the payment, and indeed they did it within few hours, so its not a total scam. The whole identification system makes it completely unacceptable though.
I first paid with paypal, but the next day, since I had security set up, paypal texted me asking if it was me authorizing some $500 amount. Of course I said no, and the payment was denied. I then went back to MMOGA and tried using a different payment I had no money in just to see; a cryptocurrency account. I entered my information and then cancelled the transaction. Sure enough, hours later, that account had a login attempt. STAY AWAY!
I payed with PayPall for a voucher they received the money straight away. But never send me voucher code. Just an email that payment was successful and wait 5-10 minutes to receive code. Never received code send several emails never received a reply.
Good seller. After reading a lot of bad reviews I still decided to "risk" a buy with this seller as the game that I wanter (FM2017) was not high priced (£17).
Just want to say that after buying via Paypal and confirming via phone the game is up and running on my PC.
Recommend this seller.
Bought my coins 1½ month ago, got them the day after i bought them. Recently got home from 14 days traveling and i had 0 coins and every player gone, i've never shared my login details with anyone before and i've never been hacked before and suddently after buying coins from mmoga for the first time i was hacked.
I ordered a Windows 7 key from them, attracted by the cheap price. Normally I'm conscientious about checking reviews of places I haven't used before, but I was in a hurry, and neglected to do so this time. A mistake! Bad reviews everywhere!
After being very quick to charge my card, they sent me a ridiculous "verification" form. Poorly written, with glaring mistakes, there was no way I was going to sent them a photo of my passport! I replied back, politely, but firm, and let them know that I would not expose myself to identity theft, and please cancel & refund. Of course, they pushed back and suggested that I really should fill in the form, but I stood my ground, and eventually they agreed to refund.
I was worried that I would never see my refund, and I would have to contact my credit card company, but it did come through a week later.
I ordered and paid for software from MMOGA before reading reviews!
I fell straight into the 'we've got your money but you need to provide further verification' trap. What an absolute total waste of space. Buyer Beware, the good deals are only there as bait for the unsuspecting!
This "company" sucks! After I made one purchase for an iTunes UK gift card and received it within 5 minutes, I decided to purchase another card from them. It's now been 4 days and all they say in their replies is "ok, thank you. For further inquiries, we are of course available." They are clearly ignoring my question and complaint. If you value your money, do not deal with this company!
Purchased Norton 360, I refused to give them the personal info they requested with thier verification and they sent me a key # that does not work. Numerous emails to try and resolve amicably have failed. Opened dispute through PayPal.
Okay, so multiple 5 and 4 star reviews all on the same day with accounts that only have one review? Seems legit. I honestly wish I had looked up this company before using them. They take your money and then ask for personal information that simply isn't worth it. Asked for a refund and got no response. I have not heard of one site that requires you to hand over personal information to make a purchase.
After they take your money they then tell you that because of fraud checks you need to verify by phone. This fails so you then have to complete a form which requests your personal details incl photo Id and Passport info. They must be joking. Have cancelled my order and will hopefully get via PayPal as I suspect MMOGA won't be of much help. Don't buy from this site!
After being put through a deeply dubious verification process involving passport details and
Selfies I was assured that this was a once off.
It was not a once off, they demanded the entire absurd invasive list a second time over on attempting a second purchase some months later. They also laughably assure you all your personal information will be swiftly deleted post verification, in the same email string that confidently assures you that you will not have to fork over all your personal information a second time over.
Support were deeply unhelpful, and did little other than continue to demand information while refusing to explain their companies seemingly blatant lies.
I ordered what the had listed as a collectors edition item for full retail price. What I got instead was a sloppy email with a regular edition code, thats thrice the amount of money paid for just a game code. When I contacted them about this they asked for evidence, I supplied screenshots and everything at which point they stopped responding. Do not endorse or use this website, they literally gave me something different from what I paid for, and of much lesser value. Disgraceful and they should be sued.
Avoid this company like the plague, it is a pure SCAM. They 'sell' discount games and subscriptions, only to take your money and in return demand photocopies of your passport and other sensitive data, no doubt in order to commit identity theft.
Purchased 2 Pokemon Go Accounts and decided to power level one. This price totalled to around £100+.
Around a day later, both accounts were banned.
Contacted support who then contacted their 'supplier'
Turns out supplier was cheating. MMOGA turned round and said I wont get a new account or a refund.
Joke of a company.
For me they've done their work. I got my fifa coins for an incredible price in 5-6 hours with comfort transfer. There were some problems but I entered the live chat and they helped me with my order. Big like
Answer: I would NEVER send such personal data. When they asked me I refused and sent then a copy of my PayPal verification email, they immediately sent me a key # for the product I purchased. Unfortunately this key # would not work in my country, all requested for a refund were refused and thankfully I had used PayPal and they issued me a refund. Would not purchase from this site again.
Answer: Yes you will have to buy a new membership or try and get a free trail to get the coins out of your mule account ps store offer a free 14 day one.
