I placed an order, which did not contain any custom made items, totaling almost $200 on Oct 1st. They stated that the total time for my order to reach me would be 15-17 days. When I had not heard from them by the 19th of Oct I emailed them regarding my order status. They stated one item was in the warehouse, and they were working hard to ensure that I would get my order by Halloween. Okay I thought, at least they were polite. On the 23nd, my order still had not shipped so I contacted them again. This time I was told that my order would ship in two days if all went well. Things didn't go well, because it's the 26th and they have not shipped my order. I emailed them on the 25th requesting that my order be canceled per their policy which states that if the shipping is delayed on an order they will cancel and issue a refund. Mysteriously, when I requested that my order be canceled per their policy, they stated that they can't because it shipped on the 23td (they same day I contacted them and they said it hadn't). My order status page still shows that my order is being processed and I have not been given a tracking number. When I contacted them via live chat to ask why I haven't been issued a tracking number and why my order still shows its being processed the representative said she didn't know and told me to contact a supervisor (who weren't in at the time) in 12 hours. Basically they are giving me a roundaround so I cannot cancel my order. This is a sham company, stay far away from them. The money you save is not worth the hassle of dealing with such a poor run and dishonest company.
I bought a wedding dress at the end of May this year. It arrived June 20th as expected. What was not expected was that it would be PEACH. The dress that I ordered was supposed to be a mermaid type dress, champagne color, with chiffon draping at the bottom. Instead I received a huge fluffy peach dress covered in TULLE. I have sent this company 8 dispute requests, something like 25 emails, pictures more than 5 times, talked via live chat 5 times, and the only response I get is that they need more information, they didn't get my pictures, they are checking into it, or they are closing my dispute from lack of ME contacting them..?! They have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I am a very understanding person, but this is ridiculous. Milanoo.com is a nice site for shopping online. Maybe there is some accident with it's server. But i prefer to get dresses at comdress.com. Because they are expert site for dresses. And will costom as required.
This is typical milanoo, they steal stock photos from other brand sites and use them as their own. Watch out.

The comdress.com suggestion is interesting. It's another China site and just a quick look shows me that it's fraud. Don't expect too much if something is made out of old rice bags!

We ordered a dress for Prom for my daughter around the 12th of March. They charged my credit card on the 15th or march and here it is the 11th of April, and we still haven't received it or any information after constantly sending them emails. Senior Prom is kinda important dontcha think? Ordered gorgeous dress was well aware of the time frame allowed for shipping but THRU repeated emails back & forth from Milanoo HEARING now its shipping from Europe and it had to be handmade. Rushing to find a replacement and only receiving 1/2 monies back due to restocking fee being charged. I would like their website to include those important little tidbits like having to be handmade, shipping source, etc. 34 days total just to turn around & cancel an order that had plenty of time to be shipped. what a crock of crap.**BEWARE: DO NOT USE MILANOO.COM**

milanoo is a middleman, which means that they get your order, and whoever can do it the cheapest makes it. this means that you're basically stuck with a grab bag, so sometimes you'll get a horrible polyester nightmare, and sometimes everything will turn out okay. in my opinion, the risk isn't worth it, but if you have your heart set on the price, it's up to you.
I have asked them to refund my money. They claim they cannot deliver until first week in August. And I placed the order just this Friday. I have already sent them an email requesting refund if I cannot have my dress by July 20TH.
Why havent they been blacklisted, does anyone know how the website blacklist work?
They are still processing my dress, after have asked them to stop, and refund. Unbelievable!

This is a wedding dress scam. Our dress came ripped and was horrible. They refused to even answer our 100 emails, couldn't get anyone on the phone, couldn't get a return address, nothing. They just kept asking us to send photos. Since I can't get them to respond, I am going to post this information everywhere I can. Do not use MILANOO.
I am a very cool calm and collected person, but Milanoo has just taken me out of character! I am livid. My wedding is right around the corner and I gave explicit instruction of the style of dress as well as the color I wanted. When I received my dresses they were the wrong color. I requested lilac and the dresses I received were hot pink!!!! They instructed me to take a picture of the item and send to their dispute department. 4 weeks later, I got an email from them saying they did nothing wrong and that I would not be reimbursed my $300!!! Prior to ordering, I purchased Milanoo's book of fabric swatches the make sure I had the right color! That was useless be cause they still screwed up and refused to give me my money back. I had almost the same problem. Only I ordered the jacket,a day before Chinese new year. Only before I place an order I used live chat, and Peggy assure me, that I will exact item that I see on the picture. After 30 days of waiting, I finally received my order. And insted of ivory color jacket, like I ordered and was shown on the site, I received ugly camel color, plus the detailing and the quality was so poor. So I contacted service, send them 3 sets of pictures. After 4 weeks, I got the same response as you, with your dresses. So I nicely ask then to look closer in to my problem and may be they will change there mind. After one week, I got same response, that I got exact color ivory, it's just bad lightoning on the website picture. I wrote a nice reviw with one star, but 5 stars still showing. I will write another one, I won't give up yet!

i spent $600 with them on garbage i got my wedding dress, petti coat, gloves, jacket, veil, hair pins, and an engagment dress. i was left running around dress shopping 5 days before my engagment pictures which isnt time for me i had a million other things to do then shop for a dress i though i had sorted already. my weddings 2 months away and i dont have a dress!!. fantatic
I ordered a costume before Christmas as a gift for my girlfriend. I should have researched a little more. It took almost a month to get here, which is fine, but when it arrived it was not what I ordered. It as a different item and was HUGE. I mean, HUGE!!! It was supposed to be a medium and I assumed it was stretchy but they either don't size properly or didn't bother to check the sizing. There is no size on the outfit. Bummer. Do not send money to this company. I have been talking to them several days and talked to Amanda. She lied repeatedly and said things like "oh dear customer don't be upset." She stated that she did not know if their company has items on site. I asked her if pictures are stolen she said she did not know. Live chat does not work and they do not respond. Don't let pictures entice you because they do not have items. When I kept asking questions site went dead and chat stopped working and Amanada was gone
She lied over and over again and I asked her if this is a criminal ring and she wrote "I do not know dear customer." I shop online a lot and first impressions say it all. The pictures posted are not theirs.
Whatever you do, no matter how desperate you are for cheap dresses - do NOT order from Milanoo.com. The dresses we ordered were all different, and when we tried to get it resolved with them they barely spoke english and were SO hard to deal with. It is not worth the agony/trouble dealing with thme. We are out $400 because of MILANOO's mistakes and us not listening to the reviews.

This company is a FRAUD! Do not order from them. They will not refund your money. They will stall you as long as they can to get your money. I called my bank and cancelled my card and filed a police report with the fraud unit.
Their online helpers are no use. Emailing them with complaints is a paper trail for your case, but they will not help you. Your complaints will not be resolved through Milanoo.com, only through law enforcement.
Your comment: I would have gave them a zero if I could. Ordered 2 lolita bloomers, same model but different color. Gave the exact same measurements but one of them is shorter than the other (they're telling me that it isn't the same model after they changed the pictures on their website, when I ordered (and I still have the confirmation email with the pictures to prove it) it was the exact same bloomers, except one was white and one was black). The other bloomers has a waist band to large that they keep sliding down because they're too big. Been waiting over a month to get this resolve and it still isn't (partly because RMA is refusing to see the problem AND that my complaint and pictures proving my complaint were never sent to RMA, had to use the live chat for them to be sent). So, basically, NEVER order from Milanoo unless you want bad quality, measurements AND bad service.
I ordered my dress, paid extra for expedited shipping and it was guaranteed to be sent to me in 25-28 days. A week after that deadline had come and gone, I received an email saying they needed more time to make the dress and weren't sure when it would be completed. I contacted a representative through their live chat and asked her to cancel my order, which she said she had done right then and there. About 3 weeks after that, I received an email saying my dress was complete and they could still send it to me if I wanted it and if I didn't want it, they'd cancel my order (which I thought was already done!) So thought, what the heck, I still had a little time and if I could get the dress in time, with a refund on my shipping, would take it, so I replied a couple minutes after the email was sent that I would like it shpped to me. I logged on to the site again to see about my shipping refund and when they asked me for my order number they told me the dress had been sent back to the manufacturer because I didn't let them know in time that I still wanted it. I replied to their email minutes later and that wasn't quick enough!! So, they promised a ship time, missed that time, promised to cancel my order, finished the dress 1 1/2 months late, promised to send my dress again, then sent it back to the manufacturer even though I replied to their email in about 11 minutes that I wanted it!!!! I ordered my maid of honor's bridesmaid dress on this website, and did not realize they were in China until I got my order confirmation. Several weeks after ordering the dress I read reviews on the milanoo.com website and became terrified of what the dress was going to look like when I got it. Good thing I prepared myself!! The dress' hem line was crooked and it had a sewing pin sewed inside!! Also, the bottom half of the skirt wasn't sewed on, so I had to take it to a seamstress. I will NEVER order from this site again, and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE, EVER!!!!!!
Well, I'm only 14, and haven't bought from them (thankfully, and nearly). I had been looking at a classic lolita dress on their website for a long while, and once I decided I wanted to buy it, I told my mum. When in the process of buying it, she actually bought about 6 of the dress since the site was a little confusing and kept having the link saying 'Purchase Now' and 'Order'. She thankfully cancelled all the orders, and then she started thinking that the site was a bit suspicious, since she had visited a similar looking website before. Later I actually looked at another dress, and noticed something about the picture. It was very similar to a Mary Magdalene dress, and guess what, it was the exact same image but highlighted in Photoshop, and then the Milanoo watermark added to it. OMG!! Thats what happened to me!! after reading ALL / most of the comments they were negative and telling how cheap the Lolita clothes are!! then like 5 days after that one was posted there was a positive comment with the most typical western name in place,covering up every thing the previous one said!! i'd rather pay more for a quality product!
I came across Milanoo while browsing the internet. Because of the prices and the reviews, I was a little skeptical but decided to try it. I bought 1 pair of black pumps for about 20 bucks. Milanoo sent regular emails regarding the status of my order. The pumps were back ordered and slated to not arrive until 1/28 (order placed 12/31). I received the pumps earlier than expected (1/17). The shoes were just as described and true to size. The box was a little beat up but that isn't their fault and why would I need the box anyway?? Next, I decided to try out the clothes. I ordered 2 dresses and a pair of pants (all around 20 bucks each). I made sure to check size chart on each one, just in case. Order was placed 1/18 and the expected arrival date was 2/5. I received today 1/27 - it literally only took 3 days via UPS!!! The clothes were all great quality, just like pictures and true to size. I love this site and their selection and cannot wait to order more!!!

Don't be such a loser caity, I've ordered three times from milanoo.com and never had a problem! Payment went through fine, I recieved my items slightly late and they were perfect. Colours varied by point six of a shade due to the fact no camera can catch exact colours and they were all made to order and I loved them! And I don't work for milanoo.com because I'm 14 years old!
Milanoo is a scam site, you are very lucky to get what you ordered.
Well, I heard shoes are usually good quality from them, only because they don't make the shoes themselves. They just order the shoes from the company they stole the photo from for you. Everything else? They pay super cheap companies to make $#*!ty renditions of what you thought you would get.
im having problems with my order they claim it has been shipped via fedex but on the website on teh delivery section they dont use fedex so im scared
My orders have come via many different carriers. Regular post, ups, and Dhl...I am not sure if FedEx has been used. You can see status of your order in the my account section on the site. Normally, they supply a tracking number and you should be able to see status that way. Keep in mind where items are being shipped from...it has taken 2-3 weeks for me to receive before.
I am in no way affiliated with this site. I live in the U.S. and have ordered from them on numerous occasions with no issues. Once an order was taking fairly long, I contacted customer service and they informed me that 1 item was back ordered, holding up the rest of my order. They allowed me to change that one particular item and shipped right out. Because items are coming from hong kong and super cheap, I expect my order to take a month, which they do state on their site. They have always shipped within timeframe given at checkout and answered my questions promptly.
I live in Florida and I ordered 4 bridesmaid dress and 1 maid of honor dress and I was very pleased with my order. I just ordered my veil from here too. I'm a happy camper with them and my friend order her dresses from her and she was happy too. Not saying everyone has a good experience (obviously from reviews) but my experience was good
i would like to thank you people for reviewing this site. i was about to buy whole sale lolita clothing to resell, but the prices seemed a little suspisus sorry for my bad spelling. lolita clothing is usually way more than 30-50 dollars. i will most defently not buy anything off of this site.

This company is very shadey. They take weeks and months in my case and still have not even shipped my order despite the fact that the money was immediately debited from my bank account. I don't want the order anymore, but thet refuse to refund the money. They said because I used a coupin (free shipping) that I could not return the item for refund period. Do not order a thing from this company that is based in China! What was I thinking.....
"I will NEVER order from Milanoo again. I ordered shoes for my wedding from them. At first, I thought it was amazing that I found wedged heels that I liked because I couldn't find any for a reasonable price. I proceeded to order my shoes and was happy I had that part over with. Then the problems started. My payment was completed Feb. 19th and ship date was March 26th. I figured since they are so far away, they would be taking a bit. My wedding is on April 28th. I had to message Milanoo customer service because I did not receive my shoes and I was worried. I was given the same response every time I contacted them. After finally getting my order today, (4/13) I was excited because I thought I would have to buy different shoes. When I picked the package up, however, I was so upset. The box for the shoes was beaten as if it was thrown around and the way it was taped was as if the box was already like this. My shoes are missing diamonds and the string of diamonds down the side are falling off. I do not have the money to go buy a new pair of shoes! I am appalled by the service here and in result, will never order from here again. I feel horrible because I told my family about Milanoo. I will be sure to call my friends and family back and tell them about my experience. "
SCAMMERS!!!!!!! Buyers beware!!! They will take your money and will not refund you if you receive fedective products. The fake Louboutins are way too small. They are not even the right size in the U.S. They gave me the run around and made me pay for shipping that costed over $50 USD!! Then they emailed me in broken English saying they cannot honor my refund because it's over 7 days. I told them I don't care if I don't get a refund just send me the correct size and they said they cannot help me any further. So I asked them to send me back the original package, but they keep sending me this generic broken English email. What a bunch of dishonest, scamming, stealing scum bags!!! Now I have speant over $200 on fake shoes that I don't even have! Bad karma will come to these people for scamming innocent customers like is. I should have known... they are cased in China and don't even speak English and just out to victimize innpcent customers like us. DO NOT GET TEMPTED BY THE BEAUTIFUL PICTURES. You will get nothing but a high blood pressure dealing with this scamming company. I wish I had read all the bad reviews before I fell into this trap. Do not make the same mistake I did.

I ordered two corsets from Milanoo because they were the only site with decent prices. The shipping took a little while (a month or so) but it was from China. The corsets I got were EXACTLY like the pictures and I was so surprised by how good of quality they were and for only about $20 each. I was scared to try this site because of all the terrible reviews but every company is going to have problems at some point. The corsets fit perfectly and I wear one of them out a lot with jeans and get a ton of compliments. I just ordered 2 costumes for halloween and am hoping it will come in time.. we'll see. I'll post another review regarding that purchase! Hopefully it will not be a bad experience like all of the other people had.

Yeah, I consider myself a lucky one since it looks like a lot of people had problems! I learned it's because milanoo actually gets their products from multiple different places so some places might be good while others aren't.
I ordered a watch and it arrived broken. After lots of complaining and numerous emails, milanoo only offered to give me a 10% refund of the watch or a 10% off my next order. They refused to take my broken watch back or to send me a new one. The customer service representative wouldn't even acknowledge that my watch was broken despite seeing a picture of the pieces loose in the watch face.
From what I've read Milanoo doesn't have any sort of quality control system to make sure the orders that go out are perfect. And when broken or wrong size orders do go out, they'll only offer a 10% discount code of your next order. :(
Nevermind the fact that 20% coupon codes are all over the internet.

Okay so i found this really pretty dress that i really want for my boyfriend's prom...but i'm kinda scared to order it from milanoo.com. it's a gorgeous dress and it's a really great price. but i'm terrified to actually order it. and i won't be paying for it, my boyfriend's mother insists that she pay for it. i don't want to be the reason why she gets cheated out of almost $200..what should i do?

After telling them I went to the FBI and better business bureau they said they would cancel with full refund.. its only been 1 business day but not holding my breath to see that money! I did not receive an order number or tracking number and i contacted them via email, which they took 3 days to respond with an order number.
