It's same as others said it below, When I purchased it on their web say "In Stock" "Ship in 4-5 days".
Now it's two month after I got nothing. Called them but they only lies. E-mail them no reply.

Awesome Price on my western digital HDD I purchased, WD10EALX, saved a bundle compared to other stores. This is my first time buying here, was a bit hesitant and worried at first but i was kept in contact by email and phone and they shipped my drive that i ordered as they promised, with not too much delay, and I must of saved 30$ compared to most retailers out there. I got nothing but positive things to say. Thanks Guys, Will purchase again

Total Scam! Do not buy! They never send me my order (WD HDD) and told me it was 2co's fault!

Worst experience I have ever had. Paid poste dprice then got BD about some issue with their CC company. Refunded after a week,. Reordered. They raised the price $40. Woul dnot honer the orginal price I paid. Promised twice it would ship in 2 days. After a week, was told it was out of stock. Would not buy from this company ever.

I am surprised that you are asking about my experience when I never received the merchandise I paid for. I ordered a laptop screen in May and I never received it. I tried to contact the company several times only to get an answering system and no response from the emails I sent. I would never do business with the company again and I would not recommend this compnay to anyone.

I ordered a screen replacement for my computer.
It all resulted in that my order took 2 weeks longer than expected and the screen i received was not what i had ordered.
I have never experienced a so hard company to talk to either, it is impossible to get in touch with them. Also when i looked at my payment it said it was not going away to Canada but rather to Cyprus?
This is the worst company I have ever done business to.
If you read this and think about (like me) buying from this company and expect to save 40 dollars? For a product that cost 130, Please think twice.

This is not a serious company, to me it is just a SCAM!

Ordered a laptop screen, after 3 weeks I had to file a dispute with Paypal to get my money back. Bad business.

After browsing around shopping sites to find the specific part # for my laptop screen that broke, i found the part on a few sites and went to check by price. They had a very very good price compared to all the other competitors, but their shipping cost high maybe around double the others. Surprinsgly even the shipping time lenght was long as well. When the shipment arrived 2 weeks ago, I brought it to my laptop technician who installed it and everything worked fine, so IMO it was good in general for me.

Avoid this Company. I order many things online through many different companies and websites. And this is by far the worst.
I ordered an LCD screen replacement. It took over a month to ship. I would email them quite often and each time they would say it would be shipped within a week.
I asked to have my ordered cancelled because it was taking so long, and they just ignored my messages and sent it anyway.
I tried to call and could never get a hold of them.

I bought an internal drive western digital, for a great price, compared to some other places where it was going for like 115$, i managed to get it for 30$ less, even if the shipping took long and their customer service was sub par, i guess i was able to handle the stress that it took more than 2 weeks to get the item but in the end happy camper here.

I placed my order with no issues but after 5 days I had not received a shipment notification so I called the 2 phone numbers listed on their website. Both numbers were not in service. I then called 2checkout.com, the company I payed through, and was given a third contact number. I called this number to find it was the guys cell personal cell phone. After arguing with the guy for a while, he admitted he had customers that had been waiting for their products for months! I then immediately told him to cancel the order and issue a refund. I then had to follow up with 2checkout to get my refund because the guy didn't do a proper refund request.

I have had some poor experiences with online retailers but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I would advise other shoppers to pay the extra couple dollars and go with a different retailer. But in my case, I was able to purchase the product from another retailer and, after shipping, ended up spending less than the original purchase.

I ordered a screen on 6/10/12. Here it is 7/25/10, still no screen and still no refund. They are in a fight between 2Co (THEIR payment company) and have left me in the lurch. I have contacted them many times to try and get this straightened out, but to no avail. I fortunately paid through my PayPal account, and a resolution should be reached sometime in August. Their last comment to me was that I paid to 2CO's paypal account, therefore they are responsible. I didn't order a screen through their payment company, I ordered it through them. I don't believe this is proper business conduct, and cannot recommend this company to anyone.

We found this site and thought: WOW we can get stuff really cheap here! And infact we did get things for a great price. However the items we purchased did not come for almost 4 months! When you call them you get redirected to a skype voice mail and then they call you back sometime within the next week.

The experience was absolutely terrible I sent in emails and didn't get a response for weeks, when I did get a response it was a very generic canned response saying something along the lines of: we are small company and we are running behind on thins but if you should get your order soon...

Finally after about 13 weeks of trying to get a hold of them and calling them constantly. We received an email saying that a shipping label was generated, and about 2 or 3 weeks later we received the part.

I will NEVER shop with them again.

Pros: Item as described, E-mail Communication was very good.

Cons: Delivery time was very poor. Shipping calculation on site was inaccurate.

My Experience:
I ordered a screen to repair a customer laptop. I did shipping calculation on the website before ordering and it was going to be around $140 total. After actually adding it to the cart and ordering, it came out to $160... hmmm... OK. After ordering I waited 8 business without any word. I contacted seller to ask for update on order status. I received a reply saying they usually ship within 3- 4 days. Keep in mind this was already after 8 days. I then waited a few more days and began the process of filing a dispute with them, thinking the item would not be shipped. They seemed to get their act together after filling the claim, and shipped several days after it was filed. I ordered Jan 14th and received Feb 6th. This would not have been so bad if it was for myself. I had told the customer what to expect based on what they claimed on shipping times. Thus this made me look bad in front of a customer. It will make me think twice about ordering from them again in the future. The silver lining was that the item was packed well and as described.

Best prices for large hard drives. When their supplier couldn't provide the same model, or equivalent, the order was replaced with the same size hard drive, but faster, at no extra cost. The seller kept us informed regarding the delay. Personalised service. Will definitely use this online store for future purchases of computer components. Keep up the good work!

I ordered a monitor for my laptop, it took 3 weeks and they sent me a notice that the system was holding the money for more than 2 weeks and I would get my money back. After 2 more weeks, I got my money back, but I don't reecommend anyone to buy anything from this site, as it might not get sent.

Never again will I buy anything from here again.

I ordered a laptop screen, in febuary and receive it in may, 3 month later. And this is because I ask to refund me that things move up a little bit! Very very very worse.

I ordered a laptop screen based on price and availability. It worked fine once recieved. The only bad part of the experience was that it took 3 weeks longer to receive my order than their advertising said it would. When I tried to research the shipping, it was difficult to get answers. After several phone calls and emails across several days, I finally started receiving responses to my questions about when the product would be shipped. It still took almost 10 days after I finally started getting responses to my inquiries. If you are in a hurry, I would not buy from this site until they improve their ability to ship as quick as their advertising says they will. If you can wait for the product, I have no reason to believe you wouldn't be satisfied based on my one experience with them.

I ordered a battery and charger. I received both items promptly. Prices can't be beat anywhere. Great service. Thanks!

Do NOT buy from this seller. I waited three weeks for them to ship, and when they did reply, they told me the same thing: We usually ship within 4 to 5 business days. The third time I emailed (it was three and a half weeks late), they replied for the second time. They told me they were behind by a week and a half, and that my order would ship soon.
Well, it did ship soon. It arrived in about a week, and... it was the wrong screen. I tried to use it, but the connector was too big, and it was in the wrong place.

Do NOT waste any of your time with this company. Horrible and slow service.

Scamming, unreliable site. Don't even think about buying anything from it. I order a screen from this site on May 1 and it hasn't arrive and it's been a month and more. You can never really contact them through their number or email. It's a scamming site, don't buy from it.
