I ordered from this company mid-last month in order to get a cosplay for an upcoming convention I'm going to.
Well, it's been 2 weeks since my package was marked as delivered, and I still haven't actually received anything.
I've been trying to get into contact with them *many* times since then, but all of my emails have just gone completely unanswered.
If you're considering MicCostumes, please save yourself the trouble and go with another store.

The costumes available are great. May need some minor touch up after a few uses (zippers, buttons, etc). The wigs do not come pre styled, but are well made. I order a majority of my costumes from them because they're reliable. The prices are a little high for Spirit Halloween quality items, but it is a website that specializes in cosplay, so it's to be expected.

This place is a scam and appears to only ship out a handful of their orders while ripping off everyone else based on the reviews I'm reading. My order never shipped, has no tracking info, and basically doesn't even exist. After several weeks of no updates and being far past the window I contacted them only to have my email "bounce". The "contact us" info that THEY provided doesn't even work. My email was immediately returned to me stating that their inbox is full. I haven't had any luck in contacting them and am not optimistic in hearing back from them any time soon.

Ordered from them a few times now (both from Amazon and from their direct website), customer service was helpful and quick and shipping was always on time or even faster than expected. Quality varies depending on the item, but its what I expect from a mass cosplay site.

Ordered according to size chart and waist measurements it was totally off way to small then to return need to shop back to china but they said it was expensive but would give a 20 % discount on next order Really! Avoid this company at all costs they should have their site taken down another china company ripping us off

I placed an order beginning of December. I got a text asking if the cardholder is verified I replied by the next morning. They text me a month later when I'm suppose to have the delivery already saying they cancelled my order and I will get a refund due to no response. Complete BS and I will be reporting the business if I never get my money back.

Me and my cousin bought from here and she received her costume, not the best quality and doesn't fit right, but I haven't received mine yet. After buying from this company within 36 hours both the card I used on the site and the card my cousin used got hacked. So beware this site is a big scam and red flag it's not worth the risks.

I consistently buy from here and the only problem I have is the sizing. I am on the petite side and the small clothes are always too big for me, but since I sew it is no big deal. I usually have to take in the waist and shorten the cosplay if it is a bodysuit, but the quality always impresses me and the prices are much better than other sites for a much better quality costume. (pictured is the latest cosplay that I have gotten from them)

I purchased a morticia Addams costume and when it asked for shipping it said £4.99 express so I purchased it to only see now in my confirmation email it's cost me £68.95 altogether and cost me £35 odd for shipping which is more than the dress itself. Now they won't give me a refund and I've had to contact the bank.

The quality is poor. I ordered months ago two costumes and they didn't meet the delivery deadline. I had to tell them if they didn't sent me the items, I cancel the order. Then, they sent me the costumes. And I had to pay for taxes (fast delivery) even so I payed for the shipping. One of the costumes had stains! I am very upset with them

The outfits are cute but do not waste your money. I bought a cosplay and after trying on only the pants it was way too big so I put everything back. You have to email them and request a refund then pay shipping to send it back to them. They received the outfit back and sent me a photo of a small bag (one of the items) with a tiny hole it in as well as a photo of one piece of cat fur that was on the pants. Like seriously? Wipe the dang fur off. I obviously didn't put a hole in anything since the pants were the only thing I tried on. They didn't want to refund me and also TRIED TAKING MORE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! They are literally insane. I'm disputing the whole thing with my bank. Just don't waste your time.

Just as title suggests. They told us they had an item, we paid upwards of £70 for the costume (on a time limit as we have an event to go to). Then after a week they emailed and told us they didn't have the outfit. A week. By this point we couldn't order a new outfit and the event was ruined, they are yet to refund us and have ignored or emails. Might have to inform our bank to sort this. In short please don't buy from these people! They are awful, and just want your money.

Not sure why everyone is having issues with the shipping but my experience with this company has always been positive. Every outfit I've purchased more than met my expectations. If you are worried about delivery or quality then I suggest you go buy some of their stuff from amazon. Worst case you can return it. Great company!

I've ordered a demon slayer swimsuit off of Miccostumes because I've heard great things about them. Well I ordered the swimsuit in March and it said it would arrive by May 11-13 and it's currently May 17! I've contacted them through email a lot and haven't even gotten a reply. I've looked up why it's taking so long and it said they're probably making the costume but it should of been done by now and others have gotten theirs way faster! Honestly do not buy from Miccostumes they're service sucks and are most likely a scam!

Terrible company. Initially purchased our costumes and were emailed two days later saying they didn't even HAVE the costume their site advertised. I requested immediate refund. Do not shop here!
Been fighting for my refund for almost a month now. So much for Halloween costumes… they say they sent the refund and show "proof" but my bank account clearly shows otherwise. Horrid customer service too they'll respond on a Sunday but not during the week.

Purchased 2 cosplays for my younger sibling, around 110.97$, and they proceed to charge me 332.91$ instead. NOT happy and am asking for a refund ASAP.

Ordered chrollo Lucifer and the company kept telling me that they would have it before Halloween and they would let me know if it be delayed again. They never did and I had to email them for them to say it won't come October and that it got pushed again late October. STAY AWAY from this company

I have never had such a terrible experience purchasing a costume. We ordered back in February for a convention that happened this weekend and the costume was never even shipped. We kept getting told that there's a delay and that it would ship in a few days. I spent 3 weeks going back and forth over email and phone and ultimately ended up having to cancel and get a refund (which we still haven't received) and had no costume for the convention. I would discourage anyone from ever purchasing from here, they don't care about customer service or integrity. They lie constantly and just tell you what you want to hear so they can keep your money. I will NEVER be purchasing anything from them ever again.

I ordered a cosplay back in Dec 2015. Said it would be shipped between the end of Feb and early March. It was a plus size, so I expected that. Early March rolls around and I email them asking if my costume was ready. They say it won't be ready until June or July, which is unacceptable! I never received email from them during the time, even though they said they sent me one(lies), and was extremely upset. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, however they keep delaying in giving it to me. I'm still currently battling them for my 240 dollars back. I was really excited to have this outfit for a con, but now I won't be able to.
