The time they took really baffled me a lot but then again you cant have everything you hope for. The design was perfect and really clicked to a great extent. I run a tech company so by virtue of being surrounded by many artistic minds, any new design comes under harsh scrutiny but most people appreciated it. So, big thanks to Logobench team
WARNING - do not send these scammers any money... they will take it and run! I hired them for website design and after realizing they were totally incompetent asked for a refund under their verbal guarantee of satisfaction. For the last 6 months they keep promising that my refund is "in process" but it is obviously a delaying tactic with absolutely no intention to refund my money. They do not return my phone calls. And check out their "positive" reviews... they are obviously fabricated. Look at all the other negative reviews like mine and I hope you will not be scammed like I was (first time in my over 50 years of being in business!
Sadly, I thought they would be great to work with as they were very attentive in the beginning and our logo was done well but once we got to the website, it went downhill fast. They do not have 24/7 support help, they will not respond to your concerns in a timely manner, they did not give me a dedicated server to host, I was to have unlimited bandwidth but our site would frequently crash when we were busy due to the message of "server has reached its bandwidth", and it cost us more than $7k in business. Do not be fooled like I was and never allow someone else to control your website domain name. Again, I was not well versed here and that is my fault but please learn from me and do not do business with them. Go for local where you can actually go and meet with people face to face.
Being new to the industry, I really wanted the perfect visual identity for my company. Before opting LogoBench, I read their reviews and some of them are not at all good to be honest but even then, I went and tried them. My experience with them has been really very good.
I initially made an order with LogoJeeves.co.uk which apparently is trading as Logo Bench too - as my bank statement mentioned LogoBench with an additional charge, as it was charged in USD.
I was under the impression they were UK based - but they are not. Their anglo names are so obviously fake. I think they are based in India.
Anyway. I asked them to do my a logo - and they sent poor mediocre, lazy work - clearly using unoriginal stock images - and not even paying any attention to my SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
I am now seeking to get my money back, once they take away their admin fees no doubt.
Screw these guys.
When I first contacted them I was a bit worried about getting a good website for my business. But I was more than happy to see the final results as they were even better than what I expected from them.
They made the process of designing really very interactive. Most agencies work in isolation and never leaks any detail as to how they would go about the designing process. But they were pleasantly different to say the least
Be careful this site is a scam, if you receive any logo they will provide with logos bought from the internet and when question it they will stop interacting with you. They will also not give you your money back at any stage and do not give you the final product. Stay away
The video that logobench created for us managed to gain the response that we had been hoping for. The animated video was not only informative but was entertaining as well managing to attract and hold the attention of the audience.
The website they designed for us was outstanding and it was very easy to navigate as well. I wanted a really good website designed for my business as it was newly developed and they did the work just in accordance with my demands.
So I have been trying for 2 years to get a refund and nothing! From the very beginning I asked for a refund and they refused to give me a refund. And they also copyrighted the logo that they designed for us, and I have been seeing in these bad reviews that we weren't the only ones they did this too! Wow total SCAMS! Do not do business with LOGOBENCH. Take your business elsewhere!
Thank you for such an amazing service at affordable prices. LogoBench gave us plenty of options to choose. Our logo took some revisions, but in the end, they came up with a fantastic design. The turnaround time was very quick and efficient. Well done LogoBench.
It was a great experience working with them. They handled all our social media accounts really well and the number of customers got increased as well. I am extremely satisfied with their services.
I have been waiting over 1 1/2 month for my refund because they didn't finish my logo on time for a conference i had planned, they never answer calls, emails, forget about it. Don't waste your time, I've reported them to better business bureau. Brian, Sean and Jay are worthless!
These guys are scam artists. They produce extremely low quality work (after they've pressured you into buying one of their more expensive packages). A month later and I'm still waiting for my refund. My emails are going unanswered, they delete my Facebook posts and ignore my messages.
All they want is your money - they do not care about the customer.
Never use them for anything.! They will say all things just to take money and after change everything. Took 3 weeks to finish one design and still not want to refund. They r giving their work overseas and pretend to work in-house in California. Same person will talk telling different names.! Big Scam artist.!
They do not know how to conduct business. They just take your money for services that they say take two to five days. It have been seven weeks and still no product. No one picks up the phone or return emails. Run as fast as you can. If you get Sean Marcus on the phone please hang up on him to keep yourself sane. The whole company sucks
Used these guys a year ago and was happy with the logo they designed for me. Now I used them again for a new company of mine and they just suck. Poor logo design at best. 48 hour turn around... you have to be joking! Still waiting for them to complete everything I paid for... though it doesn't really matter for I will never use the logo they designed for me...
They are more interested in selling me more products than finishing the ones I already paid them for.
Don't waste your time and money with these rip offs.
The entire process was smooth and transparent, not to mention the quality, LogoBench has provided me a first-class customized logo design. I am really satisfied with the final design they have given me and would definitely use them again in future.
The Logo service worked with me and my business partner each step of the way. They made sure at each step that we were on the same page and know what exactly the other wants. For around $200... I did not expect this kind of individual service. In the end they had given us around 50 logos to choose from!
