After getting you to pay for what you'd like to buy, all of a sudden there is an additional insurance charge, equal to, or greater than the original price. They won't send it without the insurance, who knows if they will even with the insurance, and no refunds. Maybe they should provide all this information up front BEFORE you make a purchase, Don'y be surprised if they follow-up with threats also.

bestsaltsonline.com it's a scam! Placed my order told me they couldn't take credit card because we could both get in trouble. Western Union to Cameroon!? $145 for product and 2-3 day shipping. The next day was Sunday he said had to wait for next flight tracking information to follow.so Monday hadn't heard from the as*#!@+ so I contacted him. Said there was a problem with shipping. When I ask what kind of problem, he said it needed to be insured I told he wasn't getting anymore money from me, and he hasn't returned my texts or calls since. His number is *******358. I told him that insurance is an option for shipping it's not breakable so I don't want it insured to just send me my order without insurance. So I imagine I'll never see my product that I ordered. The reviews on this site saying that they didn't get ripped off were probably them to make it look good. Why can't they just stay the f*#! Out of our country and scam their own people. After loosing my money from 2 other websites, i came across megabathsalts.com and i tough they were different. I placed an order luckily for me i started with a small order just to try and they took my money too. But i guess it happened for a good reason lol. A friend of mine finally told me about www.hyperchems.com and i tried them out. Now i place bulk orders with them as i supply herbal incense to local shops around me.So i will advise that you order from www.hyperchems.com and be satisfied.

This company stole my money. My first order for bath salts was for 280 dollars. Once the had the 280 dollars they said they needed another 120 dollars b/c my order was too small to ship. I refused to send more and offered to pick it up. They would not allow pick up. I emailed to get my money back and were rude and lied to me. They sent the following email after telling me I fell for their scam and I was a loser.

I was scammed as well by these Cameroon thieves, They asked me to send insurance, But what got me Confused is that they did not tell me this Before i sent them my money for the order.

They absolutely are a fraud. With out a doubt never even look at this site. Everything that is said was true they will take your money not send you anything and when you realize there is know package within the three days he says they tell you to send refundable $70. I never that 70 because im pretty sure its not refundable since nothing else is refundable even though the website says it is. Hopefully they want be around much longer because i have reported them. My first order was worth $300 but wasn't successful for the first time but this company send me back refund. I then understood it was worth trusting. A second order was made which when successful.

It would be nice if they tell you more information on your order. It's been a week now and I haven't gotten my order tracking number and all I get is stupid excuses why I haven't gotten my order. I'm not going to be ordering from them ever again.

I placed an order to this company but was also skeptical in making payments because of such reviews which i read but i was still convinced that they are legit because i discussed with them and they explained so many things to me. I ask for COD they told me its no longer possible because they realized some clients always came asking for samples with different identities and when they realized that they had to force those clients to place orders. They told me they never shipped to such clients because they wanted to recover the worth of samples these clients having been receiving with different identities.
The only thing i found wrong with this company is delays for about 2 days at times though at times i received my stuffs overnight but i think that is better than being ripped off. I had been ripped off by other companies but when i realized there is a company i could place an order and receive the right stuff i had to engaged myself to make everyone free from scams, thanks for reading!

All the reviews are correct. My fault for trusting the douche bag. $50 overnight shipping a week ago. Won't return calls anymore. Payment went to William Hummel (Virginia) Web site says California & the *******055 # is in Angola, NY. Doesn't speak any english. I been callin & textin about 200x per day. If nothing else, it's gotta get under their skin a little. Not gonna stop either. ABSOLUTE SCAM! GOT ME FOR $150. I wish they would go run the scam in their native land & get the hell outta mine!

Companies a rip off and scam they take your money then after they have your money they ask for an insurence fee and after that they have a boggus carrier called jinologistics.com they claim u need 350$ to get your order after but you have to send money to megabathsalts and theres no way to reach jinologistics by phone, dealt with a dean calson but i know its not his name he cant even put a good sentence together *******@gmail.com full of $#*! company this happened end of january 2014

Placed order for items was told to email same payment info to follow. He record from *******015. He said to pay by credit card at first. He then claimed card didn't work we checked with bank card was valid. He then told us money transfer to Cameroon? We couldn't do that at that time of night. Today he insists on a greendotmoneypak, tracking info to follow. No info followed other than a demand for 150$ for insurance which he claimed was fully refundable?!?!?!? Needless to say, I'm sure the goods will not be arriving!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I wanted to place an order and was told to place it over the phone. They sent me an e-mail asking for all my information and when I wanted to pay by credit card, they said I would have to get a Greendot MoneyPac card and to send them my information after I got it. I asked them to send me an invoice when they received my payment. They told me they would send me a tracking # too. I e-mailed my information and then I called them cause I wanted my invoice. They answered and told me that my order would be shipped in the morning and then they would send me a tracking #. I called that morning and they did not answer my call. I then called on another phone and they called back. I asked them for my tracking # and they told me that I needed to send $200.00 more for insurance. When asked "why they didn't tell me that then?" they said "well, we didn't know that then" and refused to reimburse me. This place is NOTHING BUT A RIP-OFF! BEWARE!
