Amy Brubaker went above & beyond to help me. I purchased a pair of New Balance (Gore Tex) hiking boots. They leaked after a couple weeks. I paid $170 for these things. Called New Balance & they said Gore Tex would have to deal with it, since it was a waterproofing issue. I called Gore Tex. They had me email pics of shoes, to verify they weren't just worn out. After they received pics, they sent me return authorization info. I had my replacement shoes in less than a week. Unfortunately, one of the lace grommets was defective, due to New Balance inflating their prices & not focusing on the mfg process. I called Amy from Gore Tex & she said I could return them & pick any pair of Gore Tex shoes in that $170 range. She helped me find a replacement pair. The pair I wanted was $180, I said I would pay her the difference. She said not to worry about it, they would cover it. The most pleasurable return experience I've ever had. Gore Tex stands behind their product. Great job guys!

I've only used these guys for a couple months, but I've had a couple good experiences. My son introduced me to them. He wanted to go to a Pittsburgh Pirates game during week #1 of the MLB season. I couldn't find any reasonable tickets. He come across "Vivid Seats" & found us tickets, just off the field, behind home plate for $20 each... Everywhere I looked, those tickets were like $65 each. Sometimes the prices aren't great, but that's when you leave & go elsewhere. These reviews $#*!ing about them scalping tickets make no sence to me. If they are charging too much, DON'T BUY THEM! I actually just bought some more Pirate tickets on vivid seats a couple hours ago. Give 'em a shot. They are waaaayyyy more reasonable than Stub Hub! Those guys are CRIMINALS!

I usually use it before a trip. They have the scoop on everything.

  • Netflix

Very reasonable prices & tons of shows/movies. Would be even better if they got new releases quicker.

Their pools are leaps & bounds above the competition. The service crew has knowledge on all aspects of pools & spas & can fix anything. The sales girls are great, & a couple are really easy on the eyes. The owner works longer hours than the employees. And last, but definitely not least, the warehouse crew ties it all together. Especially the bald guy, he is just fantastic! Buy your pools & spas here, no one else compares!

  • Lowe's

Never ordered online, but I do use the web site to see if the local store has what I'm after.

  • Staples

7/12/15

Our local Staples closed, so we now get our office supplies from their web site. Ok I guess.

  • PlayStation

7/12/15

I'm not a gamer, but my son must find it useful.

  • StubHub

7/12/15

They not only screw the ticket buyers with their outrageous fees, I think they screw the ticket seller even more. I sold tickets through them 1 time, I can't remember the exact dollar amount that they "stole" from me, but it was somewhere in the neighborhood of 20-22 %. I will never use them again.

  • Expedia

7/12/15

I started out using Priceline, Expedia & Travelocity (all 3) when booking trips. Over the years, Priceline is the only one that saves me money on a regular basis. I've had luck booking flights with Travelocity, but never had any luck with Expedia.

  • PayPal

7/12/15

It is convenient for shopping online, but where a bank pays interest for using your money, PayPal charges you to do it. Customer service sucks. Online support doesn't work a lot & trying to call them is a joke... It is total b*llsh*t that you have to use paypal, if you wanna use ebay!

  • Travelocity

6/13/15

Not sure what changed, but I used to get killer deals on Priceline & lately I haven't been able to save much.

  • US Postal Service

6/13/15

I sell a lot on Ebay & use USPS.COM for my shipping supplies. They are delivered to my door, usually within 2 days. With their free priority mail boxes, I no longer need ti buy as much packing tape.

  • Apple

6/13/15

My son has Apple Ipods, Ipads, & Iphones. Something technical always goes wrong & you have to pay for tech support. No thanks Apple, I'll stick with my Android.

  • Walmart

6/13/15

Nothing good to say about wal mart. Tons of stuff online that my local store doesn't carry, but the Clarion Wal Mart doesn't carry anything other than "Great Value" brand, so that ain't saying much.

  • Amazon

Huge product variety. Very good deals are possible. However, I have received some garbage products through Amazon. Probably my fault though. Just remember 2 things, "You get what you pay for" & "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is"

  • Domino's Pizza

The online ordering would be tits, if I didn't have to call every single time I order. Delivery is not an option on the website, for where I live. Carryout is the only option available & that does me no good, when I want it delivered.

  • eBay

4/5/14

I used to be a fan of ebay, but not anymore. They not only charge a % of the final value, they now charge a % of shipping. Not to mention that they are in kahoots with paypal. Ebay charges you, paypal charges for the same transaction & there is not even an option to pay by check or money order. They're customer service absolutely sucks, as well. I'll sell on Pennswoods from now on.

  • Priceline

I've been using them for about 10 years & always save something. Mostly on hotels, but I've gotten great deals on rental cars too. I spent 2 nights at a Park Inn by Radisson this week. The hotel web site wanted $116/night. I did the name your own price thing. Priceline suggested I bid $89/night. I took a chance & low balled them with a bid of $49/night & was awarded the room, at a savings of $134 for a 2 night stay. I don't always get such a substantial savings through them, but when I do it keeps me going back. Besides, Kaley Cuoco is hot as hell!
